It's clean. The machines are for residents only.
The 20 yard pool is for anyone and has been open 24/7. It's also clean--I've only ever found one frog in the skimmer. It has one lane line that reduces the waves if it's taut, but no markings on the floor to let you know you're approaching the wall. It's heated to 86 deg F (30 deg C) year round, which suits the fat, old ladies with pool noodles, floppy hats and too much foundation as well as skinny kids who have no body fat. Lap swimmers who normally swim a regular 25 yard/meter pool might get warm, sweat a bunch and leave thirsty!
The hot tub is nice. The shower works well for rinsing off the pool chemicals.
Receptionists at the desk inside are polite.
