My massage therapist wore gloves - between the sound and the feeling it really ruined the massage. I think it affected how well she could feel my muscles because she kept pulling my tendons over my bones in a way that hurt and felt like they should not be pulled in that way. Also, they don’t show you the meditation lounge until right before your appointment - I would have really loved to sit in there for a while before my appointment. They make you pay and tip in advance. The spa is very beautiful otherwise. Make sure you get them to show you to the meditation lounge with time to relax.

We truly enjoyed our visit to the Vdara Spa! it was probably my favorite part of our Vegas trip. I made a reservation for myself and my friends, and from the moment we arrived, everything felt calm, peaceful, and beautifully organized. The staff was warm, attentive, and always ready to help with anything we needed.
I loved the thoughtful details, like having our lockers prepared with our names, such a nice personal touch! The service was excellent, and Douglas was absolutely wonderful. He was kind, professional, and took the time to talk and explain everything before the massage session began, which made the whole experience even more relaxing.
We booked the 50-minute massage, but the spa offers many great options for all preferences. I highly recommend this place, especially for a girls’ getaway or bachelorette celebration — the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a peaceful moment in the middle of all the Vegas excitement. 💆♀️✨

I had my first spa experience here today and it was excellent. My partner had booked a massage and facial for me in the morning, which were wonderful. Ajanae, Marcella, and the front desk staff were kind, accommodating and professional at their jobs. There are beverages and snacks located throughout the spa. There is a meditation room, a sauna, a stream room, warm stone loungers, a hot tub, showers and more. I was assigned a locker for the day and was allowed to use the facilities as I wanted to until they closed at 5. I had lunch and went back to enjoy the hot tub and sauna. Lovely experience all around and highly recommend.

I got CBD body massage from Anna and signature facial treatment from Angella.
Anna was am she definitely knew how to deal with deep and heavy muscle such as hip and thighand shoulder. She is absolutely expert!!!!!
Angella's touch was really delicate.
Vdara spa is much better than Aria's.
I visited Aria's on Thursday it was not satisfied but experience at Vdara spa on Saturday it was amazing!!

I recently had the pleasure of indulging in a truly rejuvenating experience at the Vdara Spa, and it was nothing short of exceptional. When I stepped into the spa's elegantly modern and impeccably decorated facilities, I knew I was in for a treat.
The spa's commitment to excellence is evident in every detail, from the cleanliness and efficiency of the facilities to the abundance of thoughtful amenities. The steam room and Jacuzzi, in particular, were personal favorites of mine, providing a blissful escape from the stresses of everyday life. The spa is relatively compact but has been designed to maximize every inch of space, ensuring that guests have everything they need to enjoy a luxurious and seamless experience.
One standout feature of the Vdara Spa is the meditation room, a tranquil space that adds a profound dimension to the overall spa journey. The room is thoughtfully designed to create a peaceful and serene atmosphere, with comfortable seating and soft lighting that makes it easy to relax and let go of the outside world. The snacks in the meditation room are delightful, showcasing the spa's attention to detail in every aspect of the guest experience.
As a loyal patron of the Vdara Spa, I am impressed with the spa's dedication to maintaining high standards. Clearly, the team at Vdara takes great pride in their work, which is reflected in the quality of service they provide. While the spa is already fantastic, there is room for expansion to enhance its offerings further and compete with the prestigious spas at Encore and Resort World. With the potential to become a formidable attraction in the Las Vegas spa scene, the Vdara Spa can undoubtedly achieve even greater heights.
In conclusion, the Vdara Spa is a truly exceptional destination that deserves its 5-star Forbes rating. The well-maintained facilities, thoughtful amenities, and tranquil spaces all contribute to an indulgent retreat that will leave guests feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. With continued refinement and expansion of its offerings, the Vdara Spa has the potential to become one of the most renowned spas in Las Vegas, attracting both loyal patrons and newcomers alike.

Lots of lovely extras when you book a service - sauna, meditation rooms, etc. Robes, slippers and lockers are provided.
Payment + 20% automatic gratuity are charged up front.
I only wish I had more info about what else was available so I could have made time to enjoy the other amenities.

Small intimate spa area. Could do with a refresh and more attention to detail. Seeing as how the hotel itself has no casino I really expected them to hit all the right notes as far as creature comforts. However, vdara found itself lacking in the luxury department. You do get access to the Arias amenities I would say choose that spa over the Vdara.

VDara has no casino. Great for family with kids and no smoke. Rooms are spacious and the one we had came with two electric burners fridge and cooking utensils upon request. Extra sink. Rooms are easy to get to but the parking is a headache!! Self parking is across the aria casino. When getting out it took about 30 minutes from the 3rd floor. It was so bad I called it in thinking something.was holding it up. We stood in place for 10 minutes. People were getting out of cars. When we finally started moving you had people arguing. Next time just do valet. Other than that the place is awesome. Aria has most of the restaurant you just walk across a short pathway (outside)
It’s easy to get to Cosmo and Bellagio from here as well with just a short walk through mall.

