Core Fitness is by far, the best barre studio you will find in the area. Lindsey is a master at her craft and has created an amazingly supportive/encouraging environment for her clients.
If you’ve never tried barre or are curious to try somewhere new, I promise you will not regret checking out one of her classes.

Making the decision to start classes here is one of the best decisions I have made! Lindsey will push you to do you best, at your own pace and makes you feel welcomed and comfortable. I leave class feeling great about myself and look forward to the next class. After some not so great experiences at a chain Barre place, coming here was like a breath of fresh air! And even if you have a tight budget, you can make it work!

I've been working out with Lindsey 3-5 times a week for over 3 months, and now I am completely hooked! I had taken Barre classes with 4 different instructors before I moved to this area, and Lindsey is by far the best! She is strong, empowering, encouraging, inspiring and most of all SWEET. I love her challenging workout routines which change slightly every day.

Barre class is a workout technique inspired by elements of Ballet, Yoga, and Pilates. It focuses on low-impact, high-intensity movements designed to strengthen and tone your body, which is PERFECT for me(I am in my mid 40s).

I was moderately active but definitely out of shape before I started working out with Lindsey. Each day I am getting stronger and I just started seeing changes in my body too!

The studio is super clean, and we have many strong-minded ladies working out together regularly. Try 5 classes and don't get discouraged because your body is too sore after your first class. Push yourself and enjoy results!

Core Fitness is a beautiful and welcoming studio offering awesome Barre and Plyojam classes with an amazing instructor! Lindsey is such a caring and encouraging instructor who truly cares about all her students. She provides a fun and energetic workout that is also difficult and challenging! I have thoroughly enjoyed the classes I’ve taken at Core Fitness and will definitely be back!!
