I feel that given the fact that you stay in their hotel it would be somekind of a discount, but no. Also the times they give you are aparently guidelines..a haircut is listed under 90 min for $144, but the girl was done in like 30 min, with a customer waiting..so it feet rushed, and def not the pamper i expected . You get to use the spa for the rest of the day, but you can only do so much in there. In the end it is wgat it is.

I did stay in Luxor for few days, and main reason was Spa at Luxor. Hidden treasure. I had full body massage and facial. It's better to invest in your self then gamble. That's for sure.
Front desk 5 star experience. My recommendation is to send $50 gift voucher for month of clients Birthday. Prices are inflated since 35% is overhead and rent. But that would help business in general. Lasvegasas has lot's of potential, but little perk would bring much more business. Thank you for all your hard work. Trully missed the refreshments- fruit infused water. It was no longer there.

Very friendly staff and easy to find with the connecting walkway from our hotel Excalibur. However very pricey. I splurged for my hubbys bday and got us a couples massage for almost $500 😬. We got a 10% military discount but a 20% charge was added but at least we didn’t have to worry about a tip. The massage was good but our favorite part was the spa. My only complaint is the cold plunge is really just reg pool temp and the sauna is way too big for the small two units. It just doesn’t get hot enough. But the facility is very clean and relaxing. The robes are soft, slippers are convenient, and variety of amenities is a nice touch.

I had a wonderful experience. The price of the massage is not too much more than a regular spa outside of a resort with an experienced massage therapist. It is excellent. Eva, my massage therapist, knew what she was doing. She was excellent. She got rid of my aches and pains. I come from a physically demanding job. I get a massage every other week to maintain my body, so I know what an excellent massage is. The spa is excellent. I took a shower afterward. They had plenty of bodywash.

It's not worth the money. They advertised $50 online, but when I got there, they said it was $70. I paid in cash but should've used my credit card and then I could've disputed the charge since it's misleading.
The men's sauna was empty, and the attendee left for about 1 hour. I was like, what if something happens and no one's there. It was really weird, but a really good lawsuit.
The place is really really old but it looked like everything was working. The wet sauna was nice, not overly hot. The showers weren't so nice. It would take 10 minutes for warm water to flow out. The shower heads were really gross, all rusted out. Some stalls had empty bottles of body wash. For $70 I'd expect to have some sort of snack, but nothing, had a few apples. No bottled water, but it had some water dispensing fountain hopefullyit was filtered.
I definitely wouldn't go again for $20 more I could've gone to ceasars and enjoyed an elegant spa experience.
I decided to leave 15 minutes before my 3 hour free parking for NV residents expired. Didn't want to lose another $25 in parking fees.
Not sure why MGM left this spa go to the toilet.

I had the best day there! My massage therapist Shouhanna was amazing! You can tell she is very good at her craft and really cares about you. It was the best massage I have ever had. Sauna, steam room, hot tub and cold plunge included. I used them all! I was there from 930-5 minus a long lunch break. Clothing optional but gender segregated. I would recommend!

You get what you pay for. I wanted to use the spa amenities and it was $50. If you book a service over $50, you get to use the spa amenities so that’s what I did. The lady who did my manicure seemed like she didn’t want you to be there. The spa amenities were pretty bad. Hot tub not hot and the cold plunge not even cold. It’s the Luxor so don’t expect too much.

The Spa at the Luxor was amazing! My husband and I really loved it! We went twice and spent hours there instead of the pool. It's so relaxing and I'd go back again just for the spa. But fair warning, it was $50/person for hotel guests when we went.
They have a hot tub, whirlpool, cold plunge, sauna, steam room, and lounge. The hot tub is massive and features five waterfalls that really beat down on your shoulders for a nice massaging effect. Not to mention the jets are very strong in the whirlpool, which is not but not as hot as the hot tub. The cold plunge is plenty cold and I took a few dips myself.
The sauna was perfect, and it had rocks that you could pour water onto to release the heat. The steam room is massive, however, it wasn't very hot. It can get very steamy, but you have to trick the thermostat to get it truly steamy.
All in all, I had a very relaxing experience there and truly enjoyed it.