Vdara is a great hotel! The all suite rooms had a separated mini kitchen with a small fridge, mini bar, induction cooktop and microwave! Each room had a panoramic view of the strip or the back side with Mountain View and Allegiant Stadium and the Dolby Theater.
The smoke free environment was great. The bathrooms included a large soaker tub, shower and storage. Ingenious doorbell system of three colors showing a non occupied room, another color for servicing room and a third for do not disturb. The staff were professional and friendly. Our room was on the 37th floor of 53! The express elevators were smooth and fast!
Purchased slices of pizza for a light lunch in the lobby cafe for $7 several times.
Spent a day at the Vdara Spa for a massage. Excellent therapist was knowledgeable and helped with back issues. Very clean sauna, steam room and whirlpool areas on the men’s side and attentive spa desk and men’s area staff. Everything you would need was there for you in the grooming area. Even went back in the afternoon at no charge to use the whirlpool, steam room, etc. Bottled water, assorted juices and snacks were available, as well. Worth the $170. for the one hour session massage, access to the spa and workout room for the day.
The pool area was just the right size, as well.
Would definitely stay at the Vdara again! Set back from the strip about a block and part of the Aria complex. No problem using Uber or taxi services. *You didn’t have to walk forever to get to the lobby check-in area! Nicely appointed interior design.

I’m saddened to say that there was probably the worst facial I have ever had. I was running 5 minutes late and was told it would come out of my treatment time, totally fair and understandable, so I chose not to put on a robe. The facial was fast, consisted on leaving things on 10+ minutes at a time, and wasn’t at all the one I chose from the service menu. When I was finished I was shown out. I didn’t not know I would have had access to the facility and the things they offer. Super sad and disappointed for the price and that they’re so renowned. I tried to reach out but haven’t heard back yet.

The spa is worth a visit, actually multiple visits! Instead of spending the $75 to just use the facility, I recommend booking a treatment. With MOST treatments you are granted access to the spa for the day.

This was an incredible experience. From the moment you walk out of the elevator it is peaceful. I had two services (massage and facial) and it was amazing. Afterwards you have an option to visit the meditation room or sit in the sauna. I will most certainly be returning on my next trip to Vegas.

As a special treat for me, my mom purchased us each a service at the spa over Labor Day weekend, with our 100 minute services -- one signature massage and one Marine Detox Mineral Wrap-- scheduled for 3pm on Sunday, Sept. 4th.
The services themselves were fantastic but every aspect of the spa itself-- from the payment, to the space, to the staff and management-- was less than relaxing and far from luxurious.
We arrived roughly 2 hours before our services in hopes of taking advantage of the facilities. The comprehensive list of amenities in the so area is literally just: Sauna, Steam Room and Hot Tub-- so pretty much just what you'd find in the locker room of any decent gym.
In addition to having limited amenities, the spa has limited space- we ended up leaving for an hour so that the group of loud women in the hot tub would clear out and we could have some peace and quiet without being crowded.
The staff at the spa does not enforce any noise level and they also do not enforce any phone policies. A woman was on her phone in the hot tub for a solid 30 minutes.
I also found the level of cleanliness to be lackluster. The hot tub appeared to have a build up of sand (of unknown origin) caked into a corner and the grout was disgusting. There also was a piece of excrement in one of the 4 bathroom stalls for our entire stay.
Additionally, while yes there are "snacks" and juices, none of the snacks are gluten free, other than the fruit bowl, which consisted of overly ripe red apples and bananas.
My mom and I have been to several spas over the years, including Omni Spas, and, as a local, my boyfriend and I have been to the nearby Canyon Ranch Spa. Compared to all of these experiences, The Spa at Vdara was not only the most expensive but also included the fewest amenities but also the worst customer service.
While we were already disappointed by our experience at the spa but went into the services with an open mind and the services were so lovely, we were almost willing to set aside the numerous complaints we had.
However, in addition to all of the flaws described above, after we completed our 100 minute services and returned to the locker room to shower around 4:15pm, we were appalled to learn that the hair tools for drying your hair were removed to be sanitized and that the spa technically closes at 5Pm. We were getting ready around 4:45pm and had been in the locker room area the entire time and the tools were not out so they clearly removed them well before closing.
We were never informed of the 5Pm closure or that "amenities" would be removed. We planned to check into our room for the night after cleaning up but, instead, we had to check in with wet hair, feeling less than zen after dropping close to $800.
Before leaving for the lobby, my mother shared her concern with the receptionists below the spa area and received a whopping 10% discount.
My mom and I were initially thrilled to see that a refund was issued for the final amount charged a few days ago, believing that the facility valued her emailed letter and cared about their guests' experience. Unfortunately, this was not the case. They accidentally charged her card $715 TWICE so the refund was for one of the two payments and really just was the Cherry on top.
If you're looking for a real spa experience in Vegas and any semblance of customer service, the Spa at Vdara is not the place to go. If you're looking spend an insane amount of money for access to a hot tub, sauna, and steam room, I recommend signing up for a free gym membership rather than wasting your time here.
The service technicians deserve 5 stars which is the only reason I'm giving 2 stars rather than 1.

