Clean, and high end training with a very personal 1 on 1 trainer. I only go when I travel to Las Vegas, but the experience is second to none. On top of the great workout, the locker-room is beyond clean, with personal steam showers, and high end soap/shampoo. Felt more like a country club locker room than a gym. Also there was a great variety of energy drinks, supplements, and prepared meals that I could grab and go. Walked next door to their sister company "Thick N Thin" to get a protein shake. Delicious. I even picked up some apparel to bring home. Quality merchandise similar to Alo and Lulu and awesome water bottles as well. Highly recommend this place...good for the business traveler, all the way to the high end athlete, they seem to have a program for all types. I even saw some youth athlete's working on speed and agility when I have been there.
