I was scheduled for a complimentary orientation at 2:15 p.m. and was told to arrive 15 minutes early, which I did. Unfortunately, the office was locked, and there was no place to wait inside. I stood outside in the full Las Vegas heat, calling the office several times and knocking, but no one answered.

After waiting about 10 minutes, I finally left. I later received a call from Bella apologizing, but there wasn’t any real effort to make it right or reschedule. I had left work early, came prepared, and was genuinely looking forward to the session, especially since I was considering a membership.

I was really disappointed — not just because of the heat, but because it showed a lack of professionalism and care for new clients. Hopefully the management takes this feedback seriously, because I was ready to commit and this experience completely changed my mind.

I don’t love a lot of places but it’s so convenient and I love the sweat I get and I even love the in house gym I’m actually canceling my membership at EOS as well because this provides everything I need.Update 05/17 I been coming for over a year now I’ve had no problems until I met the guy that’s there on Friday I’ve been called twice due to something I did on Friday which I was called about my daughter being with me ,wasn’t a big problem but the guy on Friday was just staring at me and walking by every five minute like he had something to say only to get a call about my daughter being with me…Then on Friday I actually promised myself I wouldn’t go on Fridays any more only to get a call this Friday cause I held the door for someone on Friday the lady had a lot of stuff in her hands and I was flagged for being polite then I was ask not to do that, how does that sound it made me mad like you want me to be rude by telling her no and putting her own code in when clearly she had about ten things in her hands, someone did do that to my son but I could never just be mean to someone I don’t know if this guy on Fridays had something to do with me being flagged, I don’t like being harassed I held the door for someone over ten times in the past year and on a Friday its a problem and now I’m getting flagged leave me alone guy from Friday…. I’m not going to stop being polite because of your rules figure something out but don’t call me and tell me to be rude to someone that’s not fair to me I have enough going on in my life.

I joined HOTWORX about one month ago. I am 65 years old with several injuries and surgeries, so the concept of stretching and exercising in the heat, along with the infrared, was very appealing. I have been able to go 3 to 4 times per week and absolutely love it.
The results I have achieved in such a short period of time motivate me to continue. The Hot Stretch class has really helped me improve my flexibility, which is currently not very flexible, but I certainly can see an improvement already.
I also really like the Hot Blast, Hot Thunder, Hot Yoga and Hot Core.
The classes are easy to follow and I love the positive reinforcement the instructors give, constantly reminding to go at your own pace, but also to get everything you can out of each class.
The staff are awesome as well. Josie, Sarah and Tiara are all very kind, patient and friendly.
If you are looking for self-paced variety of classes, and enjoy exercising in the warmth of a sauna, I highly recommend HOTWORX. As they say, you will Earn the Burn.

Came in for my 6am session to no avail. I had to leave because the body odor was immense. We should all be rinsing off before coming to a public gym. That’s disgusting. I saw someone in the staff closet during unstaffed hours. Staff isn’t said to be there until 11am, and the same guy also seemed to have been working out in one of the saunas. Very unprofessional. Very smelly. 🤮

The infrared sauna and 3-D training has been life changing for me. Plenty of workouts to choose from, Hot Yoga, Pilates and Hot warrior are my favorites. I enjoy the hot blast for Cardio. My therapist referred me to this place called Hot Worx, she said she had been going to the infrared sauna workout there and that she loves it. Just a heads up, if you sign up and end up not liking, they have a 5 month cancelation policy essentially. You have to agree to sign up for 3 months. And if you don't like it, it takes another 2 months to cancel. And if you cancel on the 5th of a month like I did, the cancelation process won't start until the 1st of the next month. And their mats and towels are basic and they make you buy them for about $150.

Reviews usually get to hear about what went wrong… I’m going to do just the opposite and tell you what great customer service I received from Sienna and Cene at 215 and Eastern studio. As a Sweat Everywhere member, I have had the opportunity to work out at many studios- this one is top notch.

On December 3, I was in Vegas and decided to grab an Uber over to get some studio time, thought I would hop on a bike, do whatever class was available… I didn’t make reservations and when I showed up they were busy doing a deep cleaning- the amazing job they were doing is noteworthy in of itself! Needless to say, the bikes were out of the studio and I was in a bit of a jam- my Uber left and I was NEEDING some sweat time. Sienna and Cene busted their tails and got a studio ready for me and showed the most gracious customer service.

