I like the remodeled facility on Losee. They have really modern equipment, I just wish they had an orientation on how to use it. They need to spend some $ on the Aliante facility. Overall a good place to work out though... update...they finally spent some $ on the Aliante facility- got new treadmills, which they need to clean more regularly...SMH. I understand they have a total gym refresh planned for the beginning of 2026. Can't wait as it may motivate me to go there more often

I was there on Saturday around 2:30 pm to sign up for day pass. I’m from LA, but used to come here often. I was approached by a staff member named Brittany/ Britney (I don’t know how to spell her name). She was very disrespectful. I brought in my 17 year old cousin and her response as to why he can’t come in for a day pass was, “That’s not even your son!”

The comment was disgusting, unprofessional, and unnecessary and someone needs to do something about that.

As someone who used to go to EOS often, I am very disappointed and insulted, and will be talking to higher management since I feel very discriminated against

Love how spacious the gym is and the variety of equipment. Especially the little side room off in the cut. We have an exceptionally toasty sauna! Staff is friendly.

However, Members should definitely be putting their weights back and held accountable for not doing so, but ESPECIALLY EMPLOYEES!! I’ve observed a trainer in the morning, who consistently doesn’t wipe down equipment or teach her clients to re-rack their weights. She just leaves dumbbells out, leaves those step things in the middle of the turf, And that’s just weird? - she’s getting paid to be there & you’d expect the person who’s job it is to train new gym members to lead by example and follow the rules.

I will mention…I’ve been a member for years, and have been to every location… this location is the only one who cares about enforcing imaginary rules like “no tripods” but doesn’t enforce the POSTED rules like, “no shoes in the sauna” “rerack your weights” “wipe down the equipment” .. so very inconsistent there lol but other than that - I love it here. :)

So far, this is my favorite EOS location! It’s quite big as well so I hardly have to wait too long for a machine to open up. I also love the little weight room on the side, the AC is great in there😂 & a plus if you’re more on the shy side. The best part for me overall is the kids club! The girls are all so sweet & my daughter has the best time with them! They schedule times for play & movies before it closes which I think is awesome, they also have the kids wash their hands before entering which I highly appreciate! So nice being able to get your workout in while your child is having a good time. 10/10🩷

My daughter wants try there with her friend in summer time, she told me this after she started on 06/03/25, I asked her make sure cancel it if you can’t make it, she said anytime cancel it in first two months as a new, but she didn’t know there is cancellation fee. and how to cancel it , I told her emailed the company, they didn’t answer her, so she called, they said still need be charged her cancellation fee for $87.97 even she didn’t go there after the end of June, my question is why this company can allowed illegal age kid sign the agreement with them. She only 15years old, I need be there to know the whole process and cancellation policy, that’s the right way to running business, when i asked her details, her answer is total wrong with the company told me. I really mad at. I don’t know what they talked to my daughter. They never ask her get parents to be there to confirm it. just keep charging money from my bank, so I will ask help to fighting right. So be careful when you have kid want to be there , make sure go with your kids, even just a try.
I come back give a append comment after I talked to the company. The company of VP Eric was super helpful, professional, and quick problem-solving person. I give this property credit back. I would love to try for myself in the future. Cause the leadership very responsible, they know how to fix things or mistake. Very satisfied.

I like this gym membership I have with EOS but this year when they took their annual fee, they double charged me but instead of refunding it, they had used the extra $84.98 and credited towards my membership for the next eights months but did not say anything about it. I only knew this after calling and getting an answer from a manager about what happened. So I requested they NOT do that and instead refund the whole amount at once.

Use to be better. Now way overcrowded with people that stand around. It's always very hot and uncomfortable. Paper towel dispensers are always empty. Spills by equipment that are never cleaned up, while staff stands around at front desk talk amongst themselves. Machines are always broken down.

Pool is always in disrepair. When asked about pool temperatures, the staff allegedly cannot check because they don’t have a thermometer. Less than a day later after asking, a sign is posted at front stating pool temperature is 80 degrees. That’s not adequate for swimming conditions in a facility. Jacuzzi is having constant issues as well. Last year (2022) the jacuzzi was out of order for over 3 months. Update - there is no water features now.

Very large 2 story gym with great staff that's super helpful. A lot of foot traffic between 9pm - 11pm. The cardio cinema room was super nice and cooler with a good movie and audio playing. There's a wide variety of weights as well as machines. There are even workout machines that have digital screens that assist in making sure you do full reps and proper form. The only downside is that there is a lot of traffic coming in and out meaning that less people are wiping down the machines that I noticed along with not enough staff to manage all the people inside.

