I have trained and worked with Shawn for 8 months. Prior to working with Shawn I worked with a couple other trainers. The difference with Shawn was night and day. Shawn sets the bar for professionalism. In the past 8 months he was never late to a session or had called out. He has instilled in me an amazing protocol to use the rest of my life. I for once actually feel like I have the perfect routine down. His knowledge in the fitness industry in paramount. He has worked with me through scheduling and illnesses. I couldn't recommend an individual higher then I recommend Shawn.

Shawn Cunningham is the best personal trainer in Las Vegas! Attentive, intelligent and efficient. I have trained with different trainers throughout the years but will be sticking with Shawn for the long run as he creates tailored and personal workout programs and diets to fit my ever changing goals while reducing my recovery time and especially injuries a total game changer for me! I’ve been working with Shawn for almost 6 months now and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a trainer who’s knowledgeable and professional, and will hold you accountable. I have a few injuries from previous sports, so I really appreciated that Shawn focuses on movements that are safe and efficient. My main goal when I started was just to get more comfortable in the gym and maybe gain some muscle as a bonus, but my expectations were exceeded and I have definitely gained muscle, improved previous injuries, and feel more comfortable in the gym now.

Sean has been my trainer for about 6 months now and the results have been fantastic. He has pushed me each session, helped me with my nutrition plan (which is super important to be consistent about) and helped me avoid any injuries during workouts. He's always on time and available to answer questions . If you're looking to get in better shape then Sean is your guy!

Shawn is one of the most professional and best instructors I’ve ever had. Every trainer I’ve worked with always causes an injury for me. Shawn is careful and I have yet to injure myself! I have had shoulder pain for years and he has showed me how to lift properly and the exercises I’ve done that have damaged my shoulder. I cannot thank this man enough for everything he has done. He also has this amazing app you can use where he shows your workout and explains the exercise. As a trainer he is always studying and is certified in so many areas of exercise. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him.

Shawn is a wonderful personal trainer and is flexible to allow you to get the sessions in that you need. Although you have to do your part outside of the gym, Shawn sets you up for success in the gym. I am currently training to be in the best shape for my wedding and I am achieving my goals.

Approximately 2 years ago I started working out with Shawn because of a heart situation.
Being 62 years old, I have come such a long way and love how my body and health have changed.
Shawn makes sure that I lift the weights correctly. I use to have back issues but with his awesome help, my back no longer bothers me.
I highly recommend Shawn for personal training.

Shawn is the best. I have had a great experience training with him over the past 40 sessions. Shawn is always worried about his clients goals, needs, and most importantly safety. I have many injuries and issues and Shawn is always there to guide me and make sure that each exercise is done correctly and free of pain.
We use heart rate monitors to make sure we are getting the most out each workout as well as how hard he can push us. I have been thankful to have Shawn as a personal trainer who is so concerned about my well being where he asks about the nutrition plan, the body, and the sleep before and during each workout, thus showing great care for his clients.
I have seen great results from the sessions I have had with Shawn thus far. I have gone from 155+ lbs to 130 and my body fat percentage went from 30% to 19% and possibly lower. I could not have asked for a better more professional personal trainer.
Shawn is the go to trainer, it is money well spent and look forward to my next 30 sessions with him.

Shawn C. has been the best thing I have invested in my life. Shawn is very knowledgeable and expert about the body and food. He keeps you accountable and makes every workout fun as well as challenging. NEVER A EASY DAY WITH HIM!!! Every WORKOUT I feel good about the effort and education he continues to teach me. Shawn is an amazing personal trainer. The best trainer I have ever worked with. He is professional and knowledgeable. When I first started working with him I had some major structural and alignment issues. He customized a workout program to meet my specific needs and goals so I could get the results I wanted. as quickly as possible, yet he is very attentive to my form and making sure the exercise is done correctly so as to prevent any injury. He knows how to gauge an exercise to challenge you, yet not push you past your limits. In addition, he helped me establish a solid nutrition plan that is easy to follow and allows for many choices. Overall, I have gained muscle strength, tone, flexibility, balance, lost 20 pounds and several inches in the appropriate places. I feel fantastic, have gained a healthier body that will allow me to live the active lifestyle of my choosing. I would recommend Shawn without hesitation.

I have been working with Shawn for 14 months 3 times per week and over that time I have lost 30 pounds, decreased body fat percentage by 15%, and significantly increased muscle mass. Shawn is consistent with making sure all exercises are done with proper form to avoid injury and get the maximum results. I've used other personal trainers before and he has been by far the best. He will tailor your workouts towards your goals and knows how to push you to your limits without exceeding them and causing injury. Very highly recommended!
