I needed somewhere to train for a few weeks while in town visiting my parents, and this club was perfect! Flexible memberships, affordable drop in fees and super friendly staff. Wide variety of equipment. Highly recommend!

It was hard to bring the star rating down to a 1 star after giving this gym such a good rating and such a good review. But for the past three visits after the review I have found nothing but disgrace for (1) person walking in there with so much body spray which I don't understand considering they have showers and keep them fairly clean also smelling like straight cow manure which is unacceptable considering you shouldn't be walking in there smelling like that in the first place considering it lingers so much But clearly the staff don't say anything about it even though they have multiple signs that say change your shoes before coming in and all the workout areas and you should be using and wearing proper workout attire. Nothing that you just did a hard day's work smelling like manure. That ultimately kills my motivation to go to the gym, not because the sole fact is that they smell like body spray but that it lingers and none of the staff members do anything about it. Besides smile at you and wave a febreze spray. And the fact number (2) is that when you're trying to do boot camp, or do your own made boot camp? Most people would just sit around and chat with their friends or sit on their phone on equipment that stops you from ultimately using that equipment for a good 10 to 15 minutes considering they have a 2-hour and a half limit being in the gym. And the tanning room that they have doesn't make me feel safe using it considering there's a gap and only curtains that stop people from peeking over which makes me very uncomfortable to even consider using the tanning considering I actually like tanning because of the winter months in the north eastern. If I had to say anything more it would be go to a different gym before you waste too much money at this gym

This is one of the nicest gyms I've been to. Huge variety of quality equipment that's smooth and well maintained. Even some pieces that are rare in this area. Staff is absolutely awesome and the entire gym is clean and laid out well. As a bodybuilder it's really nice to see the heavier weight stacks on the cables and certain equipment like a hack squat and heavy dumbbells.

Rude employees. Especially the weekend lady. They let rude members get away with harassing others. They dont enforce any safety protocols (despite posting them). Many pieces of equipment are in disrepair. Only giving 1 star because google wouldn't let me give 0 or negative stars.

Here almost everyday at opening. 1.5-3 hrs
Since i work nights its opening hours are great for me and theres very few people in at that time. Started three weeks ago. at my size hard to tell a difference but i feel it.
Headphones, treadmill and youtube meditation and motivation ,then weights, suana and shower.
Great place to start making good changes. also trying to get a friend to come too.

Loved the gym itself and Jaime. Had a great price. Felt very uncomfortable when I went with a different woman behind the desk. I was never greeted while everyone ahead and behind me got huge smiles and hellos. On my way out, I was not even looked at or spoken to, but spoke to others around me. Very unwelcoming
