On 12/01/25 at approximately 7:30 pm, I was told by Sandra, the manager that I could not wear a sports bra in the gym, that I must wear a "full tshirt ", in her words. Meanwhile it's a gym! Everyone has on a sports bra, and when I called the gym at approximately 8pm to get further clarification, she stated that sports bras are not permitted attire and that she would ban me if I wore a sports bra again! This is unacceptable, I informed her that she made that policy up and that multiple women in the gym were wearing similar attire. She stated that "Noone else" in the gym was wearing a sports bra. Planet Fitness' attire policy states that sports bras are acceptable attire. If she can't comprehend a simple gym policy or her position as a manager, then she should step down.

So far so good. Joined so I can have options when I travel, it’s fitting my needs pretty well. The facility is clean, equipment is in good repair. I love that the app has a live update of the volume of members in the gym.

Great. We drove all the way across town to use this facility and they had a makeshift wood sign up on the door saying they were closed while finishing renovations. Would not be open till the next day. We were traveling through in our motor home and wanting to use our black membership to shower. Very poor ownership that they can’t even update their Google hours that they were temporarily closed.

I came to Vegas yesterday and worked out at 1324 W Craig street Planet Fitness AND I was very impressed with the upgrade remodeled of the facility especially with the two headed shower that cleaned upper and lower part of the body. It is quite embarrassing how long it took to actually cancel my membership with planet fitness. I've scoured the planet fitness page, traversed every link in hopes of cancelling my membership to no avail. I've gone into my closest location 4 times trying to get assistance, to which, I was told that nothing could be done. THANKFULLY, today I went in and was pleasantly greeted with a warm smile by SANDRA!! Her customer service and professionalism were superb! Sandra had no issue assisting me cancel my membership even though her location was not my original home location. My original home location is completely across town (35-40 minute drive). Sandra stepped me through the pf site and within 2 minutes, my account was cancelled! Honestly, I want to sign back up again only because of SANDRA! If Sandra is not a member of the Leadership Team there, she needs to be promoted ASAP! I will sign up again when she is promoted, seriously! Look me up and let me know!