Just thought I would let you know, two great employees going above and beyond for a member when they didn’t need to, the type of employees we would all be proud and lucky to have.

**Since their response is a complete lie, here is a direct quote from them "I’m sure you are aware that you signed a contract to workout at the Eastern location until Southern Highlands was open". I also asked them to PAUSE my membership, but they told me that requires 30 day notice, so please don't let them fool you pretending to have quality customer service. I asked for the owner to reach out and have never received a response. I did not want to cancel and specifically stated that. I said I wanted to pause as I had no intention of being a member at the Eastern location for over 3 months.

Great concept, but terrible ownership. I recommend avoiding this gym and finding somewhere else. They are very deceitful. I signed up for this location June 27th under the impression that the location close to my house was opening within the next 1-2 weeks. It's not mid-October and the gym is not open. I simply asked to pause my membership, because I never intended to commute 20+ minutes each way to the gym for 3+ months. I was told I "signed a contract". That contract was signed under false pretenses and deceit. This is the worst customer service I have ever received from an establishment. Buyer beware.

I used to go to an infrared sauna once every other week and had to pay for each visit. When I saw that a Hotworx was gonna open by my house, I did the usual thing and researched it. I could pay monthly for unlimited access for an infrared sauna and exercise at the same time? That seemed like a no brainer. I joined Hotworx in 2020 and been a proud member since. I absolutely love Hotworx. I have severe spine issues and have to lose weight but immensely limited on what I can do. That’s when I found Hotworx. The owner herself happen to be there and heard me talking about my spine and told me how much it’s helped hers and boy was she right. I’ve seen such an improvement in my range of motion since working out here. The workouts are so difficult but it’s rewarding! Whichever one you choose the Virtual Trainer has one person doing a modified way and explains how it’s done so you can build your way up to the hard stuff.

Sometimes when you go into large gyms there is a definite intimidation factor, but I like how small hotworx is, not a ton of people and just a really refreshing atmosphere to go and relieve some stress. I had a family emergency and asked them to please place my account on hold as I was out of the state taking care of a sick family member. They said no. I then asked to cancel (since they won’t place my account on hold) and they said I have to be there in person. I asked them to please try and work with me since I would be out of the state for an indefinite amount of time.... they still said no. I explained my situation again and the guy who answered the phone said it’s corporate policy.

When I signed up the owner told me I would be able to place my account on hold if I needed to for any reason. I guess that was just said to get me to sign up.

I’ll be there to cancel as soon as I return.

I love how I feel after doing a HOTWORX workout. I feel destressed and relaxed instead of exhausted and overwhelmed like other Bootcamp style gyms around town. HOTWORX offers a variety of hot workouts plus a free weight area. This is exactly what I have been looking for!

I signed up for Hotworx shortly after they opened. I was excited to try a new gym experience. Having come from TruFusion I was interested to see how my experience would be different. During my sign up I did ask about schedule as most classes were open at that time but I knew at some point they would get busy. There are only 8 total workout saunas in the building. I was ensured there would always be a class available. I went to my first class and it was nice. The facility was clean and the scheduling was easy. BUT the sauna says it has room for 3 people! I could not imagine practicing with 2 other people in there with me. There is no air circulation so that seemed odd to me. During the time I signed up they were allowing one person per sauna which made the class fantastic.

Flash forward 20 days later.....All classes are always booked out. I was lucky if I could schedule a cycle class. I joined for the hot yoga so to say this was a disappointment was an understatement. I had anticipated the gym picking up but come on....

So, I decided to cancel my membership. After speaking with the owner I was informed I had signed a five month contract. I told her I remember signing something for 3 months but not five. I was told I must have misheard the person signing me up and now I must pay until my contract expires.

OK, fine....The contract details that's on me. BUT the lack of scheduling is most certainly on the gym. They have way too many people attending this place. They should've capped their membership so everyone who signed up for the membership would've been able to attend when their schedule allowed.