The gym is tiny! Love the free towels and water, but unless you only want machine usage without much stretching or floor/mat work, you won't be too disappointed.
If you were going to get some yoga, Pilates, barbell, you will be frustrated.
How is this hotel so huge with such a tiny gym?

On a biz trip and splurged on a $30 day pass as I was already staying at Luxor. The massage was great and the dry sauna was excellent. Plenty of space in the sauna and with 2electric heaters it stayed plenty warm. I rotated between the sauna and the cold plunge. The spa is seperate via gender and once inside clothing is optional. The steam sauna was great too. It put out lots of steam. When done I was able to relax in the hot tub then shower and shave with all the complimentary toiletries. The robes were high quality and the desk receptionist kept the place stocked and in great shape.

I had a custom massage with Abigail. One of the BEST massages of my life!! I was having terrible neck and shoulder tension from working out too hard and she was able to pinpoint the right spots and release the muscle. When I was done, I could turn my head normally again and the pounding migraine I was getting from the tension went away. Almost a week later and I still feel loose. The spa itself was clean and had everything needed, it's not the most elaborate I've been too but honestly who cares how many fancy teas they put out.... the bodywork therapists are the most important thing and they have a real talent with Abigail.

Hopeless! Brought swimsuit on holiday for absolutely nothing. The indoor hot tub is male or female separate areas. I wanted to sit in it with my husband. Bear in mind they are charging you $38 per night 'resort fee' and all I got was WiFi, which is like £2 per day in the Europe. Complete rip off! Staff suggested we go all the way to another hotel, really, are you serious? Separate men and women is not something I have EVER encountered before. They must think they are in Afghanistan!

Phones are not allowed so I personally don’t have photos of this spa but it didn’t stop one of the other guests from bringing hers in and recording herself.
You can access the spa for a day pass with in and out privileges for $40 per person. We wanted to rest our aching legs and decided to spend our morning there. The mens and womens spas are separated and the pictures they show of the spa must be the mens because ours didnt look the same. It was similar in design but only had one large hot tub with waterfall and one cold plunge pool. The sauna was really nice, but the steam room was way too hot, and had way too much essential oil going. It was actually difficult to breathe in there! They offer lockers for your things, robes and sandals, water, coffee, tea (cold and hot) and there are toiletries for showering after. This is a nude optional facility hence the no phone rule but in the age if the influencer, go nude at your peril. It would have been nice if there had been a place to lounge near the water. The spa itself is very small, and the bathroom area smelled bad. There was a gross clump of hair on the edge of the hot tub, and a wash cloth floating around in the cold pool. The hot water in one of the showers didnt work so my wife had to go into another one naked, As a plus size gurl, the supplied robe didnt cover much. There are probably nicer spas in Vegas…and while I enjoyed my time there I would find a nicer place in the future.

The therapist was nice but completely ruined my neck. I told her prior i had hardware in it from a spinal surgery and she kept pressing down on my neck. I’m now in worse pain than before with added symptoms/ new pains. The women at the desk inside the actual spa area near the lockers also made me very uncomfortable which made me leave ASAP after my massage instead of relaxing

Nothing majorly standouts about this Spa. It’s a typical spa with all the regular spa and salon type services. The gym is very handy and has everything you need, including free weights, squat rack, bench press, elliptical, treadmill and lots of other fitness equipment. It is small and can be crowded depending on the time of day. I would suggest early morning to beat all the gamblers that stayed up all night.

Very nice place and staff. Services are very overpriced in my opinion. The reason I didn't give it it 5 stars is because they force gratuity/ a tip(A HEFTY ONE AT THAT) on you before you even receive the service...THEN want an extra tip on top of that!!! I had resort credits, but would never considered actually paying paying for the services.

My husband and I arrived an hour and 15 minutes before close. The woman at the front desk was extremely rude. We were told that nobody is allowed to enter the spa for the last hour before they close. We were also told that women and men may not enter the spa together. This was not policy when we were here a few months ago, so that was incredibly frustrating. The website also states neither of these things.

