I work out with Andrew, a trainer at this Trainers only gym. He is a wonderful trainer that does one of the best jobs I have ever experienced, in listening to me when i share my body's cues. The gym only offers membership to trainers, so that they can train their clients there. I really enjoy the atmosphere, because it isn't crowded like regular gyms, and we can work hard without feeling like we are hogging equipment.

Not a open gym ...for the money they want you might as well get a gym membership so you can have an open gym and you would have enough cash still to get a trainer at that open gym
