Late fees are $25. You will not receive a courtesy letter, email or text advising the billing was defaulted. Instead you will be billed with a late charge fee that managers are not able to waive or remove. I spoke with "member specialist" Jack who came off nonchalant, not caring about the situation I was put in. Due to the inconvenience I requested to cancel the membership. Jack stated only a manager can do that. I kept calling and Jack kept stating the manager was in a meeting and did not what time he will be available. Lots of run arounds making it nearly impossible to cancel the membership! When I finally got a hold of the manager, he was understanding and compassionate unlike the the front staff. Regardless, I do not recommend anyone to start a membership here. Lack of transparency, communication, and such a hassle to cancel.

be careful if you signed up for personal training, I believe it the cheapest package is $1000 a month!!! I signed up and loved my trainer, she ended up quitting the gym (I wonder why) and I no longer had a trainer, I try to reach out to ALEX ARAGON the "fitness director" for almost 3 weeks to cancel my PT and he was never available or ever cared to called back, finally he TEXT ME like the "professional" that he is to pretty much say to bad so sad wont cancel is to late, I been charged over $1700 on personal training that they refuse to provide or assigned someone all Alex Aragon said "oh Im sorry for your frustration" and doesn't do crap about it, I had to put a block on my card from them charging me since Alex refuses to cancel or ATLEAST assigned someone to provided the services that I paid for already!!! and then I try to reach out to the "general manager" CHRISTOPHER ORTEGA and he pretty much said I don't give a damn with his no actions he has taken to help me or even respond to me!!, its terrible they act all nice and supportive to get your money and once they get it, they treat you like trash and like you don't matter as member of their gym, my next step its taking legal action unfortunately, maybe this time ALEX ARAGON and CHRISTOPHER ORTEGA will respond and take action with a lawyer involved! smh

Good gym but it's so hot and stale. There are no fans and the AC usually isn't on. If the AC isn't on, it would be nice if they had some fans running.

I was a proud member for a long time and was convinced into freezing my account instead of cancelling when I fell on hard times. I should have gone with my gut instinct, as without any notice UFC fit started charging my card again. I didn't notice and when I did a few months later and asked for a refund as I was still under the impression that my account was frozen, they refused. I had been charged that day when I contacted and it hadn't even went through when I reached out, it was pending. I was told that she cancelled it and didn't see that it would be pulled from my account, well it did come out and they are refusing to refund still. This is sick. I haven't been to that gym in over a year and they robbed so much money from my account and refuse to delete my card from their information even though my membership is now cancelled. Only go here if you like thieves and liars. This is sick, just sick and wrong.

Great facility + equipment. Front desk staff are friendly and helpful. Sales and billing is a nightmare.

When I signed up the sales rep created and added an imaginary ‘Jake Kim’ as an extra member under my account. It took multiple calls and requests for follow up to get a hold of someone that was willing to help resolve the issue.

Today it seems like I was double charged again for my annual membership fee.

I wouldn’t be surprised if they got a class action lawsuit in the future, especially with the number of people having billing issues and all the paper trail evidence.

UFC Centennial is a family friendly gym. The kids love their jujitsu class and their coach Rhod. Coach Rhod knows his stuff and makes the kids feel comfortable, safe and still is able to teach them the movements.

Love this gym for us parents, & my kids! Have them in the Youth Brazilian Jiu Jitsu w/ Professor Rod and it has been amazing for them! Great, personal instruction for the kids, and a great confidence builder. In Centennial Center by Sportsman's Warehouse so its easy to get to, which is huge for us. Would highly recommend, has multiple classes for the kids every week!

The bottom line: 1. They will post pictures of your kid on their public social media even if you directly ask them to stop. 2. When I cancelled (in writting. 30+ days, etc.) They still charged my card for two (2) additional months and when I called it seemed they couldn't care less (or didn't mind that I wss charged). 3. The sales staff lied about details of the membership in order to make a sale. 4. The co-ed sauna is gross, not clean at all. I went once and never went back. If you are looking for martial arts, join an actual school, if you are looking for a gym, find a cheaper, better option. This place tries to do both and fails at both.

