Living Free Gym is one of the best gym in town. Very well maintained equipped and is always clean. In my opinion some of the staff need to take a class on how to treat customers and there own subordinates. I brought up some things that should have been addressed by the owner "Shelley Poerio" but instead of telling me she would look into it she gave me a "final, final warning" as she put it and brushed me off by telling me to smash it. REALLY!! this is how the owner treats customers. I did in fact say ashore on camera and voice recording. But wasn't looking at anyone when I said it. I was accused of telling the awsome manager who signed me up that she took my card with her when I told Luiz the assistant manager that I might have left it on the desk. I got that phone conversation on my phone since I record call my phone calls. Then on 3 separate occasions I witnessed him talking down to his subordinates with attitude in front of customers. And I get let go from the gym? Everyone talks about see something say something and that's exactly what I did but i get let go. The gym itself is good but it needs new ownership, someone who will listen to customers and do something about the problem instead of getting rid of customers for speaking up. Also when I said something about a situation I said I want to remain anonymous and that didn't happen. All this is on camera and voice recording. Yes. Your Voice and what you say are on on living Free cameras, so watch what you say. I am a recovering addict. I have PTSD from fighting for my country to let people sleep better at night to being treated like this from a person who is supposed to be helping addicts stay clean. I went back to fit zone. At least the employees and manager their, are respectful and do something if a customer has a problem or issue. Also I was told by Shelley that she will credit me and not take my payment for this month which is December 2025. If a payment is taken from my account this month I will be going to court. This was said by Shelly on camera a voice recording. So Shelly, dont delete it. I sY this statement because I do not trust the owner Shelley Poerio.

What an amazing gym. Everyone is very kind, no gym egos there. The equipment is much more variety than the other gym in town. Staff is very friendly, and people exercising smile and say hi like the good old days. Plus the company supports addiction and help for people in need of, with any tough dependencies in life. 5 stars

I joined this awesome gym about 5 months ago, I came from a different gym close by that was always dirty , hot , tons of people who would gossip, a lot of drama and employees just sitting behind the front desk all day.. I'm SO happy that I made the switch to Living Free Gym! The employees and management are super friendly , always helpful and always busy keeping the gym clean ! The equipment is never constantly broken ( like my last gym) and its always nice and cool. Great atmosphere, great staff , great equipment and great prices ! What more could you ask for in a gym ?

We came into this gym for a few days while on travel and it was a such a gem to find! They have all the equipment you need and are currently expanding their facilities. Most importantly though is the cause they support through their non profit and the positive environment they create. Maria was so welcoming, kind, and very helpful as we navigated our time here in Pahrump. With family just moving here will be frequently this town a lot more than this will definitely be our home gym away from home.

I feel very comfortable at this gym. No one stands over you waiting for equipment. They have everything you could possibly need. I'd rather have my money go to a non profit, then to corporate america. Shout out to Tim- who took the time to learn my name. Thanks!

we wanted to try the gym out for a month but we didn’t have cash so they used my card for all 3 of us and the employee told us it won’t auto charge the next month and it did charge us 3 times the next month so I called what happened and they told me to call the manger from 7am to 3pm and the manger will help me with the refund. I called the following next day and explain to him what happened and he said he can’t refund me the money he doesn’t have the authority to do so , that the owner does. So I said okay when will the owner be in and he said “she never come in , I’m the manger , I mange the gym” So i said how are you the manger and can’t help me with the refund and he tells me “we don’t do refunds” and I told him so why did the employee told me to call you around those times to help me and he managed to call me a liar and he said “the employees would never tell you that they know we don’t do refunds” . So I’m confused with the miscommunication with the employees and manger

Great little gem. Clean, well maintained, friendly staff. It's small compared to a Planet Fitness, or Golds, but it has everything you need to accomplish your fitness goals. I am a member, and I am very satisfied.

This gym and staff are great. It's great to give your hard-earned money to a non-profit that gives back to the community. Equipment is great and if you need anything (within reason), they'll get it for you. Very affordable and clean. Great location (right behind Purcell Tires). 5/5 stars!

I enjoy exercising at the Living Free Gym. It is a very friendly atmosphere and the staff are always pleasant and helpful. Every time enter the gym they greet me by name. The equipment is great and the money goes to a very worthwhile cause. Great Gym!
