I worked with Daniel for over 6 years. He is

Daniel is the best trainer I have worked with. We replaced my 1980’s “what’s your bench?” program with a holistic one focused on functional strength, core stability, flexibility, and balance to help me enjoy two life long passions, golf and ice hockey as my 60th birthday nears. I starting withDan Anderson during Covid because my balance and overall strength needed help. I was with Dan for two years until he moved to Reno.