I came into the gym today and the guy that was at the front giving out samples A few days ago when I was in the gym was there and I asked him are you going to do the samples today and he said yes but first I’m going to clean up the floor. He meant that he was going to put all the plates back where they belong All the. Cable attachments back you could see in his face that he was looking forward to doing this, and he was going to feel very proud of himself with what he created everything in its place I was amazed by someone who took such pride in what he was doing, which another person would feel was menial. It was Alex Garcia. He is an asset to the company and it’s a reflection on the GM Chris. And Anthony M is also very helpful and a valuable person at this gym.

If you're seeking professional and reliable personal training services, I strongly advise against choosing this gym. I was a loyal member for over three years, and when I finally invested over \$2,000 in personal training sessions, the trainer I was assigned disappeared. Attempts to get reassigned to a new trainer were met with silence and unresponsiveness. To make matters worse, the gym continued to charge me for an additional month of personal training, took no accountability, had to chase the director down for a refund, and yet still failed to issue a refund. I ultimately had to file a dispute through my financial institution to recover my money. Very disappointing experience. When your own employees talk bad about their own management it speaks for itself.

The pool operating hours at this Club are rediculous. While the pool is a fantastic amenity, its limited availability from 8 AM to 5 PM is incredibly frustrating, especially when many members are eager to swim after a long day at work.

It is even more disheartening to see the pool closed on weekends, denying members the opportunity to enjoy this space during their free time. Despite having addressed this issue with the General Manager on multiple occasions, the response has consistently been about the inability to find live cards. This explanation feels inadequate and disrespectful to the members who truly value this facility.

NEW REVIEW:

I’m happy to say that UFC FIT Centennial has made big improvements since my initial experience. After speaking with Chris, the GM, he genuinely took my concerns seriously, and I’ve seen real positive changes—the gym is cleaner, better maintained, and overall improving. It also looks like corporate is keeping a closer eye on this location, which is a great sign for long-term growth.

The biggest reason I’ve stayed? Mauricio Baker, my fitness coach. He’s been incredible in helping me level up my training and is now preparing me for my first sanctioned boxing match on March 22nd at the Luxor. His expertise and dedication have been a game-changer, and I highly recommend him for anyone looking to train seriously.

The best part? The staff here is truly invested in helping members reach their fitness goals at a reasonable price. While there’s always room for improvement, the gym is heading in the right direction, and I’m excited to see the progress continue. If you’re looking for a solid place to train with great coaching, UFC FIT Centennial is worth checking out!

OLD REVIEW BELOW:

It’s okay.

It’s a gym. The equipment is okay.

The class schedule is fairly convenient.

The instructors are knowledgeable and do a good job…

However:

The mats are not very clean.
The bags are not very clean.
The pool is ALWAYS out of order.
For weeks they won’t have towels.
I tried to voice my concerns to management who clearly doesn’t take my concerns seriously, they’re unresponsive. (Staff even told me there’s only one manager who can process cancellations and he’s gone for weeks at a time)
The music is so loud that it is very difficult to hear your coaches say anything.
They pressure you to buy two years up front because they know you’ll cancel in a couple months.
They changed the policy on guests, my guests aren’t allowed to take classes with me anymore.
They make you get this stupid card to attend classes. Sometimes there’s a line and when you have back to back classes you will be late for class.

EDIT: they got rid of the morning classes which had the good instructors

I started my membership here in December 2022 when the quality here was top tier. After returning here from Miami UFC FIT location this location actually disappoints. The turf is definitely due for replacement and it actually smells. A lot of the equipment is starting to look worn out. This was actually my favorite gym but I’m not sure what the management is doing to maintain this place. I think there is more to the job than just signing people up for memberships. Upkeep is very important to some members. I wouldn’t say its a bad gym but it’s definitely time for a few upgrades and equipment replacement.

My personal trainer is Anthoney, he is the manager of the training staff at the gym. I had my first session today and I am so grateful I got the opportunity to train with him. His professionalism is of the highest standard and he takes great care of his clients. He puts away my weights and grabs my chair for me prior to when I sit. He makes me feel like a queen and listens to all my needs. He does not pressure me and he cares about what I want out of my training sessions. 5 stars all around I will continue to be his client!

