I am super excited ! and I have to share I found a spectacular gym! The owner Jae Guarin is very professional! I know that here I can achieve my goals! It is a small place but they treat you with a lot of respect and patience! also that it is super safe in these times of Covid !! since they do not take many people per class !! his coaches are also very professional, David and Grayson !! each one with different ways when training but they are always correcting postures and trying not to hurt yourself while training ... Definitely look for a different spot, a better gym than this one, there’s a reason why all the old members left this place and won’t touch it with a 10 foot pole. Gym owner super shady and will not hesitate to screw you over.

If you are looking for A private gym fiitfactory is the one. I have been a member since September 2019 and I have fallen in love with my results. Coach Jae, Coach Carlos, and Coach David are seriously great trainers. They each take the time to explain each work out and if you need any assistance they are there to help. Ever since Covid All the trainers make sure while working out we have hand sanitizer, disinfecting spray, and towels to wipe down the equipment after each workout.
I feel safe at the gym, I’ll rather come here then to any other public gym. Everyone is super friendly don’t be shy to walk in. There a different memberships one can purchase and personal training available.

First off I'd like to say that jae and the entire staff there are very welcoming. I just recently started and within the first week I decided to sign up for a membership. For years I've been looking for a gym or any place I can go, to meet my physical goals and didn't find any place that worked for me till now. Having a normal gym membership didn't work for me because I really didn't know what I was doing and if I was actually doing the right workouts for my goals. But joining fiit factory they have multiple classes that you can take to better meet your fitness goals. They are very encouraging and helpful during the classes to make sure you are doing the workouts right. They make you feel positive and motivated everyday. When signing up I had a one on one to talk about my specific goals and what I am looking to accomplish from this experience. Carlos definitely made sure to go over everything he needed to know about me to better help me in classes to meet my specific goals. I definitely struggle with my diet and I was given helpful tips and ideas of what I should eat throughout the day, and how many times a day to really get the results I'm looking for. Every instructor there is super kind , and the environment of the gym over all is a positive one. This gym is for everyone and anyone who is ready to get back on their fitness journey. Highly recommend signing up!

I’ve been a member at FIIT Factory for 2 years now and I still wouldn’t go anywhere else. I LOVE this gym! The motivation and encouragement you get from the coaches and members is amazing! Best of all, there is ZERO intimidation here! I’m so glad a Beginners Hip-Hop class was added too...it is taught by an incredibly talented instructor and it’s such a fun way to get your sweat on. During this COVID pandemic, it’s important to me to stay active and healthy. That’s why I feel so much safer working out at this small specialty gym instead of the big commercial gyms like EOS or LVAC. Jae (the owner/coach), along with the other coaches, make sure our workout environment is clean and safe. The gym is clean, there are hand sanitizing stations around the gym, mask wearing is mandatory, and each one of us is given our own bottle of disinfectant spray with a towel to wipe down our workout stations before and after we use the equipment during classes or when we workout on our own. Everyone is made to feel welcomed here...the members at FIIT Factory are truly a FIIT FAMILY!

To all my Las Vegas-area health addicts, STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GYM. They conduct fraudulent business practices and it is a hotspot for Coronavirus. Let me explain:
The business owner, Jae Guarin, initially claims that his fitness center is a refuge from corporate gym structures, with personalized service and fitness plans. However, this membership costs $119/month, 4-5 times more than EOS or even LVAC charges. And Jae falls back on their style of abuse when met with a cancellation or a dispute over charges. Jae completely lacks any decorum regarding customer service, and whines about his personal reputation when met with a complaint. After I was charged for a month-to-month renewal of my membership after my initial 6 months was up, I asked him repeatedly for a refund on my membership, which I stopped using in the summertime because of his and other trainers lack of enforcement of the state-wide mask mandate. Jae immediately FLIPPED OUT and refused to refund me, stating “Its in the contract. You signed the contract!!!” Now which predatory gyms does that sounds like???? Hmmm….
Mind you, there is no access to your contract within his app, and when I asked him to send it to me, he sent a mostly blank PDF with 3 sentences and my initials. It doesn’t even have the FiitFactory logo or any indication that it is an official document of business. Very very suspicious. I thought because it was a small business, the owner would offer better customer service, but I guess not. I am currently working with the Better Business Bureau to see if they can help, but I do not want this to happen to anyone else.
Then there is the issue of the lack of a safe environment during a PANDEMIC. I stopped going in early fall and will not go back. I know of at least 4 people, INCLUDING OWNER JAE HIMSELF, who contracted Covid, then came back in and worked out sans masks. And after a review of their social media posts, they still do not enforce mask usage, with many people going without or pulling them below their chins.
Don’t do it. Its really not worth it.

Went in today to check out this really cool spot. This gym is amazing, love the atmosphere and the vibe the owner has created here. He's a really cool guy and has a great setup. He's super easy to talk to and explains how his method works and what he has to offer you if you are willing to put in the work. No B.S. I really like his style. I could see myself coming here and getting some serious training done. Great job.

I LOVE this gym! I moved to Vegas in Dec and I was looking for a gym similar to what I had been going to in the Bay Area, I didn't find FIIT Factory until May but I'm SO glad I did because it was exactly what I was looking for! I wanted small class sizes, circuit style training, and kickboxing. I started with a free class, then a 30 day pass, and joined by my 3rd class. I tried another place 1st but went with FIIT Factory because everyone in class was really nice, supportive, and encouraging from day 1; the membership special was AMAZING; the class sizes are small so Jae (owner) and Carlos (trainer) are able to come around and check your form and help you if you need it. Jae & Carlos genuinely care about the members, they are knowledgeable and down to earth, and I have definitely found my fiit family! The facility is clean and nice, the equipment is well maintained, the location is convenient for me but even if it wasn't I'd still come here. Class is ALWAYS challenging and I always leave feeling accomplished. It's a fun, friendly, comfortable environment that is focused on fitness. No judgment for what fitness level your at, and no pretentiousness. And if you really want to take your fitness to the next level, Jae is an AMAZING person trainer and really cares about you reaching your fitness goals, he will definitely hold you accountable! I can't say enough good things about this place. Come check it out for yourself! You won't regret it.

What can I say besides- this GYM is GREAT!!

The training style in these classes is AMAZING and you will definitely sweat! Both Jae (owner) and Carlos (Trainer) are amazing coaches and are always there to help everyone in the class with their form or to even adjust the workout if it becomes to much.

I have recently began personal training with Jae and he is awesome - i am on a macro diet and am training 3 days a week. I feel great and can see changes happening.

My home away from home! This gym, the people that attend and Jae- are FAMILY. The atmosphere is amazing which results in an epic workout, each and every single day. Each class is masterfully designed for each fitness level. So many varieties of workouts, every class isn't the same! Jae adds something new, creative and HARD to each workout. Finding a gym, that fits all of your needs/wants is rare. I consider myself lucky to know one of the coaches, Carlos, personally. He told me he had a gym in mind and invited me to one of the classes (first one is free btw) and I was sold after the first class. He and Jae (my other favorite coach) are DETERMINED to help get you where you wish your body to be. From meal prep ideas, personal training sessions, to group fiit sessions. You name it! Jae’s classes are hands down my favorite. I’ve had memberships at a lot of places in town: Raw Fitness, UFC, LVAC, VegasHot, and TruFusion and nothing compares. If you don’t want to deal with judgement, negativity, bad attitudes but are looking for high energy, positive vibes, a killer workout and someone who cares then come to Fiit Factory. 💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼
