VSHRED has completely changed my life for the better! I feel like I have control of my life again & have gained so many valuable skills as each week passes. My coach has been an incredible resource to efficiently answer all my questions, ground me when I need it most, keep motivation high and very knowledgeable! I would recommend this program to absolutely anyone. With the VSHRED program, I finally can sleep through the night, I naturally have more energy when I wake up & energy throughout the day, even without caffeine! I feel like I’m actually able to execute on my dream life/healthy habits.

I have had great results over the past 10 weeks! I lost about 6 inches on my hips, and I’m down about 15 lbs! Being committed & consistency does pay off!

VShred has been a great addition to my health journey. It's been long and hard work, but it's all been worth it. It started due to medical reasons and challenge from my doctor about 3yrs ago and through the ups and downs I'm down 44lbs. No gimmicks, no quick fix weigh loss pills, no injections. I have been doing the V Shred program for six months and was very pleased with the quick results in the first three months. Things slowed down after that it seemed like, yet I did have more muscle definition and looser clothes. I was feeling a bit discouraged and thought I might not continue on, then they explained to me how important lean muscle mass is especially since I am closer to age 80 than age 70. I had a lengthy conversation with Dean and I realized that what I really wanted from the program was the ability to have a good quality of life in my final years with as few physical problems as possible by being strong and active. It wasn't as much about the belly fat and getting back into a routine after a year of surgeries as I thought. This realization has made all the difference to me and I will be continuing for another six months. After all, some of my relatives lived into their 90's, and if I want to be one of them and not stuck in a bed or wheelchair, I need to take action now! I am so grateful for that conversation!

Excellent program! Spent the last year with V-Shred and was honestly the best thing I could have done. I was in a tough spot this year in January with motivation and dealing with the death of a loved one and V-Shred truly helped shape not only my bodily transformation but my mental fortitude as well. Coach Christopher Lang was there with me this entire year and I went from not being confident in myself to being confident in the best way. Their schedule kept me honest and trained my brain to be on a rhythm with fitness that I truly never had seen before. From their great and consistent communication to well planned exercises and nutrition plan, they have truly helped me every step of the way. I am now on my triathlon and IRONMAN journey because of how well they pushed me. Granted alot of intrinsic motivation went into this but I have hit many PRs in both my weight lifting and cardio categories in all areas! I wasn’t sure how this would go at first as I got a pretty significant injury doing the workouts in my first week. It’s definitely important to communicate limitations and issues in advance. After having knee surgery, my coach listened to limitations and restrictions and tailored the workouts to what I was able to do. The nutrition plan has been the most valuable overall. Haven’t been able to work as hard physically and still lost 10 pounds in my first month. Looking forward to seeing how I progress the next 2.

I have been working with my Vshred coach (Dr Jamie) since 7 July 25, and it has been incredible. I eat normal food, but in a way that helps my body composition lose weight and fat. When I began my weight loss journey. I was at a 302 pounds. I got down to 275 pounds and I could not get any better so I contemplated doing the V shed program for three months every time I saw the commercial show up on my Facebook feed I kept wondering, could I really do this so finally I took the plunge and made the call and started my journey with V Shred in March 2024 and I am happy to say that I am down to 175 pounds and still working the program with great success. Now I’m going to tell you this process is a process that you have to follow Exactly how they show you. . If you do it halfway, you only get halfway results. I have religiously been working the program and I’m getting the results that I want.

Now I am going to be honest with you. I really did not know if I could make this work. I was doubtful in the beginning, but I had to try something and my coach has been a godsend to me. He is stuck by me and kept me on track every step of the way he listened to my worries. He listened to my doubts and made me look at things in a different light and without him I could not have made the progress I have made he has been my soundboard. He has been my person to push me to my limits that I never knew I could do .

I am so glad I chose to take this journey and I cannot wait to see where it leads me in the end because I am not done quite yet!!