Hey Chris! Hopefully you can read this since all my complaints in person aren't being taken seriously by you or your front desk staff.

#1. The loud crackling speaker in the group x room, even when the mic is off. Hard to deal with even when the music is on loud. Impossible in yoga.
#2. The non working mic in group X and the supposedly new mic that was ordered months ago still hasn't arrived. Order one from Amazon!
#3. Mirrors in group x haven't been cleaned in weeks, maybe months. Also floors are dirty too. Where is your janitorial staff?
#4. No toilet seat covers in the bathroom for over a week. No lock on stall #2 for over a year. Maintenance sign on stall #4 for just as long. Soap is always out.
#5 No sanitizer or paper towels are always out. Excuse is shipment hasn't arrived. You can go to Costco Business center and buy! No membership? Go to Smart and Final.

Also Tahia (who doesn't even live in the state of Nevada) threatening to cancel classes or fire instructors if members don't get these tickets at front desk when we check in---bc they just decided to take away our guest privileges that we had when we signed up.

Pool is closed indefinitely bc they are too cheap to hire lifeguards (new health dept rules, but other gyms have pools open and lifeguards).

Broken equipment always parked in front of group x door for days on end.

Watch videos of the cracking speaker sound and tell me that's how you like to run your gym. You gave us all these promises when you first started here. Nothing has gotten better, in fact it's worse. The only thing that hasn't happened again is the blood drives during our class times.

I don't think my complaints are asking too much. These are basic necessities at any gym. The instructors are the reason why we stay-- Preston, Sonia, Suzanne, Keisha, Annalise. They have to cover for your gym's shortcomings every class.

Update:

Had my membership cancelled without my knowledge on 02 Dec by Maria.

I've tried to find out why my membership is being cancelled repeatedly since then but the GM and operations manager never return my calls or messages.

I paid over $1k down when I joined to lower the monthly fee but they apparently don't want to keep members otherwise I'd still be a member.

I'm done with it.

Dropped another star.

Update: My monthly membership was getting declined, them resubmitted with a $23.50 service fee, then hit again for another month's dues a couple days later. Recurring issue except now I received an email that my membership is pending cancelation.

I work Graves and no one who can address the issue is ever available when I call in the mornings. I'm at the point I'm almost ready to accept defeat and let them cancel it but I dropped a large down payment to keep my monthly dues low.

Hopefully someone can fix this issue at some point in the not so distant future.

Dropped to 2 stars.

Update: The amenities have gotten worse over time. Often have empty soap dispensers in the mens locker room, they stopped the large bathing towel service, no more wet wipes for benches and equipment, and I swear they're turning up the thermostat during a major heatvwave. Gym floor and locker rooms are uncomfortably hot.

The hours are still terrible for those that work Graves because they are closed on weekends and holidays.

Music is stupid loud . At times you can hear the gym speakers over personal ear buds. Definitely not 24 hours as advertised. Very inconvenient holiday hours for those who work early.

Don’t waste your time or money. Most people go to the gym to get away from things in life that are negative and want to better themselves. Well this gym is the exact opposite. The drama, back stabbing, drama with the management and the things they decide to do with their employees is disgusting. There are probably plenty reasons on why the Silverado gym failed and is no longer open but I’m pretty sure it’s partially due to how it was ran. Don’t worry about bringing headphones in to the gym. The music is so loud that you can’t even hear your own music. It doesn’t help to complain because they’ll just turn it up louder. Basically save your time, money and energy and find a different gym.

This UFC Gym off Centennial has some awesome trainers. This review is for a fantastic trainer, Ron Arnold, that I work with for my knee pain. I need a total knee replacement and have been in a lot of pain for a long time. Prior to working with Ron there were days I was walking using crutches. Seven sessions in I am walking better, have so much more strength and mobility I and can do things like walk my dogs and sweep the house and and not end up limping for the rest of the day. Ron KNOWS his stuff. Through his stretching and strengthening protocol, I feel lighter, stronger and I walk out of the gym being able to walk up and down stairs AND without pain!!!!! I leave feeling so energized. I look forward to my training with Ron! Ron’s easy going manner, fantastic attitude and knowledge of biomechanics makes him an awesome trainer to work with. He keeps it simple yet it’s super effective! Don’t hesitate - get yourself a trainer - they know what they are doing. You will feel like a million bucks…and then you’ll be sore…. Then you will see and feel the lasting results.

First impressions are everything at any business. I walked in there and nobody at the desk. The person that did walk up looked like he didn't want to be there very lazy. Then there seemed to be to other employees just lounging around overweight and not motivated. The front desk guy said there was nobody there to show me around the gym because they had a client. I asked can at least walk around and look at the gym. He said no I don't think he can do that. It was a really disappointing experience because I was looking forward to getting some more information about this gym. The UFC Centennial Gym in Las Vegas has gone downhill over the past year!!! They're trying to bring in new members at a lower membership fee, and not add any additional equipment. The gym is in a constant state of disrepair, and the clientele has also taken a hit. One member jumps rope in the middle of the gym while taking up 3 exercise stations. The gym only has 4 racks and most of the time they are being used for hip thrusts while Instagramming or SnapChatting on their phones. Also, there is a constant change in personnel due to the high turnover rate. My Wife and I will be going to EOS ASAP.

This gym is scamming people. Nharee Cook doesn’t have a clue about what’s going on with the billing and the membership agreements that reference the fees they charge. ONE OF THE EMPLOYEES FALSELY SIGNED THE AGREEMENT WITH THEIR INITIALS. I reached out to cancel my membership and was told it couldn’t be cancelled because of the balance on the account. The membership was $59 and they have been trying to charge $82. I ask for clarification and he can’t come up with an answer until asking more than once he shows the membership agreement I never reviewed or signed where it says there is a $23.50 decline fee. (Which isn’t a thing because there is no cost when a debit card declines like if it was an ACH payment) he then precedes to tell me that I will get a late fee on top of it because it hit 10days. In the membership agreement it says a late fee is applied after 30 days late. Again the membership agreement doesn’t even apply to me because I never even signed it. The past couple of weeks they have attempted to run my card for various amounts over 10 times a day. They attempted a charge of $141.50 I asked Nharee what the charge was for and he stated “Seems like one of my front desks charged the wrong invoice, which I do apologize for.” There is no reason that someone should accidentally attempt to charge you damn near $150. I decide to call the gym asked for the operations managers name and if they will be in tomorrow. They place me on hold and come back to tell me they aren’t in the office right now. I said all I asked for was their name. And the stupid front desk worker says I can’t tell you their name unless I know what it’s about. I hung up on him and will be in that office tomorrow.

I expressed when I signed up that I am going to be going to graduate school and that I am wanting to freeze my membership when I start and I was told that wouldn’t be a problem. When I tried to freeze it I was told the fee for freezing is $15 a month. I feel like that should have been disclosed when I asked and it definitely would have impacted my decision when signing up so I feel misguided on that. This gym charges more than any other gym in the area, but it's filthy.

The sauna is always neglected and people keep dumping a ton of water in there.

The floor and mirrors are covered in dirt/prints and the bathrooms are hard to be in.

Please take better care of this gym. We have been coming here for 15 years since it was 24 hour and now it's gotten so much worse with UFC.

We only come for convenience and it's not as packed as other gyms.

The gym was pretty decent as a user, now that I’ve moved out of state where there is no longer an option to use, the issue lies in the professionalism of the GM, Eric.

Eric (general manager) was brought my direction by luck of the draw that he was the only one who could answer the phone in the moment. I say this confidently because I left multiple messages with very polite Staff to contact for a couple days and he hadn’t.

I had a “Champion” membership that was paid in full for 2 years. I had asked to cancel in August of 2023 with the former GM, Alyson, and while she was much kinder and responsive than Eric, it wasn’t accomplished. Luckily the request was sent via email with my contact number below and she called relatively quickly. The option was given to transfer to family member and I considered and asked around and no one lived close enough to make it worth it, so I called her back with the sole intention of cancellation.

