Kaia FIT Sierra is a women-focused fitness and nutrition program with four studio locations across Reno-Sparks, as well as online workout options.
We focus on personalized training in a group atmosphere, where all ages and abilities are welcome. No Kaia girl is left behind!
Workout class types include Cross-Training, TRX, Barre, Yoga-Pilates, Cycling and more. Plus, we level up our nutritional guidance in connection to our workouts three times per year during our 6-week BRIK boot camp (as well as other optional challenges).
Kaia FIT Sierra is more than a gym. We are a community of strong, supportive women who celebrate and lift each other up to become the best version of ourselves.

Kaia fit is a great gym with multiple studios in the Reno/Sparks area. This midtown spot is in a great location so you can get there quick and they offer a variety of classes. Coach Allison hosts a black light yoga session that is both a workout (incorporating Pilates along the way) but also a fun way to stretch and get yourself moving.

KaiaFit Midtown is a hidden gem in the heart of bustling Midtown. What's fun about this studio is it's in a basement so glow light classes are offered!
It's a great place for Spin, TRX and yoga classes. They have their own bathroom and dressing room too!
Parking can be a slight challenge.

Kaia Fit is a great workout gym for women. The midtown location is a nice small gym located downtown, so it is easy to get to if you work in the area. This location has all the Kaia classes (barre, TRX, cross-training) plus the lift class on Saturdays and spin classes. I recommend this gym to any woman of any age. If you go to the classes you will get stronger and workout with some great women.

5/22 Update: I can't wait to get back into this location of Kaia Fit Sierra! I miss seeing everyone and feeling that sense of community. Kaia is providing me with consistency, support, and a healthy physical outlet!
1/9/23 update: Kaia Fit Sierra Midtown location is new and improved! It is in a protected location in the basement, and has so much space. The vibe is welcoming:)

I had not worked out at the Midtown location of Kaia since 2019. I checked it out recently for a workout and I LOVE the new location! it feels like a bigger space even though there are now stationary bikes, more free weights, more barbells and weights for those barbells. as well as a barre and 1 lb and 2lb weights for barre.

Parking can be a bit limited in the area - plan ahead and arrive early

Updated 5/30/22 - The new midtown location is so big and nice! Even though it's in a basement, it's bright and airy and there is still plenty of room for all the classes. I'm excited to workout there this summer! it should be way cooler in the space than the other studios.
Kaia FIT is an amazing women's group fitness gym. They have a wide variety classes and all of the coaches are amazing. They provide excellent demos and modifications and let you choose your hard! The midtown location is smaller so classes stay intimate and you get lots of one on one time with the coaches. Parking for evening and weekend classes can be tough, plan ahead! But the actual space is absolutely gorgeous and the coaches are all top notch! This is my go to location and I wouldn't have it any other way!

You will never find a more supportive, amazing, genuine group of women to workout with anywhere! If youβre in need of a tribe, please join us, thereβs absolutely room for you! Midtown is the smallest of the three locations but makes a great use of the space. It also has smaller class sizes if youβre worried about social distancing as well as excellent parking first thing in the morning, pull right up and come on in! Kaia has such fun, supportive coaches and all kinds of classes and class times. All of the classes are excellent, well planned and they have modifications for literally any shape you find yourself in. Weβve got Barre, Cross training, TRX, yoga and LIFT (which is my favorite) and they even have a run club a few times a week at certain locations! So many fun special events and options for everyone to feel included. So glad I found Kaia, what an intense joy it is to know and be known!

Iβve always been into fitness, but have had a hard time finding the right workouts/nutrition for me. I joined Kaia FIT about 5 years ago and discovered a one-stop-shop for cross training, weightlifting, barre, yoga and TRX, along with nutrition, with one on one attention from coaches each class, helping to ensure form to prevent injury, modifications for existing injury and encouragement to reach optimal results. Each class you are encouraged to push your limits. I struggle to call it a gym, because Kaia is more than just fitness; Kaia is a community of women that support and encourage one another to not only reach their fitness goals, but strive to success in life beyond the walls of the studios! I feel itβs enriched me in ways far beyond the length of any gym. I cannot sing Kaia praises enough to ever do it justice! I would, do and will continue to recommend it to any and all women!

I have been coming to KAIA for a year and it is the only program I have ever been able to stick with in my life. The coaches are all amazing and inspirational. They take the time to make you feel welcome and comfortable. The workouts are always different yet fun and challenging so you don't get bored or plateau. They have changed not only the way I think about exercise but how I think about food as well. I am very grateful to be a part of the KAIA community!