Let me start by saying the massages and facials were AMAZING. The staff that worked on my partner and I were wonderful. However, I would warn caution to anyone planning to book services here, PLEASE make sure to screenshot your services pricing BEFORE you leave the website. They do not include that information in the confirmation email they send you for your booking and when you arrive for your appointment, they will change the price on you because you'll have no way to prove what pricing you agreed to when you first booked. What should have been a $645 spa day turned into over $1k and they did not take our payment before our session (because they were too busy to run our debit card and rushed us into our session instead) so when we went to check out, we had to fight with the manager about it. The female manager that spoke with us had the worst customer service skills I have ever encountered (and I do have quite a bit of customer service experience, so I know very well how to handle a situation like this). Long story short, I ended up wasting $800 (this was the best we were able to negotiate with no record of what we originally booked) because I ended up leaving more stressed out than when I arrived. Absolutely pointless massage when it was all said and done. Go someplace else if you're able.

The massage I received was spectacular and potentially is the best I have ever received. There are a few different areas which unfortunately need improvement which have lowered my overall score.
1)I was not shown around the facilities upon arrival. I had to walk around myself and learn where things are.
2)After my massage ended and I exited the treatment room, I discovered my therapist had left and I had to walk around and figure out how to get back to the spa portion.
3)While it was not crowded, the handful of people that were there all complained about the temperature of the hot tub as it was more like warm. Attendants said everyone was complaining but there was nothing they could do.
4)There should be a lounge area to sit and relax by the amenities themselves. It would have been nice to exit a plunge pool and sit on a chair aside of the pools and relax.
5)I do not want a television on while I’m at the spa. I can’t relax and escape reality when reality is on television.
6)The restrooms are like high school restrooms! Not even the same caliber as in the rest of Luxor! Extremely bright light and cheap partitions kill the mood.
Overall I enjoyed my time, but it could have felt like a fantastic experience competing against higher end resorts. Instead my wife any my last memory is is saying goodbye to the front desk attendant while he ignored us and said nothing. If people tried to go the extra mile this spa would be unstoppable.

Nuture Spa was just what I was looking for at the end of a week-long, action-packed trip to Vegas. It waa such a relaxing and pleasurable experience from start to finish. Very clean and well maintained. Coffee and water...some flavored waters, as well, are offered in the locker room. There are plenty of showers. The sauna was the perfect temperature. The steam room was everything a steam room should be...the temperature and the steam circulating. My skin and hair seemed to love it! Then, the beautiful jacuzzi area, with waterfalls...the whole experience felt a little like paradise. I had scheduled a massage days before, but added a facial the day of my visit. The masseuse, Nyla and esthetician, Sharanda were both very professional and pleasant. Both services were wonderful and effective. I have a few spots of bad hyperpigmentation; so, the estheticoan suggested the enzyme facial instead. No pressure, and I was appreciative, because I knew I needed something, but had no idea what could improve those areas. It was only $12 more. I would definitely go back each and every time I'm in Vegas. Well worth it!

I have been going to Nurture for years. It's my spa every time I'm in Vegas, about 2-3x per year. The staff is always awesome, and I have had some wonderful nurturing massages there.
Sometimes the therapists are chatty which is a giant no no for me personally, but if you are strong in creating boundaries and standing up for yourself you should be good there. I have always found the therapists to have wonderful energy and honor my requests compassionately.
I absolutely love the spa, the long hot tub with waterfalls and the cold dip (so happy it's cold, it used to be an extra hot tub). I also really love the wet steam room here, it's nice and big. Recently they've started playing the casino/pop music in the steamroom. This was always my quiet haven, my meditation moment so that is a huge bummer, BUT I brought my wireless earbuds and that worked well for me, I kept my phone in my robe just outside the door and was able to play a meditation for myself. They just said sorry can't do a thing about that when I inquired, so obviously someone feels it's relaxing, however I do not.
IF you love the dry sauna you're in luck, for some reason the spa music still plays in there.