Eric, her replacement GM after departure, this whole time has been rudely skeptical despite email proof, unresponsive after multiple continued attempts of contact, all for an absurd inability to resolve a matter at the gym he is positioned to run. I can’t think of a worse manager I can point out as it leaves a poor taste in the mouth of his customers as well as puts his employees in an awkward place when I’ve had to talk to the same revolving customer service reps at his location who all keep taking my info down over and over for someone who clearly is disinterested in his job. That’s a terrible “servant leader,” and I hope he is re-evaluated by someone above him soon.

All this over cancelling a count that was pre-paid for 2 years.

Save the headache and find another gym. It’s been over a week since maybe my 10-12th message I left for him and still no returned call or cc’d email as he promised in the one and only time he honored me with his voice.

My ONLY complaint is the men’s locker room and shower area. The floor and shower stalls are filthy. Also out of the ten or so shower stalls only two had soap, and that’s been for a few days now. This doesn’t appear to be the standards that UFC have. Yesterday I saw a prospective new customer taking a tour with a salesperson and quite frankly, I would be embarrassed to show the locker and shower area. This is actually my second complaint and I was never contacted or have I seen any improvement.

Good gym for the price. Everyone is friendly and the equipment is solid. Good music and good energy!

It would be nice if they added aroma to the steam room so it doesn't smell so musty. Eucalyptus would be a nice touch.

They don't have a swimsuit dryer in the men's locker room. Allegedly, they did when it was 24hr fitness back in the day.

Showers are pretty gross by the evening hours. People make jokes about it.

I bring my own towel for the shower as some of their towels are pretty wore out.

For the price, it's hard to beat this place!

THEY LIE AND TAKE YOUR MONEY. Okay, now to be a little more serious. I called them to cancel my membership; however, they told me I had to come in-person to cancel - which I'm use to because this is the rule at many gyms. Long story short, I went in to the gym 5 different times in which EACH time they said I could NOT cancel because the Operation Managers were NOT there. Think about it. I spent time and money (gas) to go in 5 different times and each time I was denied the ability to cancel my membership JUST because the Operation Managers were not there. And by the way, I DID showed up during the OM's working hours 4 out of the 5 times. They're just gone all the time. It wasn't until my 5th visit that they told me I could cancel through email. Like what in the world? So then I took this to email, and they told me I had to pay them for the next month because I didn't cancel in time - they have a 21 day notice. However, when I would visit the gym to cancel, a front desk worker I spoke with told me that they had two week (14-day) cancellation notice policy. There's even notes in my account to prove it AND they admitted to that over email. So I have proof. I can and I'm going to sue them beginning in July when a family lawyer becomes more available. Looking forward to putting them out of business. (:

I absolutely adore my gym. However, you guys telling people that there is no soap in the dispenser for at least 2 days because you’re waiting for it to come. Can you buy a soap at the regular store and put it in the restrooms so people can use it? Interesting … 🤔

It is just about the best gym around but the bar is pretty low. It's not cheap but I'll take that because I think that's why it's less crowded. It's mostly the same as when it was a 24 Hour Fitness except they took out a lot of stuff, raised the price, and reduced the hours.

Compared to the other gyms (EOS, and LVAC) it gets 5 stars but compared to what it was, 3 stars.

I’m not sure what’s going on with it but people steal the handles for the cable machines and the gym is very slow to get new ones so I’ve found that you have to bring some of your own equipment.

Regret getting a membership here. My first time visiting the gym I thought it was great and the location was good so I was definitely going to join.. before signing up I was given a tour by a guy that seemed cool but a little to nosy…. After my tour and being told about the different memberships and add ons I told him that I would be back to sign up because I wanted to go home and think about which membership would be better for me and he asked what was the reason, another question I didn’t find necessary.. I explained I wanted to go over some bills and make sure I didn’t choose a membership and add on that was over my budget..after joining the club things were going okay for a while but I saw that the billing at this place has issues… no one is truly able to assist you or give you any explanation as to why you are being billed. I forgot to update my billing information so a payment did not go through (my own fault) it was brought to my attention, i made the payment right away and updated my information.. two weeks later I was being charged again, I thought maybe it was a late fee or something so I didnt worry about it and a week or two later I was charged again. Every time I called about it i was asked if I was coming in the club so they could show me what was going on, Why aren’t you able to explain the issue over the phone ? And the time I did come in person I still didn’t get it.. definitely would not recommend this facility. How does a gym offer so much but doesn’t average at least 4 stars

Sam, the reason for my cancellation wasn’t “the pool isn’t warm enough”, it’s because you lied and said it wasn’t turned on yet despite knowing it was broken and had no ETA on being fixed. After cancelling within the trial period, they refused to refund me and I had to do a chargeback with my CC company. THEN they continued to charge me monthly and I had to dispute AGAIN with my company. ABSOLUTELY UNETHICAL AND ABHORRENT BUSINESS.

This is why we warn Airmen about doing business with this gym.

Shady business practices. Charged me $119 and then closed their Silverado location the next day. They stated they sent cancellation email notifications, which they never did. Second time going in a week and the kids club being at capacity because there’s an infant and the parents stay two hours but not enough employees. The employee is always by themself. One of the perks of the gym should be to take kids and have a parent be able to workout. Either the infant parents should make an appointment so there’s enough employees, or just there needs to be more employees. I have three kids and I get them all there and we have to leave. If it happens again I will probably switch gyms. The gym has been nice but I can’t always go without kids.

Why are there never any collar ties? It’s such a stupid and dangerous problem to have for a “$3 million” facility.
Also charge me $50 without notice and it is mysteriously not on my membership history. ANOTHER thing not on membership history was my kid, who we signed up for one month but they entered “recurring” and left my email and phone off of his sign up paperwork. So I wasn’t notified. I was just about to update this to 5 stars for adding the collar ties to the benches then found out about this problem. Cost me an extra $150 for a “compromise” on that kid account. The kicker is that I called in about this months ago to check and the guy, i guess trying to focus on selling his promotion, said he checked that account and it was fine. It wasn’t. The credit card on it was even expired for a few months before he “checked”so I find it hard to believe he looked and saw nothing wrong with it.

Came to this gym for the first time, it was decent! The manager, Spencer, gave me a tour; he seemed personable and seemed to care about my goals. He recommended some plans, monthly and/or with a trainer. So pricey.
8 sessions with trainer + discounted monthly fee was $900 ish
12 sessions with trainer + discounted monthly fee was more than $1000.
Etc
That doesn’t include the massage rooms, cryotherapy etc.

As nice as Spencer was, he was pushing me to sign up even before I got to working out and try the gym.

The gym is so small, it’s the size of any EOS. Of course, they have rooms like a basketball court, boxing etc, but it gets so crowded.

There’s no women’s sauna, so it’s all in a small room. There was a line to get in on a Tuesday evening.

The dumbbell section is so, so small. There’s maybe 5 benches, spread apart.

I didnt come back because there’s not much room there. I usually go on weights and dumbbells, so I just went back to my original gym.

Try it out if you need a trainer, I guess?

I have never left a gym review nor had I ever been treated like a transaction as much as this gym. From the first conversation to the salesperson who was later fired for not telling me about the fees to the Manager that never calls back. The personal trainer who abruptly stop communicating with me just because I didn’t want her to trained. The reason why is because when I walk in she actually tells me I should be a trainer, she clearly didn’t connect who she was being dismissive over text with the person she always compliments in person…major turn off. Final straw when I cancel and I have it in writing, they continue to try to draft my account every month. I email the supervisor and she responds 6 was later apologizing. Okay fine, but then she goes ghost again. The cancellation conversation we had I told her I was not going to pay annual fee after just being a member for a month, that was not explained to me. To pay $80 a month and then $99, it doesn’t make sense when the monthly is not the cheapest. The supervisor Alison said that Chris would call me to discuss. Never received a call.

