Great gym facility and great trainers. I have tried many gyms and programs and this is the only one I have stuck with. The 6 week transformation jump started me and I was hooked. Each work out is different and works the entire body. Highly recommend Fitness for Life!

I joined Fitness for Life in March of 2019 during a transformation challenge and havenβt left yet. Iβve continued on because of how much I enjoy the atmosphere, Iβve made great friends and Rich has made it an enjoyable experience. Rich has pushed and encouraged me to get better, he is great at giving health and fitness advice- and hey he is a pretty cool guy! I love my gym, my trainers, and the amazing people Iβve met!

I count on Rich to give me exercises that not only keep me strong and flexible, but also allow me to work out without having to think about all of the kinds of exercises I need to do. He challenges me with good natured humor and never a negative comment. What I like with Rich is that my most important job is simply to show up, and then I just do what he says.

Started with Rich King about 2 months ago, because I was not getting the results from working out at gym by myself. From the first meeting with Rich I knew this was the right decision. He met with me, took body measurements, reviewed nutrition diet and answered all my questions. His work outs are progressive, build upon each other and are never the same. I have improved my body measurements, see and feel the results just after 2 months. Rich will get more done with you in 45 minutes then you will get in 1 hour at gym All of us spend money on recreational stuff...food, drink, trips, etc......,take some of that money and spend a small amount on your health. Get off your butts and work out, I did and l have the results to prove it.
