Don’t believe their contract they have you sign I signed up for a membership and lost my job so I had to move two states away I first called the front desk to tell them they said it was taken care of but I kept getting phone calls so I called again this time they asked for proof which I sent my mortgage statement she then tried to extort me for more money before she would cancel which I refused and now they sent it to collections after receiving the proof that I moved two states away.

Best gym in Elko hands down . Staff goes above and beyond to help all of its members. Management is top notch. Clean environment. I’ve never seen such a clean gym in my life as this one. Updated Review:

After being told not to return to the gym, I was later informed that I needed to clear out my locker so it could be used by someone else. This felt inconsiderate, especially given the lack of clear communication or explanation around the initial decision. I find the conduct of Cristina Leon and Kathrine Grebenc particularly concerning, as their actions suggest motives that are, at best, questionable.

Given the handling of this situation, I feel I have no choice but to seek legal advice to understand my rights and how to proceed appropriately.

Hands down the best gym in town! The equipment is always top notch and well maintained, and the staff is consistently friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

As a mom, having a safe, comfortable, and clean space for my kids is everything and the Kids Club delivers. Alex, Giselle, Kathy, and the whole team do an amazing job. No matter how many kids are there at any given time, there’s always enough staff to give them the attention they need, and that peace of mind means the world to me.

This gym has everything I need, yet still inspires me to keep trying new things. If you haven’t checked it out yet, I highly recommend giving it a shot. Same price range as other gyms in town but with so much more to offer!

PAC is by far the best gym in Elko! It's a very nice facility with everything you need to get a pump or to hit a sweaty cardio day! It's always clean, good atmosphere, equipment is kept orderly and maintenance as needed. My favorite part about this gym that sets it apart from other gyms is the CHILDCARE!! I've struggled to find a place where I am comfortable to leave my son where I trust that he will be taken care of and loved, the workers in the kid's club love these kids as their own. Our favorite worker is Alex Woods, she is a gym member herself, a mom of 2, and an awesome friend to all. She makes every child feel cared for as if they were her own, she has the best passion for helping others. My son loves to play at the PAC kids club, and it makes going to the gym fun for both of us! We look forward to time at this gym thanks to the amazing staff at PAC.

Discriminated and Targeted by (Christina) management Gym Staff – Horrible Experience!

I’ve never felt so unwelcome and disrespected in a place I was paying to be at. From the moment the staff found out about my line of work, everything changed. What started as subtle exclusion quickly escalated into outright discrimination and harassment.

First, the bathroom situation became a daily struggle. Staff members and management would take turns using the bathroom to deliberately block me from using it. This wasn’t occasional or accidental — it was clearly intentional and meant to make me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome.

Second, someone from the staff went into my locker without my permission. When I brought this serious violation of privacy to their attention, I was met with sarcasm and disrespect. I was told they didn’t “need my little change,” dismissing both my concern and my right to have my belongings left alone.

Third, I noticed the restroom was being restricted to only managers and staff. Members like myself weren’t being allowed to use it — even when it was empty. When I politely addressed this, I was essentially told I wasn’t welcome there and should “go somewhere else.” Soon after, my membership was terminated with no valid reason given — just further proof of how targeted I was.

This gym has shown nothing but unprofessionalism, bias, and a complete lack of respect for its paying members. No one should be treated differently or judged for their line of work — especially not in a place meant to promote health and well-being. I hope others take this as a warning and think twice before joining. I would like to add when I first signed up in October last year the people were amazing shout out to Levi, very professional and helpful!

When I first began my workout journey, I was quite apprehensive about leaving my daughter in the kids' center since I had never left her with anyone before. However, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly she bonded with one of the staff members, Alex Wood. Now, she eagerly looks forward to visiting the kids' center!

Alex is fantastic with my daughter; she genuinely lights up every time she sees her, even outside the center. Her warmth, kindness, and empathy truly make her a blessing. For all the parents feeling uncertain about leaving their little ones, rest assured that Alex and the entire staff are exceptional and nurturing. PAC the most well-rounded gyms in Elko. Basketball court, racquetball, elevated indoor track, multiple workout rooms, a variety of classes, tanning, and a dry sauna that hits just right after a tough session.

The staff is amazing. The welcoming I get everyday is why I walk through the door. The place is always so clean and safe. I left the other gym about two years ago. The difference is night and day. PAC is CLEAN PAC has so much equipment. PAC has both a dry sauna and a steam room. PAC has a salt room which is heaven for relaxing after a killer workout. PAC has a water massage bed. There’s nothing else like that in any other gym in Elko. PAC has a basketball court, a racquetball court, a running track and private workout rooms. An entire deck just for cardio. If you can’t climb the stairs don’t worry they have more cardio downstairs. PAC has a smoothie bar with the BEST sunset bowls in town. The locker rooms have private changing rooms and several showers available for its guests. The PAC offers MILITARY, LAW ENFORCEMENT AND TEACHERS a waived enrollment fee! The classes available are free with membership and are available in such a variety there is something for EVERYBODY! If I could give this gym a 100 stars I would. It is hands down the BEST gym in Elko and northern Nevada! Oh the owners are managers are honest people they are top notch! They embrace and respect all of their guests!!! The front desk staff is amazing as well. Always a warm smile and friendly greeting! Bruce and Zoe are my personal favorites! The best part about the PAC is zero hidden fees! What you are paying is what your payment is! Stop in today. Get a great workout on the state of the art equipment, after relax in the waterbed massager and then grab a smoothie or sunset bowl and wind down in the salt room. You deserve to spoil yourself!