I had my first visit here and enjoyed an 80 minute massage and a 50 minute facial. When I arrived, I was the only person so it was nice to relax prior to services. They provide you with a locker, robe and sandals to use during your stay.
My massage was wonderful! I asked for firm pressure and to focus on my shoulders and neck where I hold most of my tension - she did amazing! I was sore later than night but a good sore knowing a lot of kinks and knots were worked out.
My facial was nice but I’m not sure if the price was worth it. I would’ve liked more exfoliation to get rid of the dry and rough skin.
After I was able to shower and get ready in the bathroom. They have anything you could need to get ready for the day - only item not there is makeup. The staff was friendly and attentive.

Booked a massage here on our last trip and it was awesome. I had the men's area all to myself at 11am on a Thursday. I spent about an hour going from the hot tub to the sauna to the steam room and back before the appointment. The spa has all of your usual ammenities, water, juices, fruit, grooming products.
I had an 80 minute personalized massage where I explained to the therapist that I have had lower back issues for years and for the last couple of months have been waking up with a sore back every morning. She got to work and told me that my upper middle back had very deep tightness. So I guess she did a little deep tissue which I absolutely hated. I swear because I am a big, fairly muscular guy, everyone thinks they have to completely jam their elbows into my back. It was pretty painful but I have to say that I could not complain with the results. My back felt pretty good for the rest of the day and the next morning I woke up without back pain for the first time in months. I guess she knew what I needed.

I just stayed at Vdara, and had the chance to go to ESPA after a hard day of work. I have been here a few times, and it is different every time I come. I always enjoy the meditation room, it is very low key, relaxing, and I love listening to the running water. The whole spa is very low key, and never crowded. There is a good sized workout area, with all the necessary equipment to get in a typical workout. I booked an 80 minute deep tissue sports therapy massage this time. The massage was just average. I was pretty sore from my previous day workout, and walking 7 miles for work today. I was hoping the massage would help fix some of my soreness. Unfortunately, the girl that did my massage was a bit lazy. It was not deep tissue at all, and I could hardly feel it because she was so light on my legs. (Even after requesting deeper pressure) The cost was $300, plus their mandatory 18 percent tip. Bad value in my opinion. The spa staff was professional and somewhat attentive. Untimately, I was able to relax and enjoy the hot tub, steam room, meditation room and sauna. They had a wide variety of drinks, and fruit, also provided razors, and all the typical stuff at spas. Not sure I would do a $300 massage again. They charge somewhere around $70 to come use the facilities, which is probably a bit over priced also.

My Spa experience was THE WORST EVER massage, both personally & professionally. I have had MANY massages all over the country so I have a vast amount of experience to compare. First of all, the young lady put so much COLD oil on me it was pathetic. She clearly did not know what she was doing....I felt like I was being oiled down and was so slick that there was no way I could have had a decent massage. She rubs all over me, she DID NOT massage me. It was terrible. She puts these rocks in my hand, so I after I close my eyes she throws my robe on me startles me and says get dressed and you pay me downstairs. After I dress and want to use the amenities, I ask her where do I go? She POINTS and says follow them( there were 2 people headed that way) always before I have been taken to the steam room etc by my person who just finished my massage. I at this point I am furious. She & her skills SUCKED big time. The hot tub is lukewarm and the steam room is so extremely HOT you can't stay very long. I told the staff and the Mgr. D'Andrew my unpleasant experience with this woman. He offered me another appointment, which I could not take due to departing the next morning. I will NEVER EVER be back....I will go back to Bellagio and Wynn. I tried Vdara because it was supposed to be so highly ranked. I guess the person who awarded the Vdara with 5 Stars has never had a massage before or a REAL massage to compare with.

I got the ESPA escape and it was amazing! It is very customizable and the aromatherapy was so relaxing and wonderful. The woman giving the massage was very knowledgeable, and you could tell she really enjoyed her career. I also really enjoyed the way she presented the various treatments that I was about to receive. She put the clays and lotions on an elegant little tea tray. The color palette was very pleasing to the eye, and really made the experience feel authentic and unique. She went through each element and described the benefits to each, and gave advice on what she thought would go well with my skin type and my specific needs.
Before and after the treatment I also made use of the facilities: sauna, stream room, showers, vanity area, etc. They also had lemon water, cucumber water, teas, spa cookies, granola, and many juices to choose from. I have been to a few high end spas, and I will point to one notable difference which I found amusing: towel service. For example, Burke Williams in Southern California is a relatively high end spa. The towels are continuously being replaced by the always-working staff. On the other end of the spectrum is ESPA. The towels are available, but are sparse---which seems like a bad thing, but it is definitely not! You take a towel from a spot where it has elegantly been displayed, and then when you walk by this spt again, it has just magically been replaced! This level of attention is amazing, and I think it speaks a lot toward the experience in general.
This is a place that I will certainly make a primary destination on any return trips to Las Vegas.
