The BEST POLE STUDIO in the USA. I loved all the teachers. The best vacation in the USA improving my body and my pole dancing

One of the cleanest, chic places for classes I've ever been to. The atmosphere is amazingly comfortable, the teachers are so kind and welcoming, and the place feels super new. I highly reccomend anyone to try the beginner classes because they are simple and amazing work outs. Plus it feels very welcoming to anyone, last class had three guys and 4 women, and it wasn't wierd or intimidating at all and Ana is a truly spectacular teacher!

Having attended a few classes throughout the past few months, I wish I had more money to have more problems at this pole studio. :p The owner Celeste of this beautiful facility has created an atmosphere with beautiful, fun, and supportive instructors. I have attended classes with Rose and Kelly both of whom are incredibly supportive and willing to cheer you on in exploring sensual movements and building strength to be able to fly like an angel.

I absolutely adore this studio. The teachers are so kind and patient, the classes are so much fun and it’s a great way to activate abs, upper body, and feel hot all at the same time. Everyone is very welcoming. Wish there was more than 5 stars.

Ana is my absolute favorite! From my beginner classes to now beginner/intermediate she has really provided an environment for me to grow and feel confident with this sport!
She’s always so supportive and makes sure that she has progression options for whatever level you are working on! She also is eager and happy to give verbal and hands on corrections as needed! Thanks for making this such a fun place to be!

If you're an absolute beginner student with no experience AVOID Ana Nekrasova. I had my first lesson last week and not only did I feel unwelcome and intimidated in her class, I was ignored when I tried asking her a question about how to do something safely.
She doesn't take the time to check in with each student or answer questions after introducing a new move. Her warm ups and cool downs are entire workouts which take up the majority of class and they defeat the entire purpose of a "warm up". You might be reading this and assume I'm out of shape or particularly pesky with my questions, but I've been working out for months and doing yoga for years and I only had 2-3 questions. I had trouble getting her attention to even ask my questions. With Ana, you will not be taught about basic safety, grip, have your posture corrected, and she will not explain things in a different way if you don't get it the first time.
Ana's so-called "beginner" class is only safe to take if you've already learned safety from someone else. I asked her if I was doing something correctly (showing her the way I was doing it) because I was in pain, and her response was essentially: "you can get yourself off the floor so you're doing it fine". She hadn't even turned her head to look. I was lifting myself WITH BICEPS instead of my shoulders. That is a MAJOR MISTAKE that's pretty hard to miss! (I learned about my grip mistakes and how dangerous they were after class through researching why I was in pain). When I left class, I left with several preventable strains and injuries and I felt completely disheartened by my experience. I can only speculate why I was so shunned but my appearance might've played a role. My main reasons for wanting to attend classes were because I wanted to have fun, make use of my conditioning, and to LEARN SAFETY before I decide to buy a home-pole. I wanted nothing to do with pole or this studio after my experience, but I decided I would give it another chance with a different instructor since I bought a 3-class package and because one of my friends also goes here. After a visit to a doctor and a ton of hesitation, I signed up for a different beginner class.

The difference was night and day in my class with Celeste! She was super upbeat and a really thorough instructor. She shows a new move several times, points out variations and how to do them safely, explains in multiple ways instead of repeating herself, and she touches base with every single student after introducing a new move. She's brief if you're doing well or have a lot of experience, and spends more time with those struggling on individual moves. She is super easy to talk to if you have any questions or concerns. Her warmup routine feels like an actual warmup instead of a sudden and jarring workout, and the cool down stretches feel phenomenal and restorative. Leaving class, my interest in pole was rekindled and I left only mildly-sore (the good kind, like from a light workout instead of strain & inflammation).
I'm so glad I went to Celeste's class! I learned so much more than with my first instructor, and I felt so much more welcome and happy. We even had a few minutes of free-time ("flow") at the end of class where we got to practice our favorite moves from that day. She goes out of her way to cultivate a positive and inclusive environment. She did the impossible and made up for my sour experience in my first class! My review would have been 5-stars if it weren't for my very first experience with this studio.

Long story short, I came across Ethaerial Studio on instagram before the studio was open. A friend of mine and I drove from Sacramento to Reno for the grand opening party and it was an amazing experience. The owner Celeste and her mother La Dawn are the sweetest and so welcoming. I felt at home instantly. The studio space is top notch using high quality Lupit poles and tall mirrors. I’ve been pole dancing for 3 years now and this is one of the most beautiful studios I’ve been in. I also love that the studio is black owned as there is not a lot of representation of black owned studios, black pole teachers or black pole dancers. Here you will find a diverse range of teachers and students. I am excited to make trips from Sacramento to Reno to enjoy what fruits this studio has to offer. I highly recommend this studio for all levels of dancers or those with no pole experience.

I cannot say enough good things about this studio. Celeste and her instructors have been incredibly welcoming and keep me coming back for more! As someone who has zero dance/pole experience, I was hooked after the first class and am continually motivated to continue to push my horizons with the support of Celeste and her team. If you are hesitant at all to try out pole, please give Ethaerial a try. You won’t regret it!

Also, it’s an amazing place to have a bday party or event!
