Avoid this place at all costs! Maybe just an issue with this location. We were lied to about a cancellation fee. My wife has tried multiple times gyms in the area and asked specifically if there was a fee to cancel and was told no. However there is one! I understand that this is in the policy, but that is why she asked, so we did not have to read it. Play it safe and choose another option. Who’s know what else they lie about.

I enjoy it, everything is clean and mostly have the gym to yourself. I would say some members forget it’s a shared gym as today I could hear a couple slamming the weights for 30 minutes so loud next to the saunas- makes it hard to concentrate for hot yoga lol. The sauna walls are thin and people just need to be aware of this. Otherwise great place to workout

Signed up at the trip/Fort Apache location in Feb. I brought a friend to sign up also. I asked if there were any specials going on at the moment. I was told no. Only one they had was to have 10 people sign up and you get 1 year membership. We were told we were required to purchase the HOTWORX yoga mat when I already had my own. The twist…the very next day we go to the boca park location to sign up another friend. We see a sign that says “sign a friend up and get the month of March for free” 🤔 I thought they had no specials going on. My friend also did not have to purchase the itchy $50 HOTWORX yoga mat. I have tried 4 locations so far. They are all very nice and clean and perfect for someone with a busy schedule. If you are thinking about signing up. Go to the boca park location. Save $ on the yoga mat and get a month free if you bring a friend.

She took time to explain the rewards program. I usually come early in the morning however switched to coming at night. I’ve been going to Hotworx on Tropicana for less than a month but I’ve absolutely loved it so far! I love how close this location is from my work, so I’m able to get a well rounded workout in every day! I also love how this location isn’t super busy so I’m usually workout out alone. The length of the classes also make the workout motivating and sustainable. Faith gave me my first tour and she’s been there every day since. I went to HOTWORX to check out their facility because I saw few videos online and it caught my attention. I tried 30 min workout and 10 min stretching in infrared sauna and set temperature for 120 degrees. It was something I never tried before. I liked it. My body became warmer and stretching was very pleasant. Next time when I come, I will bring gallon of alkaline water with me.
They also have cycle classes I am interested in taken and class with bands.

Caitlin Hodge showed me the facility and gave me nice detailed tour. Thanks for your professionalism, patience and friendliness.

When I was ready to go home, I bounced few minutes on the bouncing station. It was fun.

At the moment, they are offering first complimentary class. I would highly recommend this place for those whose goal to weight loss, detoxification , pain relief, improving circulation and stress reduction. It's open 24 hours and they have affordable membership prices.

Love this gym because I can get a quick workout in and sweat a ton. I like the private rooms. One thing I would change is add a different machine or a treadmill to one of the two cycle rooms. I love this place!!! The workouts are a quick 30 minutes, but very effective, and the benefits of the sauna have made this a membership I can’t live without. First of all, I think I’m addicted, which makes it pretty easy to stay consistent with working out. Also, I rarely get sick when I go consistently. Read the contract they said 3 months contract, but also they forces you to pay for 2 months cancelation. In other words is 5 months contract not 3, and they never mention that, however You’ll be found out, when you cancel contract or when you read your contract.
Also the yoga small semi private salons are really bad you can not follow the instructions because the Tv 📺 are to small and if you are tall person forget about it, the place is really small for 3 people.
They never mentioned about two months cancellation but when I been there to cancel my and my daughter membership they been different , so rude and the person said this; you should read your contract and she is right, however I ask Hanna the sales person about the cancellation and she said this” is only 3 months contract after that you can cancel at any time” she did not mentioned nothing about the 2 extra months.
If you really want to do yoga, Pilate go to a different place with a real instructors.
This place is a joke, is better if you do it in your home.

I love this place. It's the driving force for my 50 pound weight loss.66% towards my overall goal. The staff is always helpful and keeps the facility as clean as possible. I am sure that is not easy with all that sweat. This is not a fire star review for one reason only. The equipment maintenance has been underwhelming. The wheel bearings on one of the rower seats is broken. The rower still works but is very noisy and has a disturbing vibration. One spin bike has been out for repairs for over a month. There was speaker issues and a broken in one sauna. It took weeks before it got fixed. Overall I love this place. It just needs some TLC. I will still praise this place for my results.

