My coworker and I wanted to try this place out as we always pass it in our way to work. We absolutely loved it to say the least! Very friendly instructor who explained each position and exercise with detail. We didn’t feel rushed or panicked during the class as it was easy to follow. We left feeling accomplished and refreshed. Amazing studio! Highly recommend to family and friends.
