I have been a member at HOTWORX for almost one whole year now! I joined last year to get ahead of my seasonal depression, and it worked. Nothing felt better than waking up early to hit the gym first thing and step into a warm, cozy, quiet sauna. The adjustment period was short for me, but I am kind of a maniac. I have taken every class, and they all offer a unique challenge. Somedays I just go in to meditate in a hot room. I prefer to workout alone, but you can have up to 3 people in each room if you sign up with your friends. I appreciate the gamified HOTWORX app because every 3 months I get rewarded for how hard I have worked with HOTWORX cash that I can spend on new gear. It's 24/7, which is great for the early risers like myself. My boyfriend loves extreme sports, and has found he gets his fix when he's able to get a short workout in. He was able to pause his membership for the summer, which is great because some people are seasonal. If you are looking to switch up your workout routine, I highly recommend HOTWORX. I was in the best shape of my life come February after starting in October.

Really amazing Yelp event brought me to this club! Khrystal the owner was really cool to get to know- she gave our group the total rundown of pretty much every aspect of the business and benefits of membership (we were asking those hard hitting questions).
Very clean modern and pretty new space with some very fancy (and again pretty new- I barely saw any signs of real wear) state of the art infrared saunas I tell you.
There’s also all different types of work outs- pretty much anything you could need- mobility- covered; Yoga and Pilates cardio- covered; rowing and cycling and different forms of hiit strength training- covered; whole area with free weights and cables
And after you’re done working out in the area or in the infrared you can cool down in the infrared for relaxation and further benefits attributed to longer time spent for full body absorption and activation.

Holy Moly I am HOOKED!!! One session is seriously all it takes. I have never felt so revived after a workout and I have never sweat so much in my life.

HOTWORX for those of you who are curious is a 24-hour infrared fitness studio that offers a variety of virtually instructed, infrared sauna workouts designed to maximize fitness results in less time. With 9 Isometric Workouts in 30 minutes intervals available and 3 High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) Workouts 15 minute session you are sure to break a sweat. Each sauna is customizable for temp and time... and you can adjust the volume of the instructors on the monitors.

Members can access these sessions 24/7, providing flexibility to fit workouts into various schedules. Additionally, the studio features a Functional Exercise Zone (FX Zone) equipped with commercial gym equipment, including kettlebells, battle ropes, suspension straps, dumbbells, and stability balls. There are 2 individual bathrooms that are co-ed with a shower.

The reason why I'm writing all this information is because I had no idea what I was walking into when I went to the studio. I was greeted by the owner at the front door Khrystal. I wanted to check out this business because it was voted number one for Northern Nevada business weekly best new business and I was looking for something to reinvigorate that exercise spark.

Khrystal gave me a full rundown of the studio and how it works. People are respectful and mindful of individual space and no one bothers you while you are working out. I cannot stress enough that you truly have to experience these sessions just once.

Came here on a week special for teacher appreciation week and fell in love with it! I feel so great after my workout, it's quick, the start times were perfect, and it's close to my school...not to mention you workout at ANY time of day. Everyone there has been so friendly and helpful, it was hard to not get a membership...to top it off we were given a discount for being educators! Highly recommend Hotworx! What a cool concept. I just toured this facility the other day, and wow how awesome is this studio!?

First of all, the woman that works here is super friendly. She is well educated in all of the benefits of the infrared technology that they use. And there are a lot of benefits. The studio is immaculate. When I walked in, she said that she was about to clean. I did not see anything that was dirty so I can only imagine how clean studio actually is.

And the workout is designed for busy people! The workouts can be as short as 15 minutes and you really sweat. I appreciate it that they also had a little workout area with traditional workout equipment that you could use.

The price is reasonable and they have points program that allows you get free or discounted items the more you workout. Overall, this is something that is a somewhat new concept to the workout scene but in my opinion, it is a great addition.

Sweat Everywhere member because I travel a lot and visit my nieces often. Had an extended stay in Reno for one niece so I got to utilize this studio for about 4-5 months back in Oct 2023. So grateful they just opened!

HOTWORX has been a life changing experience for me personally. Improved my quality of life from being immobile, having chronic pain and fatigue, and constantly in a flare. Being injured in Afghanistan plus having lupus, fibro, arthritis, sciatica, and PTSD, the infrared saunas have enabled me to feel more alive and able.

This location has welcoming staff and everything a studio could ask for! Ten saunas, fully stocked FX zone with a cable machine, water bottle station, and always clean bathrooms. Made friends for life from this location and bummed I won't be going there as much.

The intimate infrared sauna pods allow you to detox while getting some good movement!!