The gym is nice but signing up is always a pain. I've done a personal trainer with this location and the trainer was fat shaming so I backed out. I canceled my plan then came back- April 30 2025. They give the same vibe. They'll try their best to keep you not just to sighn up. But to desperately convince u to get a personal trainer. I told the guy I wasn't interested and he took it personal. Then got salty cause I took a minute to decide on a plan. I then just said I was gonna wheigh out my options and come back. He gave me side comments. If you're that desperate to make a sale then u don't care about the customer, just be real. It's professional to work with the customer or you'll lose one. It's not my fault you can't make a sale with me. I won't do a sale or sighn up for something out of my price range or goals because it's an inconvenience to you. i’ve been goimg to the gym for quite some time now and the staff is awesome but the cleaning company that services this gym is the worst part of this place. they use the same duster and rag on every single equipment, spreading germs everywhere. the main problem is the men working for them are complete creeps and insist on cleaning the equipment while you’re on it and try to start conversations and to make matters even worse are constantly taking pictures of equipment while people are using it which is a huge evasion of privacy and against my will, something needs to be done

Misleading cancellation process – still charged after canceling within the legal window

I signed up for a membership at this EOS Fitness on March 17, 2025, and decided to cancel just three days later on March 20, well within the 3-day cancellation period outlined in the contract. I canceled in person at the gym, but apparently the staff didn’t process my request until March 25, five days later—and now I’ve been billed $90 in April for dues and fees I should never have owed.

This feels like a shady delay tactic. I followed the cancellation terms exactly as stated in the agreement, yet I’m now being penalized because the gym failed to submit the request on time. EOS and their billing partner ABC Fitness need to take accountability and refund this charge.

Disappointing experience for a gym that promotes transparency and fairness. Be very careful signing anything here—document everything and don’t assume in-person cancellation means anything unless you get it in writing.

I started Group Fitness in 2014, I needed a place to belong and two people really stood out to me, Cathy and Diane.
They welcomed me like no one else did and would always invite me out with them after classes.
During Christmas one year they brought me a gift, I’ll never forget it.
At the time they were both just members but fast forward a few years they are now two of my favorite instructor’s.
I gotta say Cathy’s discipline will stand out to me the most.
She’s tough yeah but what’s a little tough love? In the end isn’t that what we all need.

I enjoy visiting this EOS because Alan has Zumba classes here at 9 AM on Mondays and Wednesdays. HE IS SO MUCH FUN! I have gone to many Zumba classes and all the dance instructors are great but Alan has an infectious energy that fills up the room and his dance routines really make you break a sweat. I love every class I have taken with Alan. You will not regret taking his Zumba class.

This EoS on Losee and Centennial is my favorite location. It has everything I need from a gym: new equipment, group fitness classes, sauna, and a recovery room. But the biggest factor that sets this gym apart is the people. From the friendly staff to supportive fitness enthusiasts that make this place feel like an extension of home - they’re family!

This gym has been here for over 10 years and so have I. Since they opened their doors as Gold’s Gym, I was already a member. It has had a major glow up over the past year and it has been fantastic. From the locker rooms, the new equipment, the recovery room (with massage chairs, percussive therapy guns, and leg compression), and the staff as well.

First point of contact sets the tone at any place. The front desk team is quite solid and is lead by Vanessa (Operations Manager) and Bethany (Assistant OM), Daniel, Asya, Reuben, and Cam are my favorites. They’re fun, friendly, hardworking, and helpful. Bethany is the greatest asset at through front desk - she’s only been in her role for a few months but she has made a strong impact. Her and Vanessa work so well together.

This location offers a variety of group fitness classes: Les Mills (BodyPump, Sprint, Core, BodyCombat, BodyAttack, Grit), Zumba and the many variations of it, MixxedFit, yoga which has its separate room, etc. The only issue is members and instructors walking in when people from the previous class that uses equipment are still cleaning up and putting away equipment when there’s a 10-minute gap in between! Where’s the courtesy? There’s no point in getting in the room more than 5 minutes just to stand there and wait.

When it comes to cleanliness and equipment maintenance, that’s the downfall of this gym. The cleaning crew needs to mop the floor in the group fitness room, yoga studio and the cycle room. Spray bottles and paper towel dispensers need to be refilled on a regular basis. The cleaning crew is wiping down treadmills while somebody’s using it! They’re wiping off the bikes in the cycle room when we already do that after class - such a waste of time when they could be mopping the floor instead and is badly needed. Machines take a very long time to get fixed. Replacing the battery on the bikes is not a priority at all.

Lossee EOS has amazing instructors. Cathy, Diane, Marcy and Dondrae. I feel motivated every class and inspired to show up! They want you to succeed and push you to make changes to improve your workout. I enjoy group fitness and my fellow classmates. Each class is uplifting and fun.

Gym and equipment are good but policies/ service were lacking. I had a black membership and tried to bring a guest. They said no because she had a basic membership and could only go to the one gym that she signed up at. So I can bring any other person that isn't paying for a membership but not someone that is paying the company. I should have been able to bring a guest like my pass allows regardless if they have an existing membership or not.

Not good at all. Machines always broken especially in Theater room. As I’m writing review im currently trying use elliptical that feels like it’s falling apart. But 2/4 are out of order and have been for a month now. Lawsuit waiting to happen from injury