Hotworx has been a great way for me to one up any workout plan I am on. I love the intensity that the infrared sauna brings. I know it's scary to think about working out in 130 degrees but it's different. It bring wonder to my skin and hair. Also who doesn't love working out in the fraction of time?? The best workouts I’ve ever had! I looked into an alternative workout due to preexisting injuries but still being able to do high intensity workouts and Hotworkx was the answer! From the first time I was brought in as a guest to experience a workout in the Hot Saunas, the staff at #HOTWORX on Tropicana and Fort Apache have been so friendly and very helpful! I joined in October 2021. I happened to walk by-it was their soft opening and Hannah saw me at the door peering in. She was so welcoming and had great energy that I was automatically drawn in to check it all out! Great workout with full body workout but also infrared saunas that really help you burn calories and fat! I leave drenched and know I have had a great workout. I love the app too which helps me keep on track!

What a great studio! I’ve been a sweat anywhere member for just a few months, based out of Arizona. I love all the studios I’ve been too, but this one was is exceptionally large, bright, and clean. I enjoyed a couple dumbbell exercises in the functional area before my hot cycle and hot isometric class. Because i came during staffed hours, i was able to meet a couple of associates and they were lovely. Don’t wait, hurry and sign up for the best hot, low impact exercise around.

I signed up and got a good monthly deal.
It is too far for me to go though and I
explained that to them when I wanted to
cancel my membership. I thought I could
take it work but it wasn't. It was past 60
days when I tried to cancel, so they wanted
to charge a $99 cancellation fee. Save your
money. I am stuck paying now for the rest
of the contract. You can put a hold on
your membership for $9. a month. Really?I
worked for several yoga studios and we never charged to hold memberships. It is not a good business practice especially at that price.
I recently had surgery and no working out
for 5 weeks. I did not bother to call them to
put a hold on it since they would l charge for
it anyway. I don't know if I will even go back at this
point with the cost of gas it’s not worth it for a senior citizen.
I could give zero stars I would. Not
a very compassionate group.If someone is
that unhappy I think they should at least
accommodate a little especially when they
see you are not using the facility.
The virtual instructors are the same and
only changed every 3 weeks. I was bored
by my third class. Variety is key to keeping
workouts interesting.
The gym is a great idea, but it did not work
for me I do like the infrared as well. I use
infrared at home and it really does help.

Its like a secret society of people who like to workout in the sauna. Hannah at the front desk was friendly and informational. Communication skills were above par and the cleanliness of the studio also stood out to me. They have a good special going on right now too. I need to drop 27lbs before the year is over and this is where I'll do it at.

This gym is awesome. I’m not a cardio guy, generally just a weight lifter; but the method behind this cardio is efficient. I didn’t even register that I was working out compared with my friend who did on our fitbits, we both recorded 700 calories burned in 25 minutes of moderate cardio. Weight lifting section is empty primarily which is great. The gym doesn’t even smell like a gym. Kenny was great, guided me through everything I needed to know from the get-go. Definitely go try it out.

The owners are some of the kindest people I've met in a long time! The facility is clean and SO well organized. I feel educated, supported and excited to continue the journey with HotWorx.
This is all not even mentioning the accessibility. For a full-time working mom of 4 kids, to find somewhere that fits SEEMLESSLY into my schedule is priceless, but they don't gouge you for it. It's incredibly affordable too!

What an amazing first experience. The staff members have great energy and are very friendly. I signed up and am excited to get my sweat. I felt great after my first ISO workout! I am super excited to try the rest of the classes. The other fantastic feature about HOTWORX is you have access to the facility afterhours. You have an app that grants you access to the Hot Pods and sign up for the classes all from your phone. I highly recommend giving this fast, fun, virtual workout a try!

i have known of HOTWORX for about a year now as some of my family members also have a membership, and i can confidently say that there’s no other gym that i’ve been to that has genuinely made me feel excited to workout. the environment has a very safe atmosphere, very Covid friendly, and all the staff are a pleasure to be around. This Hotworx location just opened this week and I was promptly contacted to set up an orientation to tour the facility and to walk me through everything. Destiny was super nice and got me all set up. They have a lot of super cute merchandise in the front of the store and everything of course was super clean. They weren't pushy and they answered all my questions. I met the franchise owner as well and she is super nice as well. I love that this place is 24 hours and I look forward to all the hot workouts! :)

Absolutely love HOTWORX! The manager Brittany is so helpful and just the sweetest! She is super knowledgeable and is just a bright person. So happy the Tropicana and Fort Apache location opened up as it’s closer to my home. I’ve already lost 9lbs in one month! The membership prizes are very reasonable and I love how the workouts change every so often so you don’t get bored; or your body gets used to the same moves. Everyone at both the Hotworx 215 & Eastern, and the new location, Tropiciana, are fabulous to work with. The infrared sauna workouts are set a timeframe that is manageable to fit into my schedule. I have had many different gym memberships but this one makes me excited to go. Brittany was fantastic from start to finish.