I have shared two pictures with this. The first picture is at my highest weight and the second picture is the most recent picture. This journey has taught me more than just weight loss. It just taught me to have confidence in myself and taught me how to get out of my box and learn new things. I am so glad I chose to take this step. My Coach Charnicia Curtis has been absolutely amazing!! I couldn't have done this journey without her knowledge and encouragement over the last 6 months. V-SHRED is an amazing program. If you want to make permanent long-term changes to your body and are determined to make that change i highly encourage it. Its totally worth all the hard work and dedication. VSHRED seems to be a great idea, but ideas are implemented by people. If the representative that is supposed to assist you is not good enough or is not up to the task…unfortunately the program will not work for you and the idea fails. But as a customer service company, you need to closely monitor to ensure the service is provided as intended. I am having a horrible experience and apparently they were helping to resolve the situation but as of today they blocked my messages…I guess the idea is not ideal 🤨 see images of my communications. I already contacted my bank to avoid any charges as I have not received any services and I'm in stand by with Legal

If you want to join a program that absolutely works, join Vshred! For me I wanted to lose 40lbs in 3-4 months (done), get more fit so I feel better and my clothes look better on me (and I got new clothes in smaller sizes), and I wanted to reset my metabolism in order to maximize my overall health and the way I feel throughout the day - especially regarding food choices. Join the Elite program and follow it exactly. My coach Christopher did an excellent job guiding me through the workouts and the nutrition parts of the program. I’ve been a Vshred VIP Member since April 2025.
Working with my Personal Trainer, Alisha Thresher has been a very awesome journey so far. The past 4 months have flown by and I’ve made more progress than I could have imagined. Coach Alisha is very tuned into my needs and wellbeing. She has the patience of a Saint while answering all of my redundant questions and listening to my crazy stories along the way. Coach is always pushing and encouraging me in very uplifting ways to give it my all.
You will never need to worry about any cravings or being hungry! She always asks what are you craving, missing or tired of about your diet. Be specific, she will change it to your desires so that you never feel like you are cheating or urged to get off track.
The same goes about your exercise plans, stay plugged in and honest with your Coach.
I truly feel that Coach Alisha cares about her Clients. She has already made a positive impact on my personal life and I’m sure she can help you too.

I am 72 years old and I have had problems with weight from the time I was a teenager. I have tried diets. I have tried exercise, of course. I never stayed with the exercise very long. I was hesitant to do V Shred because of the cost He, the fear of not sticking with it, but after praying about it and feeling peace, I. said if I don’t do it now, I’ll never do it and I’m only getting worse, my health is taking a toll so, I signed up. I can’t say that I’ve reached my goals the long-term ones but short-term ones yes I now walk anywhere from 2 1/2 to 3 miles every day with my dog my weight is now under 200 pounds. Maybe not much but it is under 200 :-) andI have the most amazing coach Miss Marie. She is a delight To talk to, she is very interested and invested in my success that for starters is an amazing thing. She is so positive, even when I fail to Maintain my exercise routine for a couple weeks or l go off the diet or whatever, She is here to help me and she make sure I know that There is no criticism it’s always positive. I have to say I don’t know everybody that’s helped me in my journey to wellness, but you all have been amazing and I’m very thankful.

So my wife and I wanted a 90-day home workout that we can realistically do everyday. V Shred claims that they have individualized workouts based on your gender, body type, and goals-so we each bought it. Turns out, the workouts are exactly the same. Not only are they the same, but the first month is the same exact workouts on a weekly rotation. Then the 2nd month I was looking forward to new exercises, but he reused a lot of the same ones from month 1. You can tell this Vince guy didn't put a lot of effort into it. He clearly filmed all of the workouts on the same day and advertises that they're specialized to your body type, but that's false. Do not get this.

If you're like the majority of consumers, you will feel taken and manipulated! Vince talks an awesome talk and plays on your feelings and mental health to get you to BUY, BUY, BUY! Disappointed with myself for falling for it, in a moment of weakness. They say money back guarantee yet there is a heavy shipping and stocking fee that will maybe get you 50% money back in the burn pills. Total scam! Oh, those quick videos that Vince says will be short, over 2HRS long and keeps going and going. Ihad it play in the background as I was multi tasking arrive the house, literally shut the annoying video down after 2 hours. I was trying to see how much longer he can go on...I gave up after 2hrs. Well played, Vince, well played! Lesson learned again, I guess I needed reminding of what not to fall for with scams.

My experience with VShred has been very positive. I especially credit my coach, Felicia Berman, with helping me set up a diet and exercise plan to fit my needs.. At 70 my body does not do things as well as it used to, but I am definitely getting stronger and more flexible with the program she set up for me. BAD Experience, First, how antagonizing to be forced to watch video after video before being able to proceed to even order. OVER AN HOUR. Painstakingly, as one of their first steps is to gather your payment information. Not knowing what would happen if I backed out after entering that, I made it to the grand finale, my cart with one item. It was promised at $39, but after taxes and a few bucks shipping it was $58! It was deducted IMMEDIATELY from my bank account. I awaited confirmation. I awaited any sort of contact regarding the order. Besides the last page of the ordering process on their website I received NOTTA. Zilch. Zero. After two weeks I tried contacting them and only able to get a Bot Chat with Alexa. To say the frustration grew in those days is an understatement, I was hot under the collar. "Alexa" confirmed there was an issue in shipping my EVOLVE, the supplement they were pushing. Bot offered re-order, or refund. Re-order my big ole butt. I was promised a full refund by the bot and I took it. Four days later, a full refund was put back into my account. No thank you V-Shred a.k.a. Evolve, your miracle supplement wasn't worth my time of trying to order. Between the ridiculous and timely video after video when ordering, and then having to re-contact them about never receiving my order--pfft. What were they going to do, just keep my money? IF the bot could tell my order had not been shipped, sure it could have sent an email or text since those were requirements to order. Just don't do it.

Absolutely horrible company. They say you can get a full refund within 30 days but then they don’t answer emails or anything until after the 30 days I couldn’t get a hold of anybody until after I did the support on the app which I never had downloaded absolutely a disgrace they take your money And refuse to give you a refund. and they don’t tell you you’re doing a subscription $10 a week after the initial 70 something dollars absolutely ridiculous. I wanted a full refund and they only gave me $10 absolutely horrible company.

This program works and is very personalized! Fantastic 1:1 support from coach Brandi. She is super knowledgeable and extremely helpful! I have lost over 50 pounds with the help from Brandi with individualized workouts and a personal meal plan. I love how she makes tweaks when I need them. I’m a diet program veteran; I won’t say I’ve tried them all, but I have certainly tried many. All of them helped me lose some weight. None of them have ever allowed me to experience the success I’ve had with the VShred program, however. Furthermore, all of the others led to diet fatigue from cravings I developed during the diet. These cravings started as early as a few weeks into the process, and while I could resist them for a while I never believed that I could live the rest of my life that way. They also all led to a weight gain rebound after I stopped dieting.

Vshred is the first diet where I honestly believe I can continue living and eating like this long term. I’ve not been hungry nor have I developed the cravings that all the other diets caused. The second big change in the VShred process has been the assistance provided by the online coach. Jenna has been so good at heading off problems by her continual questioning about how I am doing. Her instructions have proven to be very helpful as have her weekly challenges. Now that most of the weight loss is done, we are beginning to focus on how to maintain this success long term. Vshred is a total lifestyle process, the exercise program fits with the carb cycling program and keeps me feeling great all week, every week of the process.

Jenna has been very positive and encouraging throughout my experience. I could not imagine any coach serving my needs better. This experience has been worth every penny I’ve paid and more. My heath has improved in nearly every measure from sleeping better, to lower blood pressure, to medication reduction, my resting heart rate is lower, even my VO2 max is higher than it’s been in years. Taking the route of having a coach was exactly what I needed. At 78 years old with no taste and smell and a disabled husband which has us living in Assisted Living, my trainer, Nicole Graham had her work cut out for her! She has risen to the challenge! Since I'm eating in our facility's dining room, I couldn't do the prescribed meal plan and the lack of taste and smell drives me towards food textures and negotiating mouth tastes (that is, knowing salty, sweet, bitter, and tart but with no flavor). After a few weeks of working together, Nicole and I were able to create a system for both of us. I couldn't do this without her and I am so grateful for our partnership. I started this journey a couple weeks ago and this is after years of knowing about it, but skipping all the ads. One day a month or so ago, I took the plunge and honestly, it's been good for me and my family. I've spoken to numerous, very nice folks who all do different jobs and have guided me very carefully and closely thus far.

My personal coach is very communicative and understanding, and has worked with me when things were a bit more difficult than expected. The meal plan stretched my comfort zone insofar as food types, but it has been fun to try new things. The workouts take me back to my weight lifting days years ago, and though they hurt, they feel good while doing them.

So far, I have nothing bad to say about this program nor the people I've interacted with. It's been great, and I'm excited about the next few months ahead. I'm learning techniques, recipes and discipline that should help me beyond the date my program ends. I recommend anyone on the fence to make the call to invest in yourself.

No, I didn't have the money to do it either, just like you, but honestly, when you stop the takeout food, and shop intentionally instead of hungrily, it's amazing how much money you can find. Not gonna lie, finances hurt, but that's been my life for decades. At least I can be healthy and in shape. I'll cut the future years of takeout and invest that money into my current day and improve myself in the here and now. It's a no brainer.

I was getting the flashy adds on my phone about vshred and one day took the time to watch the full video. I am a 53 year old male and was ready to make the commitment for a lifestyle change and liked what i saw and read from v-shred. After signing up for the initial plan I knew I was looking for a long term change not a gimmick unsustainable diet plan that wouldn't last. After the initial assesment they did reach out and recommend the personal trainer. (there is a lot of upselling here, keep in mind every successful company does). I was set up with my personal trainer (Sean Hybolt= amazing) , diet plan and workout plan. Love the meal plan as has never been my strong suit. Workouts are not to long and can be done easily. I started this process very skeptical and concerned I’d never be able to physically do the exercises to loose weight or stick to the diet. But I lost over 35 pounds and lost so many inches. V-Shred and Coach Sam Craven are the reason. The diet program was a challenge at first but as time went on it became my new reality and not so hard to follow. Coach Sam easily made changes to meet my individual needs. Coach Sam was available whenever I needed. I could send him a message and he’d respond, surprisingly pretty quickly. Then there were my coaching sessions which were fun and educational. Coach Sam answered all my questions and connected with me before any changes to the diet and exercises routines were made to be sure he was meeting my needs and physical abilities. He made changes if I had issues with an exercise or wanted to focus on an area and Coach Sam made that happen. For example one time I wanted to work on getting stronger to carry my grandson, or when my I broke my wrist and was casted, he modified the exercises and I continued to work out and loose weight. Where do I begin! In January of 2023 i was walking to work and hit black ice and pulled my hamstring causing increased weakness in my right side. During the next 14 months I had 10 more falls even with walking 2-4 miles daily and became concerned so I started looking for something to help build strength in my right side. My experience with the VShred program has been a rewarding one. This borderline diabetic female was entering her 6th decade under not so healthy conditions, in fact, you could say that I was at a crossroad between doing nothing about my health and continue to slowly but surely decline into diabetes and hypertension, OR, make a decision for a lifestyle change that would give me a chance at a healthier, stronger and versatile daily life. Scam of a company. Meal plans are not custom properly and are AI generated as their advisor admitted and you get the same 4 meals for the 4weeks. They also replace half the meals with protein shakes to get more money out of you. Careful as they sign you up to a subscription even though they claim you aren't and if you don't cancel you get charged. But there is nothing in you account or paperwork that tells you this so you get stung and then they don't refund. They bombard you with emails trying to sell you so much and put no focus on actually helping. It's a massive sales pitch and pressure business. Please don't fall for it like I did.

V Shred is legit. I'm currently about 10 weeks into a 6-month program with my coach Patrick. I was already kinda sorta fit, but as a dad of two kids under 5-years-old, and having just turned 40 and not really liking what I was feeling or looking like, I decided it was time to prioritize my health. I have never been strict about diet, so this was a key piece missing from my life and, although athletic, I haven't had a prescribed exercise regimen in years.

This has been one of the best choices I could make for myself at this point in my life. I want to try to avoid health issues in the latter half of my life, and I want to be around for my kids and future grandkids. I want to look and feel better and establish good habits now before it's too late (although it's never too late -- just harder later). I want to be stronger and be able to play sports into retirement, and with my kids when they are teenagers.

In mid-February of 2025 I was weighing in around 205-210 lbs. (I'm 6 feet tall), and now in mid-April I'm weighing in around 185 lbs. I'm very happy with the weight I am now, but I'm starting to focus more on building strength, without looking completely muscle-bound. I've lost belly fat and my arms, back and legs are looking stronger, but I still have further to go. The exercises prescribed by my coach Patrick have been challenging without being so hard that I feel defeated. I always break a good sweat! I've been sleeping better -- getting restful sleep -- and waking up early to get workouts in before the workday starts (something I NEVER did before).

My program is basically a 15-30-minute HIIT workout 5 days a week with 30 minutes of cardio before that workout on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. I have had to make time in my schedule to fit this in, usually taking a longer lunch or waking up early before the kids are awake. The diet has been high in protein and low in crappy carbs, allowing for some fat and complex carbs. My wife is pescatarian so I asked my coach to devise a diet plan with more fish and less meat than might be typical to avoid having to cook two meals for my family every night, and he did so very thoughtfully. The Food Swap bible is helpful for avoiding monotony in the meal plan.

Ultimately, if you have somewhat of a prior knowledge of exercise and can use common sense with food choices, but haven't had the self-discipline to make the changes you want o make, then this program is for you. That said, your success is TOTALLY dependent on you making the time and the right choices, because you don't have an in-person coach screaming at you to do the right thing. I do think the program is a bit costly for what you get, although paying the amount of money I did has been worth it because it's forcing me to be accountable to myself. I would hate myself for wasting money and this opportunity, so I'm busting my butt to get the most out of it that I can. I hope this helps sway some of you out there who are like me who may have been on the fence about getting started.

I have been seeing the ads for V Shred on Facebook for quite some time, and decided to go for it at the end of January this year, to get a better handle on my diet and fitness in general. It was an investment, but a real eye-opener on the types of foods I should be eating, how much, and how often.

The exercise routines were also a huge change in the total length of time per session (and number of workouts per session) as well as the number of sessions per week. They definitely challenged my schedule.

My coach, Darin, was a huge help during all of this. Anytime I had questions about my diet or any of the workouts, he was right there to provide answers or even alternatives as they came up. It was so simple to get in touch with him through the V Shred app’s messages tab. Plus, the resources at my disposal were invaluable, from the provided detailed menus (including cooking/preparing instructions) to help me reach my calorie and macro goals to the Food Swap Bible (if I’m out of X, for example, what can I substitute?).

I didn’t have a lot of weight to lose – only about 17 pounds – but I am almost there. I’m 5’7” and was 162 pounds when I started on January 30. I wanted to get to about 145, to try to get rid of some of this belly, LOL, and just get stronger and more fit, in general. Today, April 22, I am 149 (my lowest was 148.5, a couple days ago). I am currently 50 years old, and the last time I weighed in the 140s was probably right after college.

I am so thankful to Darin and everyone at V Shred for this program. It has really helped a lot. I am nearing the end of my time with them, as I opted to just do a three month trial, followed by a one month extension, to lose those last few stubborn pounds, but I think I’m in a very good place to continue moving forward on my own and knowing what I need to be doing from here on out to keep my weight and fitness level where I’d like them to be.

Also part of the V Shred program is a set of supplements to assist with your weight loss and fitness goals (protein powder, fat burn capsules and collagen, to name a few), plus a sample set of Trifecta premade meals that you just heat and eat. They were so convenient and delicious.

If anyone is on the fence about V Shred, I can say this: it works, and it works well. It is an investment, so you do need to be aware of that. It’s not cheap, and you need to put in the time and effort (tracking meals/calories/macros, exercising, getting enough water and sleep [two things I’m not the best at, LOL]), but it’s an investment in your health. To me, it was worth the investment. I can’t recommend V Shred and coach Darin enough.

I had a great experience with my coach Jules at V SHRED. She used my likes and dislikes to put together menues for me that would both help me reach my goals and that I would like. She was more than willing to change up the diet to match things I liked.
She also worked extra hard to get me an exercise program that worked with my specific issues. I had recently come off foot surgery and was limited with movement ( specifically weight bearing on my toes), as well as not having any gym equipment. These got changed up as my foot progressed. Very disappointed with this program. I told them i wanted to gain weight and the guy told they could do that. I also told them i recently had heart surgery and i needed to wait well presure sales so i did it. The work out was lame, the nutritional portion was a joke and the Supplements are pretty basic. Im annoyed because They say it’s guaranteed or your money back which is a lie. I only got half of my money back. I told him I would pay for the supplements but that was it and they gave me thousand dollars back and I’m still paying another thousand dollars for what I don’t know. Don’t even go this route. Josh has planned my all my meals to my liking as well as my workouts to what are best for me with some of my limitations. He listens and works hard to help me be successful in this new life style journey. Josh is very encouraging and motivating. I am so grateful for the support I have through all of this! I really enjoyed this program. I lost 30 lbs in my 7 months! Going into this, I wasn't worried about the working out, as much as I was wanting to improve my eating habits. Every month they provided a week long diet that you followed for a month. The meals were delicious, and pushed me to try new things. Learning to be flexible and modify the meals throughout the month was a very helpful tool to learn as well. Any questions I had was just a message away, and it really worked. I didn't feel like I had to sacrifice the foods that I liked, and found some new favorites along the way. I will be able to carry the new knowledge with me and continue my health journey for the rest of my life now. The workouts they provided adapted to what I had available at home (mostly body weight most of the time). The exercises varied and kept things fresh. This journey included an online coach offering monthly one-on-one discussions, weekly checking and unlimited online queries with questions always answered.
My coach Savanna has been nothing but patient with me and super motivational. Talking to her is easy as are her replies to my queries.

I’m a person who is quite sceptical of gimmicks and easy fixes. I decided I needed a change and looked into the program. I invested into the V Shred VIP program. I figured if I was committed by paying more, then I would be more committed.
My coach was fantastic. She changed things in my menu plan that didn’t quite work for me. She encouraged me with my usual exercise, which is running, and gave me advice about how to work this in with the workout schedule. She was so relatable in terms of other personal struggles. V Shred is a fitness and billing scam. I submitted a CFPB complaint and a BBB complaint against the payment processor Affirm which led to full refund from Affirm. Fraudulent advertising of fitness content and payment plan. The advertisements are full of unsubstantiated fitness claims. The money scam portion: the salesperson sells a subscription but actually charges a large up front amount financed through Affirm, all without disclosure or authorization. Many other reviews/videos share similar stories of these deceptive practices. Keep your money and do not associate with V Shred.

After a long time with different strategies for both building muscle and loosing weight I was triggered by the concept of carb-cycling. I signed up and started in august. I got a menu designed to me which was easy and the whole family liked it. I dedicated to the concept and after a couple of weeks the training and food was quite automatic to me. Now, after four months I've adjusted and eat according to what I need and even though I had set-backs after a disc relocated in my back my weightloss kept going. I am back in training, but adjustments have been made according to the back issues. I've lost 22LB since 19th august (it's now 8th december). The coach adjusted whatever I needed, I had 1 month coaching 1to1. It was hard for me to put a five star rating up, but I have had what I would call success. The hardest part being the relentless sales people trying from all angles to get me to spend more money. My coach Sean deserves the credit and obviously he works for V-SHRED, I COULDNT ASK FOR A BETTER COACH. I’m an amputee, rt. leg bka, (below knee amputation), presenting more challenges than most, but Sean understood my limitations and helped me ease through what I thought I couldn’t do. I may have lost my leg, but after losing 40lbs and increasing my strength I have pushed aside what was holding me back. I still have work to do and close to my goals and with about 45-50 days left in my supposed 6 month program it’ll be close.🤞
I only wish when sharing my small victories with the “success team” they were more encouraging and not really a sales team trying to sell me on more time. I was in, at first but thought what was the goal for me , my weight was coming off after dealing with a relentless injury for now 8 years, struggling to cope with an assortment of complications, my A1C was at 8.1 the day I started (8/5) and as of 11/5 down to 6.2 shattering the goal of just getting it below 7, down in weight from 268lbs to 227 as of this morning 11/27, everyone I see can tell I’ve been doing something and are blown away , my clothes fit or are too big , I look younger feel great even if I were to fall short of my goal of 205 I do not see me going back to that body ever again. So this works, the coach I had is amazing - thanks Sean! Set me up with the right amounts of healthy foods to eat in an easy to follow menu and exercise that my beat up body could do. Expanding both as we went through this together. I could go on and on but I think I’ve done my best to explain my experience. Firstly, just for the record the name listed for me here is my middle name. My name is actually Shaun. My coach throughout my journey with Vshred was Sidney Bartlett. For me Sidney has been a fantastic support and helped me throughout with guidance and motivation when I felt the need for it. He helped me drop from 217 lbs down to 188 lbs to date. My continued aim is still to get to 182 lbs which in the UK equates to 13 stone. My currently means that I'm at about 13.7 st. My target weight is a weight that I've not been at since my teens. So I've only got a few more pounds to lose before I'm there. The only reason why I didn't reach my target weight during that time frame was because, 1) I suffered a muscular injury which put me back about a month, and 2) I change jobs during that time frame which effected my sleeping pattern, which in turn did effect my weight loss journey. My story: I started this journey 7/26/24. I was doing WW and things were going in the wrong direction. I’m 53 years old and was super frustrated. It works if you stick to it. There is nothing unique about diet and exercise. Calories in and calories burned! The meal plan is good and so is my coach Julio for the exercise regiment. I used to eat 2500+ calories a day and now in my third month of 1700 to -1800 a day. Good healthy food and not starving. The metabolic assessment is good and the exercises boost it so the BMR increases. Dropped 175lbs in 9 weeks so far and building my strength back up and tone. I’m 64 years old and enjoy the program.. not having to waste money on a gym membership or trainer. Throwing down money makes you accountable to yourself. The big drawback is the upselling! Up front, I wondered if this approach would work for me as I have tried so many before. In the beginning, it took some planning and a little extra time for me to utilize the personalized meal plans. I started V Shred in early Aug. I was assigned Clayton as my coach, and he has been great so far. I am about to complete my 3rd month and have lost about 12 lbs or 1lb/week. I have traded many texts with Clayton and always get a quick response. We have also engaged in multiple conversations about the program and what to expect including exercise program, meal plans, supplements and some psychology related to this whole journey.
My goal is to lose about 50 lbs, starting at just over 300. I realized I was not eating very well or exercising very much and wanted to feel and look better in the mirror for myself. I would say my self esteem was low, but iI knew I could change. I found V Shred and thought I would give it a try. This is not about a quick change and weight loss program. Time and persistence are required and I am really starting to feel and see results after several months on the program.
One of my greatest realizations is the amount of effort required to get healthy. The meal plans have been awesome, with delicious meals to prepare.
Tip: start the program on a Monday, shop and prep your food for the week on Sunday. This has helped reduce meal time during the week for this. I am just reheating or cooking each day.
Tip #2: Measure the portions for each meal and store in containers accordingly. Some go in the fridge and others in freezer for later in the week. I bought a small 50 piece set ($10) and has worked well.
Tip #3: Set expectations accordingly, it will take time for your body to adjust to these changes which included eating 3 healthy meals a day, taking supplements, protein drinks and exercising.

