Update 5/24: I have finished my 40th session and I have to tell you
- I can feel the difference. My stomach and back and legs have improved!! Can't wait to find out where I will be after the next 40 sessions! My goal is to also increase my bone density (test in December). I am doing 3 sessions a week!
I am excited to get started on my journey to increase my strength. Doctor wants weight bearing exercise. I am not the 'gym' kinda person, so the Exercise Coach is perfect. One on one training for 20 minutes, twice a week.

The Excercise Coach has truly changed my life and shape. I experience all the benefits: increased metabolism and energy, lean body. I even have definition on my abs. I have had similar results before covid, when I went to hour-long classes 5 mornings each week. Here, I come 2 (or 3) times a week for 20 minutes and I can go straight to work after as the sweating is minimal. I match this with some stretching/yoga and I am completely in top shape. Thank you team at the Excercise coach!!

I felt at home from day 1. The Coaches make it EZ to adapt to the machines. You wouldn't think 20m wz enuf time to feel a workout, but it is with them. I recommend Exercise Coach to any one look for a thorough workout experience...one on one!
