Amy as a coach is both professional and caring. She consistently supports me throughout the workouts by offering clear, practical tips on how to perform each movement correctly. I appreciate how she watches my form closely, gently correcting my posture or adjusting my technique to keep me safe and prevent injury.

Ive been doing Cross fit a long time but am fairly new to New Hampshire and Granite Forged. I love the workouts. But the real game changer was the recent nutrition challenge/coaching the gym started- I dropped weight and fat and improved my performance in the gym significantly during the challenge. And the best part, the challenge is now a forever thing for me. It's simple. It's doable. Watch out middle age, I am headed your way fitter and healthier than Ive ever been. I highly recommend doing something wonderful for yourself and get to Granite forged for a workout or nutrition help or both.

Haylea was patient, kind, and supportive the entire workout. She took the time to explain each movement clearly and made sure my form was solid before increasing the weight. Whenever I struggled with a particular exercise, she encouraged me without pressure, making the whole session feel manageable but still challenging.
Her positive attitude kept me motivated, and I left feeling confident and accomplished. It’s rare to find a coach who balances pushing you just enough while making sure you feel supported the whole time. This kind of experience is exactly why Granite Forged CrossFit stands out from other gyms.

I know what you're thinking: CrossFit - Oh no. I’m not fit enough. I’m not like them. I’m too old. Well, same. But I was wrong. Kris and Amy are the dynamic duo. They are incredibly knowledgeable and strong. They could probably pick up a small car, which I find inspiring from a trainer. The members are super friendly. Ready with that fist-bump, high five or calling you a beast when you get your first pull up. The workouts are challenging and weirdly fun. You’ll sweat, you’ll laugh, you’ll wonder why your legs stopped working halfway through. And then you’ll come back for more because you’re now addicted to progress.

Absolute best CrossFit gym I’ve had the opportunity to be a part of. The members at the gym are like a second family. The coaching and programming are excellent, there are plenty of options that give a well rounded selection of classes. Whether it’s barbell club, body weight classes or traditional CrossFit you’ll have a good time.
They’re also a wealth of knowledge if you’re looking to learn more about nutrition. From how to build healthy habits all the way to helping you build an individualized nutritional plan.
I used to live in Manchester, And I would drive over an hour several times a week just to stay a part of this gym, and I’d do it again.

The coaches make this gym experience a one of a kind! All the coaches are so motivational during the classes and will accommodate you for your personal goals. The one on one coaching for the nutrition program really makes you feel like you have your coach with you 24/7 guiding and motivating you to keep moving forward with your health goals! I love going to the morning FIIT class with Kris. She is motivating and inspiring. We just finished a 28 day nutrition challenge. It was great - brought us all back to the basics of eating Whole Foods. I lost weight and my fat percentages went down. I know it got me back on track with my nutrition. It is such a vital part of maintaining your body strength and fat/muscle ratios. So glad they incorporated into the gym !!

Granite Forged Fitness is my happy place! Kris, Amy, Haylea and Josh provide excellent coaching and encouragement. It’s a friendly and welcoming environment for all levels of fitness - beginner to advanced. They have built a community focused on the well-being of all it’s members with a variety of classes and special events. Every class is challenging and fun!
The Nutrition Coaching has been a great reminder of portion control and making good choices to build healthy habits in support of your fitness and wellness goals. Daily reminders, short videos, recipes and the community support were key!

The coaches at Granite Forge Fitness are supportive, educated, and meet you where you are in health and fitness. I started a year ago and love the people I work out with. Recently the coaches started a program to educate us on nutrition. The daily support, recipes, and videos helped me in a lot of ways. I added Nutrition counseling to my FIIT Class workouts.
The In-Body scan along with macro logging has helped me better understand nutrition and what I wasn't doing quite right.
The results are detailed but the coaches help interpret the #s and offer suggestions on what to adjust.
Granite Forged is the place for fitness, weight loss or just nutrition. I highly recommend.

I thought it was a great class with Kris! Given my limitations and knowing that I am starting from point zero with room for much improvement, I felt very supported not only by her instruction but with the other class participants. It felt very comfortable! The vibe and personalities of the other participants was great! Much less intimidating than I expected or have experienced in other gyms. O. M. G. This place is AWESOME!!! Not only are Kris and Amy knowledgeable and friendly, but their clients are just as friendly! I loved both Kris and Amy, loved the facility, loved their business model, and went to my first class today. It was awesome! I met Michelle, Steve, Michelle, Tom, Diane, Maria, Will and Fran. Being a rookie, EVERYONE was super helpful and encouraging. And Kris "met me where I am at" with my fitness level. Was totally included with all these seasoned people, but Kris took to time to modify my rookie work out!!! Five start for sure!

I was in town for a long weekend and wanted to get a HIIT workout in. The drop-in was easy to book, the website is informative and Kris was great, very welcoming and provided a tour of the gym. 40+ year old, with 2 tiny kids, totally out of shape and on a tight schedule. Was looking to start my journey of taking better care of my physical body. Never imagined I'd end up at a gym, a place totally foreign to me. But my friend and neighbor suggested I dive into the crossfit and see what happens. Well...what happened is that I met an amazing, supportive community that accepts me where I'm at, and I've had 3 weeks of positive support from Kris and the team and I'm feeling inspired and motivated to see where I can go. If you're a beginner, I can't recommend the morning classes enough. Kris is sweet, patient and best of all motivating. She has given me a lot of one on one time as I ease into this new aspect of myself that I never knew existed. Go for it. You have nothing to lose!

I love this gym! Granite Forged has been such a welcoming community! I can’t recommend this gym enough. I have various injuries and the coaches are amazing about giving me modifications and progressions so that I’m always challenged while still being safe. They provide quality coaching and truly help you build your skills up while working on new movements. The members are motivating and every class is so fun! Great gym!! I’ve been a member here for several months now. I absolutely love the atmosphere. I was already somewhat familiar with CrossFit when I started coming to classes at Granite Forged, but my skill set has definitely increased since then! Absolutely fair price for membership, as well. I’ve been to CrossFit gyms that give you half of the one on one attention you need and charge you $150 a month🤯. This gym is more than reasonable and definitely worth every penny.
I think what’s most interesting is; there is such a wide range of skill level/age difference here, but somehow my coaches manage the programming so that no one gets held back or gets left behind. You will get a good work out whether you’re a CrossFit veteran or just starting for the first time. If you’re in the area, I 10/10 recommend this gym for you! If you’re just traveling through, have a drop in and check it out!