At this time I am very happy with the program and will continue to work toward my goals: eat better, get stronger, and lose 50 lbs.

Matt has been very patient with this old lady!! At 68, I’ve never lifted weights or done the exercises that are expected of me. He has encouraged me and helped me with extra videos so I can see exactly how to do them correctly.
Also he has never chastised me for not eating everything or maybe “cheating” when I shouldn’t have.
Maybe my only complaint would be that when someone first signs up (and you did a great job with most of it) that someone would explain the supplements and when to take them! I finally found the info on them in the website…but that was after 6 weeks! So of course I didn’t start them right away or take them at the proper times. Also an explanation on how many zoom calls are happening would be helpful…at the beginning!
I realize that there was a lot of info at the beginning and maybe this was covered, but if so I don’t remember and so a quick follow-up with that info would be helpful.

My journey began on August 12th roughly 2 months ago. I have attempted to drop weight on many different occasions throughout the last 10 years. I am 69 yrs old and decided I had to do something before I reached 70
I was 257 and could not lose it, I would drop 8 or 10 lbs just to put it right back on
Incidentally I have hypothyroidism and 4 torn tendons in my right shoulder and bad knees so going to the gym and pushing iron around not a good idea I don't like machines either after all I can sit around at home
So I opted for the home program. I was skeptical at first because of the cost and my wife was furious. One week in and she said maybe it was worth it. 2 weeks in and she came around
2 months and I am down almost 30 lbs. I feel great more relaxed and the bodyweight exercises are no longer difficult like in the beginning
The menu plans are awesome and my coach and I seem to almost be in sync with our approach. Nicholas has been great full of confidence in me and always their and responsive to my needs and concerns which are few. The process has been greatly appreciated and rewarding. I am know at a point where I am pushing myself and can't wait to see what the next few weeks changes will be. I feel like I have taken 10 years off of my age. Brady has been amazing. He's always incredibly responsive no matter how goofy a question I may have about the program, the meal plan or the work outs. I have just a modest home gym & dislike cardio, he helped me tailor work outs to my equipment as well as my fitness level, offering alternatives whenever I didn't have a piece of equipment or stamina to complete a certain exercise. The diet is the least diet-y I've ever been on, the meals are good, adjustable, & I never feel deprived.

