If I could give them 0, I would. I wanted to go to a small business instead of a bigger corporation like EOS and it totally backfired. The gym sucks. The machines are always occupied. Receptionist is never available. Replacement cards are $5. I came in to cancel my membership and surprise surprise. There is no one available. You can go to EOS, pay less, and have access to a lot more things.

This is the first and last time I ever come here. Let's get this fact going for the primary reason: this gym is small. There are too many machines that are out of order. I can't understand why these people who worked here have not made any improvements. I mean, really. It feels more like a house gym rather than a big gym. While the other gym on Charleston Boulevard is not quite perfect as it seems, I feel solitude. Not helping the fact that it's giving me the backrooms feel - as you can see the photos I've taken. The only redeeming quality is that this location has a nice view of the city. Unfortunately, it did not met my expectations. Will not be coming back here no more.

Both locations are always crowded, yet they frequently have numerous out-of-order machines. The sauna has been out of service for months, with no sign that repairs are being prioritized. Unfortunately, the gym is not compensating its members in any way for these ongoing issues. Overall its a good environment.

Way too many machines are out of order. Many of them have been left broken for weeks now. The hand sanitizer stations are always empty, and there isn’t a lock on the bathroom. I’m really disappointed in how they’ve been running things. I’m wondering where my monthly payment goes if it’s not for upkeep of the gym.

A female in the Charleston gym just told me it’s NOT their fault that they have over 5000 emails and they couldn’t see the ones that I sent them about my late payment. It wouldn’t be an issue about a late payment if they would read their emails. I’m being charged for a late fee because you guys don’t read your emails??? NOT COOL! Pretty bad. It is a tiny gym, but thats ok. It's a close by and never THAT crowed. The free weights and "most" of the machines seem to be in working order although EOS or AnyTime Fitness is much better.

The reason for the low rating is all the elliptical machines are either broken entirely or are buggy ( pause / randomly shut off etc ... ) They have A LOT of ellipticals too, so it's hilarious getting on and off like 6 before you find one that actually lights up, only to find it shuts down randomly.

Most all of the cardio equipment is broken. Would be better if they just removed it and put in a few extra weight benches.

Was rudely confronted by the lady that works the night shift, Stating that I didn’t slide my card when I got in. Those doors won’t open unless you slide your membership card. It’s her approach, She acts like she owns the place.

Olga was very unprofessional and rude and came at me with attitude i had no idea what she was saying and assumed i spoke spanish my dad pays for the membership and it had his picture on it and she just came up to me and just asked me for my name and she scared me and creeped me out the way she came up to me and never introduced herself and never told me why she was asking for it i would have gladly told her but her vibes were very off i kept asking her why shes asking me cause i didnt know she was a worker here because she didnt want to tell me she kicked me out and then called my dad’s phone and she told him that she can put my picture on it but if it was that simple to fix why didnt she just tell me to ask him to come for me to fix the problem not just be creepy and startle me just coming at me outta nowhere asking my name and just saying it in a rude manor

The gym is average, when I joined the manager went over gym etiquette and cleaning after the equipments but all the wipes and hand sanitizers were empty. I felt really disgusted. The floors need to be cleaned and the ac needs to be turned up.

2 star gym for several reasons but mainly it’s the inadequate gym etiquette from members. If there’s only 1 bench press then why are you working out with a group of 6 people taking up the equipment for hours? It’s a $17 gym with no contract so you get what you pay for. EōS is probably a better choice.

I was very upset with the old management at this location dropping the ball on me cancelling my membership causing overdraft fees and late fees. Once the new manager Walter got in, he quickly contacted me and I was able to fix everything and leave happy things were solved. Thanks Walter !

Good place to work out. Small and has most necessary amenities. The women’s bathroom needs better maintenance and cleaning however. Workout machines are extremely sticky and I see most people were not cleaning their machines after use. A little disappointed with this location.

Only clean gym in the east Las Vegas area. For $20 a month you get free weight bench press, two squat/deadlift racks and plenty of equipment. Not too many people on weekends. And very reasonable amount of ppl before 6pm on weekdays. Great gym overall. Friendly staff.

Very greedy gym, sign up somewhere else like planet fitness or 24 hour fitness. After my contract ended they were still charging my card $250 for the next two months, adding on late fees because I assumed since my contract ended they would stop charging my card but sadly, that wasn’t the case. Went in to cancel my membership, then the next day they charged me $20 for my “last month of membership” . Altogether I have lost $270 just because they didn’t cancel my card after my contract ended.

This gym isn’t for people who actually have long term fitness goals and let me explain. They only have one leg press machine and even then it’s a little wonky. The weight plates are very limited so if your a heavy lifter then this isn’t for you.

They have a few cable machines which is neat but again, there is so much you could do with it. The scan card works when it wants to, they blast really loud music for the Zumba classes so unless you don’t have noise cancelling headphones then your out of luck.

This is a stepping stone type of gym. The beginning and begginers gym for those who want to get in shape and don’t like to me intimidated by inshape people.

It’s a decent gym but if your used to lifting and already going to the gym you will have to elsewhere. Unfortunately there is no gym by the east side so you will have to travel to get to where you need to go.

If your looking for a nitty gritty type of gym that allows deadlifting, slamming weights when doing cleans I would go to EOS, and if you like the lifestyle type of feel go to LVAC, but if you just want to do cardio, do a little bit of weights here and there this gym is for you. Again, not saying it’s a bad gym, but for people who want to powerlift and body build, this isn’t for you.