This gym is great! The new owner Lori is phenomenal and has improved the entire facility! The staff is friendly and is always ready to help with whatever is needed. When/if equipment breaks down, it isn’t long at all before it’s repaired or in some cases even replaced! The main reason I used to frequent pac was for the sauna. The sauna has been broken down for two months and when I called to talk to the owner she was really nasty and complete unprofessional attitude me right off the bat and made assumptions about me 😑 I own a home in elko and will never go to this gym again. I also was never able to find a massage therapist . The owner is a really nasty person who enjoys power tripping on customers as the owner.

Absolutley terrible management!! I just tried to cancel my membership as I do not live in the Elko area anymore and they told me I owe $400 in cancellation fees. The manager got on the phone and basically said you knew what you signed up for. Yes, that’s right I did think I was going to stay In Elko for a longer period of time but I didn’t, I used your facility once in the last 4 months and i now live in a different state. You’d think a business would understand and maybe charge $100 or like every other gym membership I’ve cancelled they just let you cancel. Nope not these people they want all the money. Bad buisness practices!

Joined this gym earlier this year, and it’s been the best choice I have made this year. THE KIDS CARE STAFF IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Emma and kathy have definitely gone above and beyond. I’m a first time mom that just moved here from out of state, and they made me feel so comfortable with leaving my son. They all know him by name, they tell me how he is doing and they are all just so wonderful.The gym is always clean, people are friendly and it’s quickly become my second home. I have been going to this gym since 2016. I have loved this gym in the past! Unfortunately it’s gone completely down hill the last two years. Management is EXTREMELY unprofessional and seems to enjoy belittling their guests. When I spoke to Lida (power hungry manager) on the phone to address an issue she spoke over me the entire conversation. The drinking fountains were broken and the front desk refused give me any water. If you’re looking for a gym to go to this is not the place. Empower Fitness is right down the road and it is a completely different atmosphere! I highly suggest taking your business there!

What a fantastic facility! My wife and I went to try out their Cryotherapy booth and Yesenia, the manager, treated us with such kindness and was so very helpful! This gym has it all...excellent customer service included!! If you have never tried Cryotherapy before, this is the place to go!

Fantastic gym! It has it All: a Great variety of equipment, a workout room for women, helpful employees, classes, childcare, massage, & treatments!
Two days ago I had a Microvibration treatment with Nadja & it’s the Best thing I’ve done in years! I feel great & can see a visible difference - it really does reduce cellulite, improves tone & it decreases pain. Worth every cent & I will Definitely be back! Thank you PAC!❤️

I have been a member of PAC for many years and it’s like a second home to me. They have always treated me like family and the gym itself is the best I have ever been too. Lots of equipment options for whatever side of fitness you are into ranging from weight lifting, cardio, and a variety of classes to attend. There trainers and fitness instructors are top notch and will push you to the next level and help reach any goal you have. Since joining this gym I have seen consistency in making the gym better year by year and they are not done yet. Stayed in Elko for a long visit with family. My daughter took me here to work out. I really appreciated the women's only fitness room. And daycare staff are really fantastic with my grandkids. Been a member for less than a week now. Very happy with my decision to go to PAC. Clean facilities, friendly helpful staff and everyone is laid back. I’ve gone anywhere from 9-12 and equipment is always available. The gym facilities are beautiful and the set up is great for working out. I love all the group exercise classes that this gym offers, especially yoga with Yesenia! At this gym, I was able to train for my first marathon and stay healthy and active through two pregnancies. However, I was very disappointed when I was charged a $100 cancellation fee when I cancelled my membership due to moving out of the state. I had been a member with the PAC for 6 years and had been told by the front desk staff when I renewed my contract that I would be able to cancel at anytime with a proof of address change. It is an unfair business practice to verbally tell someone that they can cancel their membership under certain circumstances, just to lock them into a longer contract (ultimately allowing the gym to make more $ in the long run). The front desk staff needs more training on the terms of cancellation and I have learned to read the fine print and to never listen to verbal agreements!

One of the best facilities I have had the pleasure to train in across the world. A hidden gym off the beaten track in the mining town of Elko - it is a must for anybody coming here for work. The staff are very happy and helpful under the watchful eye of the Wonder Womanesque General Manager. The spinning classes are good for breaking you out of your office stupor and I can thoroughly recommend a smoothie as part of your recovery!

Nice facility and interior. Nice faculty. The basket ball court is nice. The racquetball courts are nice. The weight lifting aspect is a little on the low side and from some of my buddies' perspective it's disappointing.

So initially I called to get some information about membership the lady on the phone was extremely rude not considerate whatsoever she told me she did not have time to help me or answer questions that if I wanted to know more about the gym that I need to come in came into the gym was giving a dirty look was ignored for about 15 minutes while she chose to flirt with one of the members I was so mad and so discouraged I walked out and decided to go to another gym. Unfortunately I am so not the only person some of their own members have commented to me and told me how extremely rude their front desk is and how they need to get new help

getting more and more expensive because there are very few gyms in elko and none as large as the PAC. Equipment is ok just tired of the cost just to use a treadmill and some weights.
