I've been going to this Hotworx location for a few months now and I'm literally obsessed! Not only do I feel amazing after my workout, but the staff is lovely and the space is super clean :) so happy I was recommended to this gym!

I LOVEEE this Hotworx location for so many reasons. To start the staff is incredible - the manager Angelina goes out of her way every day to greet me and help with anything I need. Such phenomenal sauna’s always kept clean and in the best condition, if there’s ever an issue with the equipment it’s fixed immediately. Their FX Zone is always spotless and kept organized. I recommend the Hot Cycle class, great burn for those glutes. 🙌🏼🙌🏼

As a result of going through menopause, I had weight gain, inflammation, sleepless nights and exhaustion. I've been going to Hot worxs for exactly one month and I feel and look back to my true self. The staff is supportive and patient. I hope more people my age will give this a try, it has been the answers to my prayers

I love Hotworx! I've been a Sweat Everywhere member for a few months and this is my favorite location by far. It is always so clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful. I love that I can come in at anytime to get in a quick workout.

I signed up for Hotworx about 1 yr ago. This was for me and my teen daughter. At that time I was told cancellation was 30 days. About 6 months into memebership I went to cancel my membership, at that point I was told I can freeze it for $9.99 for both. However, I kept getting charge $9.99 each for my daughter and me. Today I went to cancel my membership. The girl Ashely that signed me up quit. New girl Genesis mentioned that either I pay $99 immediately or 2 month notice per agreement. She mentioned it was $99 each for my daughter and me, however, when I signed up I was informed it was only 1 membership as my daughter was a minor. Apparently since front desk changed, so has the story. I paid $99 cancellation and Genesis did say she wont charge for my daughter ( she should have been under my membership anyways).

Pls stay away from HOTWORX and this location.

I emailed the studio over a year ago to cancel my membership. I have an email confirmation saying that it would be handled. They have continued to charge me for over the past year despite my repeated attempts for refunds and to get them to stop charging. They’ve continued to tell me they will refund me. They have not. They owe me hundreds and hundreds of dollars.

This is perfect place to do what you want, when you want. Often times it can be a bit loud and the girls at the front are always taking. Today I expressed my thankfulness for addding new classes and then suggested possibly adding a hip class that focuses on stretching the hips. One of the girls engaged and the other dismissed my suggestion like it was the dumbest thing she’d ever heard. Maybe I’ll start coming really early again, when it is more quiet and peaceful. Feedback or suggestions should be welcomed valued by all. This place is for all genders.

I've been going to Hotworx for a while now and really appreciate what it offers. It fits perfectly with my unpredictable schedule, letting me work out at any hour. Initially, I stuck to the cycling rooms, but I've gradually started exploring the rowing and yoga rooms as well, and I'm glad I did! Also, the addition of the infrared sauna to my workout routine has been a serious bonus. It's nice to combine the benefits of a good sweat with the unique perks of infrared heat, like better muscle recovery and an extra boost to relaxation after a tough session. Hotworx has been a great find for me and keeps my workouts varied and interesting. I honestly feel amazing every time. For anyone needing a flexible fitness solution, it's definitely worth checking out.

The employees here are terrible people. I was sitting in the parking lot nearby the business waiting on my wife to finish her eyebrow wax next door. Two of the Hot Worx employees decided it was unacceptable and made up a story that I was photographing them (from across the parking lot?) to send security over to harass me.

First of all, people don’t care enough to take random photos in public. Secondly, stop making up stories to harass people minding their own business.

Since I cannot reply to the owner’s response separately, I will here:

I did nothing but sit in my car and wait for my wife to come out of her appointment at a nearby business. I never communicated in any way to your staff. Clearly, they judged me based on my appearance and their perception of whether I belonged. No one should have to fear being harassed by security from baseless accusations because you encourage your employees to judge people.

I’ve been working out over 30 years and this is my new favorite. Working out in less time and it’s more efficient. The facility is always immaculate and the staff is helpful and kind. I’m a teacher and I haven’t been sick in almost 2 years. Infrared for the win!

Great place to workout! they are always deep cleaning the gym and the app shows you what’s available and it’s rarely crowded. There’s 10 saunas and a space for weights lifting too. I have been coming for over a year and I love it so much. my whole family comes to this gym.

This Studio is awesome and so affordable to get the infrared benefits. Honestly a steal with it being open 24 hours. It’s super clean the staff has been nothing but extremely friendly and I absolutely love the concept.

I went to the free session which is bait- how do you know if you like anything after “a first date”? Not me. I dislike franchises for this- and if they really want to offer free introductory offers- how about 3 free sessions- how about packages?. But this location has been a yoga studio, a cycle place- a yoga studio and now this- get the Sage out- it should probably be something else- they will go under at the expense of me ($150 later) - check out Ublissity or Sweat Studio- good people- offer memberships and packages

Love this gyms concept, as I enjoy working out in the heat. The gym is super clean and there’s always an open room so you can workout alone. You also have access to the full gym, not just the workout saunas. I’m not a huge fan of contracts, but it’s only a 90 day minimum and they allow you to suspend as long as you need. I’m really glad I joined and I’ll be staying a while!