I came here to cure my Vegas hangover. It cost $30 for hotel guests. It's small, with a steam room, sauna, large jacuzzi and a plunge pool, but it did the job. It had a nice vibe and decor. There were small bottles of water to help yourself to and iced tea. There was a small lounge for people to wait for massages, but it could have done with a lounger or two to relax on whilst cooling down. Staff were friendly.

Got a couples massage which was the worst one I’ve ever had. The music is all over the place, at one point the music during the massage was a rock drum solo mixed with piano. They rush you in and rush you out. I spent about two hours using the amenities like the jacuzzi, cold pool, steam room and sauna. During that whole time the employees all hung out in the way of the path to the lockers, they never stopped talking and they were loud. It was not peaceful in the waiting area and the staff was always blocking the path in and out of the lockers. The waiting area has a television which is also very distracting. There were dirty towels on the floor of the jacuzzi area. The watermelon water and peach tea are both gross and taste artificial. The sauna was not even hot and there was no button to push to turn it on or turn it up, so I gave up. The shampoo smells nice but the conditioner is very drying. There are no combs out, you have to ask for one and the pampering room has these benches that you have to lift out from under the counter to sit and they are awkward and heavy. The restrooms also had a very strong sewer smell coming from the drain in the floor. This spa is not a relaxing or peaceful experience between the loud employees who never stop talking and are in the way and the amenities that fall short. The only enjoyable part is the jacuzzi with the waterfalls which is relaxing and has great aesthetic; I just wish the rest of the spa and staff had the same.

My review only for the facility. I spent about 2.5 hrs here and overall I enjoyed it. The facility is small but day pass is affordable. Steamed room and one of the hot tubs were out of service at the time of the review. Dry sauna was at ok temperature and I’m fine with that. Shower stalls were well stocked and spacious. Also, Nudity is okay here as it's gender separated. It was a last minute decision for me so I didn’t bring anything and everyone was cool. I will give another view when I revisit in the future.

I wish I could leave a review without a rating but I can't. I scheduled a couples massage for my anniversary here and according to the employee who checked us in, the reservation was made very quickly and haphazardly as our name was wrong and a common medical condition that disqualified me from receiving a massage was not checked, even though it is routine that they ask when booking. I was very upset but they did not charge us and the employee who helped us gave us some vouchers for the hotel. It was a difficult situation that she handled very well.

We book a couple’s massage in advance. The receptionist told us to arrive 30 minutes before our appointment. When we got there, I realized that the price was per person not for a couple, even though the price was listed under a couple massage column. 50 minutes $175 per person plus 20% tip. Their price is way overpriced. I want to cancel the appointment. The receptionist told us that it’s non-refundable. She told us that she will charge us 100% if we are cancelled the appointment. She left us no choice but go ahead with the massage.
My husband and I went separate way to change our clothes. A staff remembers escorted me to a waiting room after I changed. She asks me if I want to use a hot tub or a sauna. I said no thank you. She brought me to a waiting room.
I sat my myself in a waiting for about 25 minutes, then I saw a gentleman brought my husband over to sit with me for another 15 minutes. Later on, he told me that they made him sat by himself in another waiting room. No one was asking him if he wanted to use a hot tub or sauna.
After 40 minutes of waiting time finally, someone came to get us to a massage room.
One lady she can’t even speak, it’s appeared that she either sick and lost her voice or she is super tired and don’t want to be here. There was barely communication between her and my husband.
The short little lady did my massage she did asks me if the pressure was ok?
After about 15 minutes of massage, I heard the other lady told my husband to flip over. The girl was doing my massage, she’s still working on my 1st leg. Now, she has to hurry up and skim through the second leg so that she catches up with the other lady.
I’m 5 feet 1 inch tall and weight 116 lbs. My husband weight 200 lbs. and he is almost 6 feet tall. How can that lady massage my husband that fast. Later on, my husband told me that she did a terrible job.
We booked a 50 minutes massage and received about 30 minutes of horrible massage in my life.
The overall massage experience that we had at Nurture Spa at Luxor it’s almost like watching a movie of a mental person went through a treatment at the mental hospital. The whole experience at this spar it was horrible beyond explanation. Keep your money or donate to charity. Don't go here.