While this is a cool concept I feel like I got duped into paying for an extended period of time meanwhile not being able to take any classes. Before you sign up read the contract (because not everyone signing folks up understands the details) and ask about the schedule. Make sure the classes you want to take show availability at the times you can go....

This place is awesome!!! I’ve been coming here since they opened & somehow even thou it kills me I come back daily Bc I luvvvv it! Tiffany & staff are super cool & friendly. I enjoy going just 2 see them as well as my infrared workout. Even thou I have a membership @ LVAC, I find the crew here more like my family & very welcoming that I come here more then the regular gym!! HOTWORX here at Eastern & 215 owned by Tiffany is absolutely the BEST workout place I have gone to. It is so addictively good that I want to go there every SINGLE day! This is not an exaggeration because it truly is rewarding and you feel like not advertising it because you want to have all the time in the world to yourself😀 But everybody has to try this and bet you that it will lure you to a healthy body in no time at all!!!! HOTWORX is an amazing place to get your sweat on! They have an awesome staff, great pricing, and an immaculate facility. You can tell the entire staff is passionate about you and the workouts. They are genuine in their desire to push you to that next level. Anytime I walk into this place it is so clean. Amazing workouts in such a short amount of time. As a cancer patient my doctor encourages me to get in the infrared heat. The workouts are to the point and effective. I can even get two in back to back in different areas of my focus. Take a shower and be on my way. This location is always clean. The staff is stellar. A community of good vibes all around. My wife started coming here and she LOVED it! It was so easy to add me to her membership and now I'm hooked as well.

She and I do a quick Hot Blast together and then while she's doing an Iso hot class I work out in the FX zone. I like that it has everything I need in one spot and I really enjoy being able to do this together with my wife. The app is easy to use for scheduling also so I can work around my busy work schedule.

I highly recommend Hotworx studio. I recently went snowboarding with my friends and I know I was stronger on the slopes because of the infrared 3D training.

What’s not to love about this place
The first time that I went I was expecting this place to be a hot yoga place that had weird energy and as a 6”1 heavyset guy didn’t seem like it would be the place to go boy I was wrong!!!

HOTWORX has many different classes from bikes to yoga to stretching you name it they got it and if that doesn’t do anything for you they have a nice free weights area where you can do most the general stuff you can do at most gyms

The staff is super friendly and they’re not they’re trying to upsell you too a long-term memberships most of the members that I have interacted with have been super cool one of the big selling points to this place is that there are multiple classes going on all the time but the classes are small and each pod holds 2 to 3 people which makes it very convenient for my wife and I to work out at the same time and the cool thing is we are at two different fitness levels and it just works out if your a person that likes to be a private and not bothered while you’re working out this Hass to be the best set up ever

The workouts are anywhere from 13 minutes to 30 minutes and let me just tell you this you will sweat I was a little skeptical but the infrared heat is completely different than you would think a sauna would be I was amazed definitely a place that you Should check out at least once

HotWorx is SUCH a great place to exercise. I appreciate how clean everything is. They provide cleaning supplies so you can clean up before or after your workout. The heat in the workout suites are adjustable so you can make it hotter or cooler. It's super convenient that you can go 24/7 and let yourself in. The staff is absolutely fabulous. I especially enjoy Tiffany and Kenny- very kind, welcoming and professional. My personal favorite workout is the pilates. I will definitely recommend this location to my friends and family.

My mother had cancer a few years back and luckily we caught it in time OR it was the change in diet habits and working out. Not only that she had a personal inferred sauna in her house to clear of any cancer cells that may have still been growing. After this place opened we JUMPED all over the opportunity to combine fitness and inferred cleansing. Not only is this place freaking beautiful with all the wood sauna rooms and the cleanliness is off the charts, the staff and owner Tiffany are accommodating and helpful. I cancelled my other yoga memberships and this place is the ONLY place I go to anymore! Try it out!! You will love it even if it’s your first time in a heated room. You’re able to adjust the heat to your liking and feel comfortable in your own space. Try it!

So excited that I found HOTWORX! I love being in the sauna and now I get to be in the sauna and burning even more calories! I love that this gym is so clean and small. Very safe and comfortable.
