Made reservations for a birthday party, and the business took my money before closing down. Multiple emails were ignored, their phone has a voicemail which hasnβt been set up. Still no refund, apology or attempt to make this right.

The volume and quality of climbing is relatively low for the price. Route setting relies mostly on awkward hold placement and long reaches/high steps to increase difficulty. Equipment is worn and the place is a little dirty. Finally, training/fitness equipment is limited. That said, staff is friendly/helpful and itβs a good all-around option for the Reno area. Hopefully they put some money into cleaning up and updating the gym as well as hiring a more skilled route setter in the near future.

There's a large bouldering area, 32 foot runs, the staff has always been helpful and friendly. They do lessons, and outings. There's even a climbing team. You can really tell the employees work there because they really love climbing and want to further the sport.

Bathrooms never seem to have enough soap. Prices are decent and staff is usually helpful. Sometimes it feels like safety is not spectacular because anyone can walk in but the staff offer tips and classes.

I started climbing as a complete beginner about 6 months ago. I subscribed to a membership at RockSport and have been coming here 2-4 times a week, every week, ever since. I have made friends with most of the incredible staff members here, who are always eager to offer their guidance and support. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and you will make some lasting connections climbing here. There are routes for all levels and they are updated at a fair pace. I love this place and all of the people in it, and I'll be coming here for many months to come.

My wife and I went tonight for fun and exercise and we loved it. Nice facility and a variety of walls. Also looks kid friendly we plan on coming back with our kids!