They don’t tell you that the time starts at your appointment time not the time you arrived, so I came a few minutes late and paid for a 50 min massage and only got about 30 min by the time I changed and got on the table. Massage was average. 170 for a 30 min simple massage. Will never go back to this spa.

Great service by the team at the Luxor. After an initial, failed attempt to book a session the employees took my wife's number and held it in case of an opening during the day. We figured nothing would come of it, but we're pleasantly surprised to receive a call that there was an opening. My wife had a wonderful, relaxing time. Exactly what she needed!

Nice spa. We were staying at Mandalay Bay, and the trek over was simple. Nice amenities available including waters/snacks, robes, access to jacuzzi and sauna, and showers available to guests. I enjoyed the custom massage. All of the staff were very friendly.

More salon style environment than spa but has spa offerings such as massage, sauna and steam room. I had a manicure and I didn't feel like I hot spa treatment such as hot towel, hydrating wax or hot hand soak (water was a bit too cool for my taste) nail tech could have asked if I want warmer temp. And the lady next to me got hot towel on hands. I had eye brow wax treatment. Lady was fantastic. Super friendly. 5 stars for that.

Booked a 50 minute massage for my wife and I. We did the seasonal massage and I had Gina, and she had Greg. Both were fantastic. I felt like I was on cloud 9 after I left and she did as well. The Massage was a little pricey but in the end I felt satisfied and would go again.

I had a 50-minute massage with Aromatherapy. The massage started almost 5 minutes late and then approximately 10 minutes into the massage I asked when the aromatherapy started and the masseuse had to stop my massage, turn on the lights and spend another 5 minutes getting the aromatherapy supplies; I had to settle for lavender because they were out of the grapefruit scent I requested. The massage was OK, a little soft and didn't really concentrate on the areas requested. The massage ended at least 10 minutes earlier than it should have with no apology or explanation. Very disappointed.

If you have never had a full body professional massage, you must treat yourself and get one. I'm sorry I forgot my masseuses name. But she was this very nice lady. She's about 5'2". She wears glasses. She has such practiced and strong hands. Mina maybe. Anyway go check out the Luxor Spa. First class operation. They don't make it easy to recognize the individuals in the place doing the work. Management should change that.

With the pandemic it was a lot in the spa that wasn't open like the pool and sauna area. However, the massage therapist still delivered good massages. Every time I go whether I have a female or male massage therapist they are professional and polite . Very much needed. They also give you a goodie bag. Thank you all

Not the best amenities or service on the day I visited. Didn’t receive a tour on arrival. Found out from another client that the whirlpool was cold - thankfully before I tried to get in. Bathroom was briefly out of order, and there were workers in and out the whole time I was there. No lounge that I found other than the waiting area at check in. Thankfully, the regular Swedish massage was better than most. If you’re willing to pay extra and want better service and amenities, just go next door to Mandalay Bay.

I went here to get my hair and makeup done before going out for the night. The girl who did my hair was very efficient (a planned 50 min appointment, and she only took 20 min to do my updo). However, since she finished with my hair so early, I had to wait 45 min in the spa waiting area for my makeup appointment. The girl who did my makeup was very personable and took all the details into account (she asked me what I was wearing for the night, including accessories and shoes, to make sure the makeup tied into the entire outfit). I was very happy with the final look!

Consumer service was not very good. It seemed like I was bothering her with my questions. I came with a birthday group and I'm also the travel agent that booked this trip. We were looking to do a grip spa day and they were closed to massages and facials.

