Worst location I ever been to. Quinn and Jonnae are horrible managers and hide when paying members need their help. Front desk employees are always on their phone or have a head phone in. This is not professional. Other EOS gyms are perfectly fine except this one. I wouldn’t think there would be so many complications with cancelling memberships at this location specifically because it’s such a small mediocre gym.

Eos Fitness is an incredible gym, especially for the price. The amount of equipment is fantastic—I've never had to wait for a squat rack or a cardio machine, even during busy times. They have a huge selection of free weights, machines, and amenities that you'd expect to find at a much more expensive gym, like a pool, sauna, and a great functional turf area. The facility is always clean and well-maintained.
The only reason I'm giving it four stars instead of five is the fact that they are not open 24 hours. As someone who sometimes likes to get a very late-night or super early-morning workout in, the limited hours can be an inconvenience. It's a major feature that keeps it from being the perfect gym for every schedule.
That being said, if their hours work for you, this gym is an absolute bargain. For the average person, it has everything you could possibly need for a great workout.

The place was ok. Very small, but it seemed to have the necessary equipment. The noise level was decent, until the staff at the front desk started cackling and making more noise than the people exercising!!! Then they had the audacity to demand a 30-day notice in the "no contract" paperwork. When did a health club become entitled to a month’s worth of your money after you walk away? 🤣🤣🤣

Do not under any circumstance sign up for a contract with EoS gyms. I was told that cancelling within 3 days would be a simple full return process and yet weeks later I am still being charged for services despite the contract being cancelled in a timely manner. Their partner financial company handles monthly charges, but does not handle personal training related contracts and charges, and the company has a convoluted process for cancelling personal trainings contracts. I apologize to the staff who are trying their best, but the system that their corporation has created doesn't work well. Cannot recommend.

Do not sign up for PT at EOS Centennial. Unsatisfactory trainer, not sure he is even certified as a PT. Never was on time, sometimes never even showed up with no notice to his clients. And sometimes he would leave in the middle of a session. And not once did he complete thirty minutes. Cancelled account and still keep getting charged. These people lie, cheat and steal. Thankfully we have an attorney in the family and have started the process. Triple damages headed my way.
BTW, I am not the only one there that they have lied to our faces too. No use for people who lie to my face. How do you take a job knowing you will be lying to clients??? Says a lot about yourself. That is not how to treat customers in case you weren't aware.

Been coming here since I moved here at the start of December (was a 24hr fitness member in San Diego prior, and left that because prices)

Staff is always friendly, gym is small so I’ve never seen it super crowded since there’s bigger locations nearby.
Bathrooms always are clean, and I can’t complain, honestly, everything works as it should.

Only downside is that there’s no sauna/steam room, but considering there’s other locations that do. I got the second tier and go to a location that does when I feel (I’m here most often though)

That being said, I’ve gone from 300lbs to 269lbs, and I’ve gotten stronger in all areas, so if you’re looking for a small local gym that simply gets the job done for workout goals, this one is the best for that.

The facility itself is nice and always clean, I’ve never had any issue with staff until today with manager Jonnae Similton. I spoke with her to try and fix an overcharge on my account (I paid triple my membership fee for January) and she was not helpful or willing to fix the situation at all. It was frustrating knowing I had proof of the overcharge and she didn’t even care to see it and claimed there was nothing she could do. I’m having my bank deal with it and I canceled my membership right then and there.

If you join, just keep an eye on your monthly chargers and if you ever need to speak to someone, I would avoid Joannae.

Great gym, nice staff, and very clean. The only downside is that it’s packed at almost all times of day so need to figure out the best times to come in. Great start to the year. Wonderful gym. Have been going for years (since 2016, I want to say) to the Aliante, Losee, Craig, and other Craig locations in Vegas. Friendly staff, great equipment selection, clean facilities, and affordable pricing!

This is a small EOS, but they provide excellent service. The facility is small, but the other gym members are always there with a smile, and you get to know one another's names (Build Relationship). If you miss a day you have a gym member or employee who's checking on you when you come back in to make sure you're ok. I encourage you to give this EoS a try. This place is an absolute joke, if you want more bang for your buck I’d advise you to go to another location or to another establishment altogether.

Their team seemed nice upfront, but that’s how most salespeople are, aren’t they? They make promise after promise and then when you need their help they act like you pulled all that information out of the sky and blame one another. $60 x 2 and now it’s my fault for canceling when we never visited the gym after opening our membership (I only went once a few days after, but apparently they can’t see that in their system to justify stealing my money.)

This location in particular is clean, the staff and costumers seem friendly enough, and the gym has an overall accepting feel to it. Trying out a new gym did make me a little self-conscious but after my first experience, I have a feeling that I will be comfortable in my own skin going there.

But....

