Hands down the best gym ever everything that a gym should be this is , love the towels the owner's amazing the rates are fair my biggest complaint about a lot of gyms is there's no padding in a lot of the equipment but this equipment is very comfortable to use it even has a digital counter on a lot of them everything is very clean organized honestly no complaints I highly recommend this place I'm very happy here well done guys the gym is amazing thank you

This is a great little gym. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Also, all the people there are friendly and the overall vibe is very welcoming. Great equipment, including stations for squats and deadlifts, which not all gyms have these days. I highly recommend this place.

My family of four goes here. It’s a small gym that lacks much of the equipment on my wish list but what it does have is clean and never falling apart. They are clean and provide towels along with solid customer service. If you want a large gym with everything in it maybe keep searching but if you want a nice location that is clean and friendly try them out!

Best Gym in Town! Super clean, friendly, quality equipment, and even great class options included in the membership! Flex Appeal has it all. Even fellow members are friendly, encouraging and welcoming. It's like the gym family you've always wanted! These places (gyms/studios) can be intimidating, but not Flex. This place checks all the boxes...do yourself a favor and check it out.

Love this place. Open 24 hours. Clean and easy to use equipment. Staff is very nice and helpful like Zack and Nick the manager. They have showers, massage therapists, personal trainers, classes and really nice equipment. Personal lockers, water station, towels and awesome food prep meals. They make drinks too.

This gym is so amazing. Everyone here is so helpful and always so happy. They all greet you when you enter the door and everyone keeps the gym very clean. I go here 6 days a week 3 of them I train with a personal trainer there. She by fair is the most amazing personal trainer I have ever had :). Lana Richie is her name. She's so fun to work out with. She definitely pushes you where you get the best workout of that hour or more you have with her, plus she's your best cheerleader. I highly recommend her to anyone whose looking for a trainer. Over all I love this gym :).

Absolutely my favorite gym that I have ever belonged to! The facility and equipment is new and always clean; they have top of the line stuff! In addition, they have a great workout room where they offer spin classes, etc. There are four fully equipped bathrooms- 2 for female/2 for males- they all include showers. The staff and trainers are all incredibly friendly and helpful. There is a masseuse and chiropractor on staff as well. As someone who has belonged to many fitness centers, this gym has the best qualities to offer!