Disappointed with my experience, albeit some issues were out of their control. They did not have any hot water in the showers or salon, which made it impossible to enjoy the spa or the hair service which I paid for. The staff was generally clueless, I got a lot of “what are you doing here” looks and questions after someone told me to wait and then left. The woman who cut my hair was late to the appointment, and wasn’t very friendly. Another woman cancelled her salon service because there was no hot water and couldn’t have her hair washed. The woman who waxed my eyebrows was fantastic and did a great job, but the overall experience was not worth the inflated price. I was very unhappy to see they automatically add a 20% service charge, which they do a terrible job of communicating when you book an appointment. I did not tip additional because of this and other reasons.

I enjoy good spa services in Vegas and the spa at Luxor is about as good as they come. The prices are comprable with other resort spas in Vegas. I did a couples massage only to find out after that if I had booked two regular massages, it would have been considerably less expensive.

Got my nails done a day before my wedding. People were nice. Unfortunately my gel nails weren't the best. It was sloppy work and I've never had the whole entire polish fall off less than a week after they were done. Not impressed. Don't recommend for nails.

I really like this spa, at least the men's side. It's clothing optional although myself and many of the other patrons decided to forego the clothing, I mean why not? There's a nice sized dry sauna, a huge steam room, showers, lockers (each with a robe inside), a lounge area, two warm jacuzzi's and a chilled jacuzzi (all of which can be used NUDE), and there's also complimentary tea, coffee, juice, water, etc.
It's a very clean spa with very friendly, helpful staff. If you're a hotel guest then it's $30 for a day pass which is a great price considering you can leave and re-enter (all day, until closing) without having to pay extra.

Andre, Raquel and Greg were amazing! It was my first visit to the Luxor Spa and I was definitely impressed with every detail. Raquel made my appointment and let me know step by step what to expect, Andre was the front office attendant who welcomed me with a warm, sincere smile and excellent customer service skills however the best part was of course the massage itself. Greg (My Therapist) with over 14 years of experience did one of best sessions I ever received, his gentle and therapeutic touch is indeed worth every minute of it!

So the spa is amazing, this is a review for the salon. While the person that helped me was wonderful and kind, the quality unfortunately isnt there. I had one nail break within the first day. They fixed it no fuss. Next day another one breaks and now I dont have time to go get it fixed before I travel. They broke doing simple tasks like picking my phone up or unplugging something, nothing vigorous. I'm just sad that I paid the hefty price for this place but I'm still going to have to pay someone else to fix my nail again when I get home. Acrylics shouldnt fall apart so easily and I've never had my nails break this often after getting them done. Just disappointed.

Excellent spa experience - my daughter and I both had the "Baby It's Cold Outside" massages. Nice relaxing vibe and friendly service. Only complaint is the 20% "service fee," which is NOT the tip, that is added to your bill. I of course tipped on top of that because you don't want to dis the person that gave you a great massage. But honestly, I would have left happier if the base price of the service was just 20% more instead of having it added on after you commit.

My husband wanted to treat me to a day at the spa. He bought the 50 min Swedish massage for $105. Nayla gave me a very nice massage. He also bought me the perfect pair mani/pedi for $105. I was charged a 20% service charge of 42.00 making the total 252.00. After my massage, they walked me back to the nail area. Martha did my pedicure and painted my toes with OPI polish. When it was time for my fingernails, I asked if I could upgrade to gel polish, so it would last longer. Martha told me it would be an additional 42.00. I reminded her that I had already been charged 252. and I just wanted to upgrade. She asked another worker and they both maintained that it would be an additional 42.00. I chose to just get the regular polish that I had originally paid for. When I left, I picked up a brochure and it clearly said that the upgrade from regular polish to gel was 25.00. They just flat out lied about it. As I was leaving I looked down and seen my thumb nail was smudged and half of the polish was smeared off. I went back to the nail area, and Martha was doing another clients nails and refused to look at me. (she may have thought I was going to fuss that she lied to me )and everyone else ignored me. I walked over and found the polish I has previously used and painted and fixed the nail myself. In 2 days my nails were chipped. Very poor customer service. Staff should not lie to clients to get more money, or because they don't want to take the time to use gel polish. I do not recommend this spa!
