Melissa is the best!
Her group classes are fun & different every week. Her yoga classes bring mediation, stretching, & strengthening together seamlessly. She offers other classes with a mix of pilates, Barre, & more giving you so many options for a great work out!
Melissa offers modifications for whatever your needs are which is key for me with scoliosis. Not only does she give me modifications for my needs she has also worked with me individually to improve my strength & flexibility which has almost eliminated my back pain that scoliosis caused.

I suffer from lower back pain which is the worst for a golfer. I came to DownDog looking to improve flexibility on the course. I currently do Pilates and a hybrid yoga conditioning class and I’ve seen a dramatic improvement in my flexibility. Melissa is great to work with and I highly recommend her studio if your looking to hit your fitness goals.

I absolutely love Down Dog Flow!! It is such a welcoming happy place. Everyone is welcomed as if they were long time friends. If you are new to yoga/pilates you will be instructed on each pose and correct form; if you are a veteran of yoga/pilates get ready to be challenged in your practice!

Prior to joining the Golf Stretching group I had never been Dad Bod Champ at Manchester Country Club. Now I am. Won my flight in the Calcutta too (thanks to Ian mostly). At least I know the toughest competition on the course is looking right at me every Monday in class.

I love coming here! I starting coming here after over a year of no in-person classes because of the pandemic. This is just what I needed! The studio atmosphere is inviting, laid back, and friendly. I started here six weeks ago looking to lose the weight from the pandemic and an injury. Melissa is a great instructor! Knowledgeable and motivating. Very casual atmosphere and welcoming to newbies. In six weeks I’ve lost four pounds, and adding two classes per week is the only thing I’m doing different. Can’t recommend enough!

I went to my first Downdog yoga class almost 3 years ago and instantly fell in love with the studio and community, and of course the workouts! Whether you are looking for stretching and relaxation in a Restorative class, want to amp it up in the constantly challenging HIIT and barre classes, or anything in between - Melissa has the perfect fit for you. Be prepared to sweat a lot, but you'll laugh and have fun with the other students even more. Wonderful all around experience!

I love this studio! Whether you choose yoga, pilates, or something else, the classes will never be the same from the last. The change up always keeps your muscles guessing. Modifications are given so there is something for everyone at any level. I really appreciated this especially when I was pregnant. Love Downdog Flow Yoga & Pilates! Classes are unique, challenging, and thoughtfully planned. Studio is spacious and always exceptionally clean. One side of studio is for Pilates reformer and personal training, the other side is for group classes: yoga / pilates / barre / HIIT - try all the classes, there is something for everyone. I always leave class feeling strong and accomplished. A lovely studio, owner and supportive community!

I started working with Melissa on the Pilates Reformer over a year ago to gain flexibility in my legs after dealing with an autoimmune disorder that affected my knees. The progress I have made has resorted all the confidence in my body and mind and helped put my life back on track. I have since added Power Yoga and Restorative Yoga to my weekly routines and only wish I had started sooner. The studio space and other classmates are perfectly welcoming, comfortable and supportive. Give Melissa and Downdog Flow a try and you won’t be disappointed!