I went at around 10am thinking that it would be a safe time to go. Sadly, due to the extremely small size of the gym and lack of equipment, I found myself somewhat questioning if I had made the right decision in choosing this as my gym. It seemed overly crowded because there is a sheer lack of space and equipment. There is some great machines that I haven't seen at other gyms but then they are lacking in other areas. The most baffling part of the gym is the indoor turf area; it is such a waste of space that could be used to add better equipment.

Honestly, if the goal of this location in particular was to make people who have no idea what they are doing in a gym feel comfortable walking around without a plan and just choosing any machine available, then this place has succeeded. Otherwise, this place is kind of a substandard establishment.

But! $10 per month isn't bad!

I used to belong to another gym in the area that closed down (Anytime Fitness on Craig) and there was a woman who was a member there who was very odd- always wore one of those perspiration suits and ran up and down on the stair stepper making loud and crazy noises. She would go for hours on that thing. After that gym closed, I realized that she started going to the EOS on Centennial... I saw her today (I hadn't thought about her in months). She was on one of the stationary bikes upstairs for about 1 1/2 hours, and wearing the perspiration suit. She left a POOL, literally, of sweat all around her on the ground.. running down her and onto the bike and all over the floor. This woman has some serious issues, but now she's brought her sweaty mess to EOS. I can't trust that she's going to clean off her machine, and I'm not sure if the staff is aware of her. Makes me not want to go to this location anymore.

This is my first ever commercial gym I joined and the process was very easy and quick and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. I got a quick welcome tour and the staff were always around for any questions as well as friendly chatter. The gym is a lot cleaner than I expected a commercial gym to be, the paper towel and spray bottles are available everywhere so cleaning after use is a breeze. Locker rooms have been clean every time I come which is past 5pm 4-6 tines a week. Highly recommended for those in the area looking for a clean chill gym.

Had a friend get an advertisement for a one week free trial. He went to this location to use it and an associate was going to let him in but as soon as a manager heard he was “in the system” from coming 1 TIME prior with my bf to workout, she was a rude person and denied him free entry. He got the promotion email because her came 1 TIME before. What if this one week free trial is what would have made him a member? It just feels so rude to treat people you advertise to this way. My friend is a shy guy so it took a lot for him to go to the gym alone and want to workout in front of other people but the female manager who turned him away is the reason he will not be joining. I can’t believe how he was treated. I didn’t catch the manager’s name but turning down people who want to take advantage of advertising your gym puts out was not necessary and I won’t be recommending EOS to any new people.

I'm about to switch to lvac. This gym is just way too small. I go around midnight and even then I'm waiting on equipment. The girl who works the midnight shift mon-friday just sits at the desk and eats taco bell all night. The trash bins are overflowing, and half the paper towel dispensers are empty. Received better customer service upon signing up this evening than the gyms in town that charge $250 a month. The assistant manager was very friendly and professional. The place looks clean and I’m excited to be around the staff that run this location. All very welcoming. I signed up on the spot.

It’s small but the staff is very friendly and there’s plenty of equipment for people to use but it can get a little crowded. If you go during the low period of the day you can definitely get in a workout with out waiting. 👍🏽

Aliante & Centennial location.. Cardio machines are upstairs(no elevator). ONE bike is downstairs .. Why not have at least ONE treadmill, etc downstairs?? Suggestion: There's plenty of space IF they remove the LARGE staff desk that is seldom used.

Love how clean it is. That's a big for me.

I noticed a huge change in staff, but even the new people at the front seem super friendly and welcoming.

I also like the options of pre-workout drinks that they sell. Defo go with the Mr.Hyde or Total War.

Pretty much the ONLY downside is when I get caught in busy hours. But ya can't really blame anything, just goes to show how good of a place this is.

Love the smaller size of the gym. I usually go in the mornings so there in not a lot of people at that time. I am able to get my workout in without waiting. The staff is courteous and responsive to inquiries and is dedicated to make sure you have the best experience possible.

I used to be able to give EOS Fitness Aliante 5 STARS with NO PROBLEMS whatsoever... but a lot of awesome staff were either fired, quit, or left. The management ALWAYS seems to change and unfortunately because of that, a lot of GENUINE People are not there anymore. Just to note a few, HUGE SHOUT-OUT to Ashley, Caleb, Sheena, Haley, Christian, Alberto, Ciara, Brandon, Leslie, Marvin, and anyone else I forgot...LOVE YOU GUYS ALOHA!!!!

Really nice trainers and the staff is super cool. It's not a very busy location which is nice but it doesnt have a pool or some of the amenities the larger more busy ones have.

Nice and chill. It's a bit smaller than the other EOS's around town so it looks more crowded than it actually is. But all and all I like it more than the others. Low key just like me 💯
