This is to rate my amazing trainer Iva, who always goes above and beyond for her trainees. I used to have her as my individual trainer, and the results I got were incredible and very fast. Nowadays, I join the small groups where she trains ladies only, and the work she does is always impeccable. Not only does she know how to meet our goals, but she also has a caring involvement in our growth as women. If you train at the EOS on Centennial and are looking for a trainer, make sure you see her work. You will decide quickly that she is the one you need to achieve your goals.

This location is literally the worst location in all of them. The equipment is always broken down, there’s always way too many people and it’s crowded, there’s always the broccoli egg kids crowding all around equipment and in the way, and nothing’s up-to-date. They’ve been talking about updating this Gym for a while now and it’s never been done. I literally hate going to this location. I only go when I need to be in and out close to my house and even then it’s not In and out because it’s always crowded.

Forever grateful I joined this gym and even more grateful for my trainer, Kam. Kam has really helped me understand what my body needs in order to reach my goals. In my first month training with Kam, I gained 6 pounds of muscle which is just insane. He has made a huge impact on my quality of life. The EoS Fitness Center on Rome Blvd is fantastic. The gym is always clean and the machinery is always in good shape. If some of the equipment goes down, it doesn't stay out of service for long, thanks to Andy's diligence. the staff is friendly & always say good morning when I arrive. Larry & Nate are usually the first staff members you see. They do a good job holding down the front desk. The Fitness Trainers are also great. Even though I don't have a trainer at this location, it never stops them from showing word of encouragement or just a simple high five when they see you. I had knee surgery at the beginning of 2023 (torn quad tendon). I felt like I had my own cheering section when I returned to the gym. Special thanks to Cara, Cassidy, John, Nate & Dre. Also the sales manager do a great job. I always see Travis, Nik & Vanessa giving new & prospective members the Grand tour. I know they're busy, but they never neglect to speak when I see them in the mornings. The friendliness & attentiveness of the EoS staff is a direct reflection of their Operations Manager Jonnae's leadership. I believe that she sets a positive example to which her staff follows. It is a pleasure to come in to this facility on a regular basis. The only way the experience could get any better is if I could get them all to say my name in unison, like Norm from Cheers, that would be awesome!!

10/10 gym, vibes, and clientele. Not only is it actually kept nice and clean, but I have so much fun at the gym thanks to the awesome environment EOS has established! This location especially embodies the gym family vibe. The kids club is kept clean and the staff is wonderful to interact with. I can tell that those ladies really care for the kiddos they watch over. A membership employee by the name of "Cali Sunshine" called me and informed me that she had a 7-day free pass for me. I told her that it has been less than a year since I was member but she said it was okay.
I get there around 11:30am on 8/14/2025 and suddenly "Cali" forgot about our entire conversation even though we just spoke 2 days ago. She stated because it has been less than a year since I was member that I do not qualify for the 7-day free pass. She then grabbed her General Manager who goes by the name of "Keevin" with 2 “e’s”. Keevin reiterated what Cali said even though I didn't ask a single question before telling me they had a special they were running. I told "Cali" 2 days prior that I would only sign up if I got to feel the gym out after the 7-day free pass and she stated "okay". Essentially, what happened was I got lured in by a disgusting lie and was given a huge amount of false assurance that I had a free pass to use the gym ready for me just to be pitched on why I should be a member again and the "specials" they were running.
I told "Keevin" that this was unacceptable and that I spent gas just to come up there. "Keevin" the alleged GM of the gym, had the audacity to quote the terms and conditions of the free pass as if I wasn't lied to by "Cali" that I had a free pass waiting on me. Then this GM walked off and ignored me. Neither of the 2 said individuals apologized at all and they even had an attitude like I was in the wrong. Extremely unprofessional and uncalled for.
I should've knew with how nervous "Cali" sounded over the phone prior to that meeting how sketchy the whole thing was. What is even worse is that both the GM "Keevin" and "Cali" are not a physical representative who what EOS promotes. I don’t even know if these are just their fake made-up names on their name tags. This entire experience makes me feel so grateful that I canceled my membership when I did because this new staff is so poor in quality. Even that might be an understatement. Lack of morals and ethics for sure.

0/5 — Absolutely unacceptable experience at this EOS location
I never really ever care to even leave reviews unless the company has really stood out (for better or worse- this case just so happens to be worse), but this experience has left me completely disgusted and disappointed after being a member for 6 years. This gym is overpriced for what it offers NOW since they have taken out everything that made them good to start with.

On multiple occasions, I’ve been singled out and made uncomfortable while simply trying to work out. The worst part? The manager actually watched men take pictures of me from behind while I had my headphones in, completely unaware — and did absolutely nothing even after employees and other members heard those same men say they’d be waiting for me by my car.

That is beyond unacceptable. Any place that allows harassment to happen under management’s watch — and fails to act — should not be open to the public. EOS needs to seriously reevaluate how it protects its members and what kind of environment it’s allowing inside its gyms.

Until they take accountability, I’m personally here to give a warning to avoid this location at all costs.❤️

My problem is to break a contract is nearly impossible, even trying to speak with the The person who signed me up, who is no help at all once I signed up and then meeting with the district manager, who promised you’d get back to me and never. Ive been told are very hard to break contracts with because the object is for them to make money. This is my first experience I am very unhappy with this because my schedule has changed and it looks like I’m stuck paying my monthly fee, even though most likely, I probably won’t be using it because of circumstances Beyond my control. Great gym, as long as you never have a medical issue where you may need to freeze or cancel your account. I am incredibly disappointed with this gym's management, especially Chase the on-site manager, on this issue. I have been charged over $400 AFTER submitting all the documentation needed. I have had to call 4 times, and visit in person twice, only to be told "I fell through the cracks" and it should be corrected "soon". I have been waiting 8 weeks, and am STILL being charged. When I inquired about a refund I was told only part of the charges were refundable, as my documents were not turned in by management for 5 days after I submitted them, causing me to "be within the 2 week notice" policy. The management is unprofessional and unaccountable.

