Megan at the front desk is amazing. I’ve been a member for two decades, since the gym opened as a gold gym in 2005. Quite honestly, Megan is the best I’ve ever seen at the front desk. She was friendly greeted me with a smile and assisted me with questions I had about the Sauna.

WORST RUN GYM EVER!!! Nothing like a sauna full of people fully dressed sweaty socks and shoes and all. You can report blood on the sauna floor, never cleaned. Obnoxious clientele, zero gym etiquette from customers.The staff could care less, including management.Would not recommend. RUN AWAY! Find a better gym. Anything is better than this place

Good gym for the price. Equipment is not maintained and half the cardio machines are broken. Gym is old enough now where stuff needs to be replaced or upgraded but it’s a 13$ gym. Could be better with care.

Terrible experience with the company. Hue at this location was an awesome person and of great help, his service was great and no negative comments about him. He had great communication and tried to look out for my concern as much as possible. Staff is nice typically.
The issue is with the company itself. I had called to cancel my account begging of the year (2025) and a fee was going to be charged for canceling early before it ended. I agreed as I wasn't a fan of the interior look and didn't like how full it got and no access to machines at times. I was checking my finances mid October of 2025 and realized that Fitness Connection kept charging me $25 every month. I called right away to see why wasn't my account shut off and still being charged. Hue was helpful to try and set a request in and see if they could refund me all the other months. Called costumer service twice and waited for nearly 30min to never get picked up.
Fast forward to beginning of November (2025) and I called bc I saw no refund in my account, rather another charge. Hue again was as helpful as he could be, and I gave a call to costumer service after.
After nearly 30min on hold again, they finally picked up. They denied I had ever called to cancel, and that they were all valid transactions. Such poor service from this company. I will never be coming into a building of theirs ever again. Rather support the local gyms.
I'd recommend double checking everything you do with this company to avoid having the same issue I have had. I wont be recommending this place to anyone.
