I am a current client of Liz Littell. I had stopped working out regularly (due to work and school committments) and wanted to restart. Liz worked closely with me to understand my goals. She has created an amazing, progressive program for me to not only get back into a regular, effective workout routine, but also made it engaging and (dare I say) fun! I feel stronger and more confident after every session and the results tell the story. I highly recommend Liz and her effective fitness sessions.

I met Liz 3 summers ago when I was looking for a fitness trainer in Meredith. As an older woman I wanted to increase my bone density and stay in shape. We discussed my goals and worked out a schedule. Liz made workouts challenging but FUN.We also did a lot of laughing.I continue to work with Liz one on one and in class.I look forward to continuing working with her for many more years.

I am a healthy senior citizen who has been working with Liz for about two years. Itβs one of the best things I do for myself. I really appreciate her focus on functional fitness. I go to LTM fitness several days a week and have been a member for about two years. Exercise has always been a priority for me and prior to moving to NH I went to several different places to work out in MA where I formerly lived. This is my absolute favorite of all that I have been to because Liz is very thorough and I get a great session which seems to fly by because of how fun she makes it for all of us. There is an awesome group of people who are so friendly, it makes it even more enjoyable .
I can't say enough good about Liz and LTM Fitness. I feel so lucky to have found such a perfect place and wonderful trainer !!!
I HIGHLY recommend this establishment !!!

Liz is a wonderful instructor. She knows her stuff. Correction form is important to her. She wants us to get the most out of the exercises and doesnβt want anyone to hurt themselves. Iβll definitely be coming back for more strength classes.

Liz is awesome!! No matter your fitness level or needs, Liz will help you reach your goals while having fun, In addition to personal training, Liz targets her small group training classes to meet the individual needs of her diverse clientele. Her holistic approach to health and wellness results in noticeable fitness improvement that empowers and ignites enthusiasm. There are a lot of gym and fitness options around, but I would put LTM Fitness at the top for value, experience, knowledge and results for ALL. (And lots of fun and camaraderie)

Liz is the most knowledgable trainer that I have had the honor of working out with. As a group trainer she works and sweats beside us. She is always watching and correcting. She knows our needs for adaptation and encourages us to always to try to go a little harder. As an older athlete, I have used Liz as a personal trainer and during those sessions she fine tunes the work out to strenthen and correct to prevent injury. She goes the extra mile for all of her clients. Check her out and get into that class! You will be stronger, happier and healthier. You will not regret the decision.

I have been training with Liz for over 5 years now. Iβm older and was never really comfortable in the gym with weights and equipment. I got into some back issues and realized that I needed to do some serious strengthening. Liz has been amazing. She carefully plans each session, pushes but watches every move so you work out safely and effectively. She is personable and fun and so very knowledgeable. I highly highly recommend her. Iβve been so pleased with how much stronger I am and how much better I feel!!

Liz is a phenomenal trainer! I recently had my right knee replaced for the second time and she prepared my body for the surgery perfectly, she tailored my training to strengthen all the right muscles to make my recovery successful!! If you need to prepare for any kind of orthopedic procedure she is definitely the trainer for you. Donβt make the mistake of not properly conditioning your body beforehand.

Liz has been one of my favorite gym instructors for 17 years in the areas of strength, TRX, boot camp, and spin. She makes you work hard, sweat, and laugh, all at the same time. She is mindful of each class participant's abilities and particular injuries and offers modifications and reminders to all throughout the class.