Great Gym and atmosphere with a few areas that need improvement…They keep saying they are “planning” on opening 24 hours (Fri-Sun) but after months of being a member, there seems to be no progress at all toward this. When you join they make it seem like this is an imminent evolution however, this seems to be just talk. Also, don’t go during or right after a rain due to ceiling leaks. When this happens, they close the gym immediately. Please get this resolved. Sauna is also pretty disgusting and seems neglected for daily/weekly cleaning.

After almost being here a month I am still impressed with the customer service from the front desk to sale and services. I feel very welcome here and that’s important when making a decision to join the gym. The synergy is fantastic and there is plenty of equipment to keep your workout routine moving. Jo Jo in sales and customer service is wonderful always has a smile on her face and walks around to great the members by name including me which is outstanding that she does this consistently. I have been in fitness many years and competed this is one of my passion and I am a personal trainer and the biggest reason people don’t make this a life style choice is they struggle to find a connection and sense of belonging. This is the most key ingredient that special push they keep people wanting to show up. Both my sons and many of my friends workout here now opposed to EOS which has become congested and full youth that don’t understand the concept of respectful gym educate. Additionally the chro chamber here is amazingly and instantly relieved muscle inflammation as well as joint paint and can burn up to 300 calories in 3 and a half min. They have fitness classes that are uniquely tailored to the overall Theme of UFC and even though that’s not my song and dance I see many others engaged with passion and determination making their fitness journey a part of who they are. Finding your place and what works for you will make this a life style choice and UFC fit has many fitness journey options you can take. They offer amazing membership deals especially if you pay a couple of years “trust me here” the price is unbelievable if you can do it up front but for others the month to month rates are worth every penny. You can find that quality of life change your missing here and be sure to go see Jo Jo and tell her I sent you TW Trent English “trust worthy”. I would like to think I have a good reputation for just that and if you need help as you start your journey come grab me whatever I am there I’ll be more than happy to help.

Everyone raved about this gym. Paid 250 dollars to join. Excited to go to an awesome gym that had childcare.
I have 3 kids under 4 and I’m a SAHM so child care was very important. I was going 4 days a week. After going for only a week, I experienced an issue.
I went for a workout and came back to my youngest (7mo) being surrounded by children and no one close to him. I walked in to the daycare area and there were two employees present. One of the employees said to the other “where’s the baby?”, the female employee said “I don’t know, with his sister I think.”
I picked my kids up and called to speak to a manager immediately. He said he would handle it and call me back. He never called me back so I came in the next day to cancel.
They didn’t ask why, they didn’t care, and they didn’t want to resolve anything. All three of my kids also came down with rotavirus within 48 hours of the last day at the gym.

No refund or call back.

Gym is very clean. Never really packed. And has great amenities but if you are coming here for childcare, definitely do not recommend.

Chris Schneider is an EXTREMELY poor GM. DO NOT BELIEVE WHAT HE SAYS!! HE IS A LIAR!
He doesn't return phone calls after multiple messages and doesn't follow through on his word. This gym was full of mistakes from the time I joined 2 months ago. it was all downhill (except for my trainer Ryan).
When I joined I signed up for the recovery package that includes the use of the cryo chamber. The problem with that is every time I go to use it... it is locked or in recovery mode for 1 hour. I was paying for a service I couldn't use. Then I was scheduled with 3 different personal trainers to find a good fit. While doing that....the assistant manager who signed me up and 1 of the potential trainers quit. That was a sign.
After sending the emails in the pictures...Chris never called me back and I canceled my membership.

I have been a loyal member since the beginning of 2021 paying the highest family membership plus the recovery package every month. When it was time for me to cancel due to moving states and not being able to use it, I came in on the date of renewal, 12/30/2021 they would refuce to credit that last transaction on the day of, claiming they need 25 advance notice. Not only that, they also didn't want to refund me the advance last month payment I made when I signed up, instead they wanted to extend my membership until 2/30/2022, which I can't use anyway. When I asked to speak with a manager, they kept me waiting for long, while the manager chit-chated with other gym employees and checked their phones for a long time.
I will advice anyone to stay out of this gym, its just bad way of handling customer satisfaction. The only thing they care about its your money while they can enforce to get it.