I reported being assaulted at this EOS location (a male member kissed me on the side of the head without my consent). I filed an incident report with management, but the situation was handled with delays, excuses, and no urgency. For days I was told managers would follow up, only to be ignored or given the runaround.

It took almost a week and multiple calls before I learned the perpetrator’s account was “suspended,” and that only happened after I repeatedly pushed for updates. The lack of communication, professionalism, and concern for member safety is unacceptable.

If you care about feeling safe at your gym, I strongly caution against joining this location. EOS Fitness Rome Blvd does not take sexual assault seriously.

I had an extremely bad experience with “general manager” with dreads at the Durango location. I tried to get a couple of my friends to join a few weeks ago, and was given a “free t-shirt” for doing so. I was excited, as this is the first item I have EVER received from this establishment, and I’ve been a member since 2013. Unfortunately, my friends decided not to join and came to cancel a day or so later. This same “general manager” with dreads was rude, unprofessional, and embarrassed my friends yelling at them “tell your friend to bring that shirt back” as they were walking out the door.

I came to bring shirt back and cancel my 12-year membership due to this ridiculous behavior, but was still hoping for an apology. I got one from another GM, Orlando, apologizing for his coworkers behavior, he said he would “talk to him about this.” Didn’t think homeboy was there, but he was! He came over to the front desk, I was thinking we would receive the apology and acknowledgement of his bad behavior that we came for. This fool smirked, said “thanks for the honesty,” took the shirt, walked away to take it back to the shirt room, and greeted other customers along the way.

This behavior is unacceptable for someone working in customer service, let alone someone in leadership. I would appreciate an apology from this man, but will certainly be taking my business elsewhere. I hope the $7 shirt was worth loyal customers.

The environment in this Gym is amazing. The staff provide great customer service. Staff member Lepara, very nice person and always has a positive attitude and never fails to greet you with open arms. After my workout I bought a shirt I really liked. That being said after I got home and inspected the shirt I purchased. I was taken aback because attached to my shirt was the anti theft device. So I went to the nearest EoS in my area which was Sahara/Cimarron no luck there. I was told fo go to Rainbow/Alta but this location was not helpful as they pretended for the magnet not to work. My third location I drove to was Durango/215 Kyle was so helpful after I had written a note so good review about this location which was the wrong one and it was out of frustration. Needless to say this Rome location needs to work on their customer service. If that attendant only checked the shirt he would have noticed the device and it would have saved me so much time on my last day off instead of running around to three (3) different locations. If I could give this location a zero 0️⃣ I would have for all the trouble I went through on a hot day!!! ZERO!!!!

This is a very fraudulent company. I signed up for a membership and went to the site that same day. Anindividual named Kenneth pretended to be very kind in order to get me to agree to sign up for personal training. I was uncertain if it is something that was in my and my husband's budget, but Kenneth ENSURED me that if I sign up I can cancel it within 72 hours. I mistakenly trusted his kindness and excitement for me and agreed. I talked it over and could not fit it in my budget. I called 3 times within the 72 hour windows AND emailed the email address that my contract specifically tells me to email in or to cancel within the 72 hours. They waited and waited and refused to get back to me until TODAY from Jacob Clevenger to tell me I cannot cancel until I make at least 6 payments. Absolutely not. I have the email I sent within 72 hours that is laid out in my contract as proof that i follow my obligations for cancellation. Breaching your own contract is not good for business.

**Regarding Mary Skelton’s Review**

Mary’s portrayal of events is misleading. She was reported for vaping on the gym floor—an inconsiderate and unprofessional act, especially in a shared fitness space. As someone with asthma who was present during the incident, I can confirm that while management addressed her firmly, they were not rude. Her claim of being reduced to tears seems less about mistreatment and more about being held accountable for poor judgment.

To then publicly criticize the staff—who consistently go above and beyond for members—is both unfair and reflective of a lack of accountability. The gym is a place for health and respect, not irresponsible behavior followed by baseless accusations.

Just joined and everything is good in terms of equipment and classes. The staff is fantastic. Unfortunately they closed the pool which was a big draw for me, but it is what it is. Otherwise I'm happy with my experiences at EoS.

Ones you sign with them they will do everything to make your life difficult so you can’t cancel.so after you sign up be careful because it’s very hard to cancel your monthly payment. All automated answers and you have to wait for a long time.

Harsh lighting downstairs, cold air blasting from a vent at the barbell area, and lack of mirrors upstairs for watching and improving one’s form.If there were mirrors upstairs, you would not have such overcrowding down below. It doesn’t help to keep the fitness rooms upstairs locked when there are no classes. For example, we can use the bikes or do yoga in those areas when not used for classes.

She’s always welcoming with a friendly attitude and makes checking in a breeze. Whether it’s answering questions, keeping the place running smoothly, or just bringing positive energy to the gym, she does it all effortlessly. It’s clear she cares about the members and goes the extra mile to make everyone feel comfortable. Alexander helped show me around the gym perfectly describing what each item in the gym was used for so it's nice to know I can mix up my workouts. I've been going to EOS Fitness for over two years, and my trainer Cara is the best! She has taken the time to teach me all sorts of different exercises and motivates me to work hard. The gym is also full of equipment and stations so I never miss an exercise.