I still have a lot of work to do, but I'm pushing 50 & feel better than I have since college. The price point was outside my comfort range but I've half-assed every other attempt to get healthier, I have no regrets with this program.

I've tried several different programs and did see sme good results, but nothing like I've seen with V-shred. I've been on the program for 6 months now, and I've lost 55 lbs. The coaches are great, they listen to what goals I'm working for, they come up with yummy meal plans that are easy to make and follow, and I love the work outs. I’ve been a VShred member for a few years now but this summer/fall is my first time taking the plunge and working with a coach. Coach Felicia has been a godsend! I’ve faced many obstacles since starting my journey with her and it has really kicked my body back into gear. Where I used to struggle with weight fluctuations, I now find myself dropping weight and inches. In just a little over a month I have lost 12 pounds and really trimmed around my waistline and my back and sides. I wasn't sure what to expect with VShred. I hadn't heard about it from anyone else but I am so pleasantly surprised. My Coach, Elyssa, is so awesome! She took the information I put on my questionnaire and developed a nutrition plan that fits my cooking abilities and my food preferences. I love the recipes! They are not hard or time consuming for me to make and taste really good with a few ingredients. She chose a workout plan for me based on some physical limitations I had initially from injuries. The whole thing is so individually tailored it works so well for me. I like the exercises and that I can do them in my own home without having to drive somewhere with other people watching, restricted by gym hours, or to keep an appointment time with a trainer at a gym. When I get down Elyssa points out my successes. She explains why something works or doesn't so I am learning for future reference when I will be eating every day with my own decision making when I meet my goal weight. Elyssa is promptly responsive when I message her questions or concerns. The monthly Zoom call with her is so convenient, informative and motivating. This program is a lot of money for me but it is 100% worth what I am getting compared to other things I have tried. The success is the best part. If you have any reservations about signing up for coaching through VShred, know that it is well worth your time and money to invest in your health with this program. If you put in the time and effort you WILL have success. I highly recommend VShred Coaching to anyone, and everyone. We all could use a coach in our corner no matter what our health goals; weight loss, weight maintenance, healthier eating, strength training....I am so glad I did this! Poor customer service. All robots. Tried calling this business says open 24hours. I bought the program. No success on talking to a coach to get my custom meal plan. Would schedule a time to talk to someone. That someone would never show up for call about 4 times. Auto emails I get saying the same thing like I didn’t take the quiz or something about a video from another company to help you with your metabolism. I tried to get a refund. Emailed customer service for the first time to let them know how much trouble it’s been. Always emailing back with some other garbage that I wasn’t talking about. Vince really need to get this company in check. I just decided to do the exercises and the sample meal plans that are already there, and just do the best that I can since I already paid for the program. Can’t talk to a real person. I’m surprised I was able to get my digital workouts. Does anybody have problems with VShred?

After struggling over 20 years with my weight, I have found great success with V Shred. I have done other programs and failed to achieve ongoing success. I'm in my 5th month learning how to eat right and exercise. I started at 255 LBS, currently I am at 207 heading to 200 LBS. I have lost body fat and increased muscle all over my body. I couldn't be more happy about the results. Why has it been successful? My personal nutritionalist and workout planner. Dylan Beck, one of V Shred professional trainers and nutritionalist is easy to work with, he listens to what I am saying and responds and is very encouraging along the way. He knew how to start me out slow with working out with weights, HIIT and low cardio. Didn't realize how much cardio you build by doing the training versus doing cardio by itself. Very impressed with it. The food plan is amazing, food tastes great and I have developed a liking to some foods I would never eat. I gave them a 2 because at least their staff is friendly. I have been on their products going on 3 weeks and I wrote the representative that did my metabolic test twice and no response. I have not seen any changes and I have been working out 4-5 times a day and following a lower calorie diet. I am on the Am and Pm stuff, I am on Tumeric and also apple vinegar gummies by them. Nothing. Save your $$ and time. I am someone who has been working out and needed something a little extra to help me and this is not it.
