I usually go to the North Conway location since I live over there. My husband and I were visiting his parents in Berlin, so decided to try this location out. They have a lot of different machines that I enjoyed trying out. I also liked that you can purchase items without the staff having to be there. That's not the case in North Conway. Everything is locked up after staffing hours. I also liked that they had a container of hair ties up front. Lots of little details which were great.

I love that I can go no matter what time of the day it is, super helpful when you work an overnight job! The staff is friendly and the gym is always clean, the customers are also polite, I never feel judged when I'm doing my thing. Happy I joined! 😊

This place is great! I been visiting some of my family in the area. I am impressed with, few things. The spin bikes do have standard speed clips, and have Ant+ to read heart rate monitor device along, virtual class that can be run on demand.
The next best thing is they have TRX Straps, which like wow with mats and ball, stretching, also the virtual class on demand as mention before for spin also has class for total body, yoga, and etc.
Also the weight room has plenty of free weights along with machines. There many treadmills, elliptical machine, and stair steppers. The staff very friendly.
The gym is small, however there is 2 shower with bathrooms, with 1 change room. These very well clean and well maintained, they look brand new.
The week rate pass is very reasonable price compare other options in the area.
Next time I am up again for week, I will be mostly likely to get another pass.
