I’m really upset with this gym. Use to be a clean facility, rude physical trainers. Never felt welcome. My friends have heard the staff make deep sign noises with eye rolls every time they go to work out. Trainers think they are better than everyone. I use to love going to the gym and now it’s not worth it. Spray bottles are always broken. Super tense environment.

My husband and I got lied to now we have to pay $440 to get out of our contract and I have to pay the salesman an extra $5 a month plus interest. Beware!

The owner should hire competent people. I shared this post on my Instagram and Facebook. Lol The owner is completely lost on what type of people are working for him. They are stealing from him and his clients. Why would anyone pay interest well...I don't know owner? You tell me! That comment right there makes the owner as evil as his sneakyworkers. Unprofessional, liar salesmen. That's what it is, they took advantage of my nephew who suffers a brain injury from a car accident. Told him he can try the gym to see if he likes it but took his credit card information down, and had him sign a contract. Don't forget they charge interest also on your monthly payment. I will not refer anyone to use this gym it is small, no pool, small showers in the back and the workers are Claim to be Christian's.

Courtney and Devin the managers there are AH-MAZING! Always willing to try to work out a deal that best fits the customers and doing everything they can everyday to improve the gym! Not to mention the classes offered like Zumba and super cycle BUT they have child care mornings and evenings Monday-Friday and Saturday mornings to help those hard working parents. No matter what it seems child care is always open during the designated hours and fully staffed. They take children of all ages too which is something that’s hard to find. Staff is always working hard to keep the gym clean and keep equipment in tip top shape. If a machine breaks down (let’s face it they do no matter the effort put in) the turn around time to get a fixed is always super fast.

This gym is so nice! I also very much appreciate how often and well everything is cleaned. Immediately after bringing up any issue I see, someone takes care of it.
When I went in to see if I wanted a membership, Courtney, the Assistant Manager, was the one who sat down with me and helped me figure out what membership would work best for me and she took time to make sure I totally understood what each plan entailed, and she took me on a tour of the gym and she showed me the wide span of machinery they have a this gym. Courtney was so sweet and answered every question I had, which is something I have not experienced when looking at other gyms.
Something which this gym has that I haven't seen at other gyms is a fenced in outdoor work out area, which is really nice. The majority of all the machines are in great condition and they are all very easy to use. They also have a very nice and safe childcare center which is another thing I haven't seen at many other gyms, along with the amazing personal trainer they have at this gym
I highly recommend this gym to everyone looking to join a new gym.

This gym is never overcrowded and it is always clean! The atmosphere is inviting and fun. They also have a cool outside turf area that I love where you can push sleds or flip tires. 💪🏻

Any gym with an owner so unprofessional as to respond negatively online I'd have to be concerned about. Business professionals will look at reviews and having the customers information, would make contact and try to resolve the issue and get a positive review from the customer for the prompt and professional way in which management handled the situation. Arguing with clients online makes it look as though the company is run by toddlers. Hopefully this constructive criticism will be well recieved and applied. It will greatly improve the way you are percieved as a business.

Not only was I over charged for at least the 1st 6 months. Whenever I called and talked to someone they would only give me half the information. Like when I asked the “assistant manager” if I was going to get charged again. After looking at my information told me I wouldn’t be. Then low and behold they they go charging me YET AGAIN. All they care about is money. Worst experience ever with a gym. Go anywhere but here I’m telling you.

I love the place, there has been a couple times where i have to clean what i use cause its gross, the bathroom is one, not enough urinals and people pee on the toilet seat, it would be nice to clean and use a clean toilet!!!
I love the Disinfectant stations around the gym to clean the equipment Before & After use!!!!

Cancelled my 1 year term subscription they had told me that I will not see any more charges in my card but guess what? I got charged this month again .
Called the office and they have a bad customer service. They told me the same thing that will be the last payment, and they can’t do nothing until payment clears but I told them I already finish my contract and did cancel.
I will never do business here again.
My advice is to take your business elsewhere as they clearly don’t care about their customers.

Nice place. I go at night when its less busy because its open 24hrs. I do wish they had a few more amenities that other gyms offer but in the long run i am there to work out, and i get it done there

Cancelled my subscription months ago and they had told me it will take a month and a last payment and it will cancel, they did a horrible job in cancelling my subscription I got charged for months I never attended the gym and my subscription was still open. I went in to talk to the staff and they had bad customer service he cared more about his workout and kept me waiting for 30 minutes.

I don't recommend this gym for some different reasons:
The manager is really doing an unfair business, I have registered there and he asked me to sign a contract without explaing the details of it.
After first month , I wanted to freeze my membership for a while but he did advise to keep it with no charge and finnaly I went to cancel it and he charged me every month and a big a mount of cancellation fee . This is not the way to run a fair business because they are loosing clients more.
