I've been working with Mighty Mamma and Danielle for over four years. I don't know how she does it, but with over 500 work out videos, she's never repeated a class! I go to bed every night excited to get up the next morning to workout.

Highly, highly, highly recommend! Coach Danielle’s energy, authenticity, real talk and Mighty Mamma program helped me surpass my goal to lose all the baby weight I gained (and an even an additional 20 - which I don’t expect), after my first child. Joining Mighty Mamma Fitness and meeting Danielle has been a life changing experience for me. I have been struggling with my weight for a few years now and so my gynecologist recommended that I meet Danielle. It was the best thing I ever did. She has really taught me about food and nutrition in a way that I never knew before. I also love her online classes and her modifications for beginners! I never felt like I couldn’t do a move or keep up. She also has so many classes to choose from that you can do at home anytime! Danielle’s cookbook has also been so helpful! I found Danielle through my sister and all I can say is I wish I started sooner. I had 2 kids in 2 years and since then had been having a hard time being consistent with my nutrition and fitness and was not able to get into a routine that made me feel good. I really needed some help getting started and Danielle’s program was really mapped out in a way that I did not feel overwhelmed and was able to get some control over those areas of my life again. I was eating foods that I enjoyed, trying new recipes, and eating a lot! The live workouts were such a great mix of class styles (I especially love the full body and upper body) and getting them done early was great for my motivation. Danielle's workouts offer a diversity of muscle building techniques. She even offers much needed help with food options to ensure success. If you aren't able to make it to her live sessions, you can always playback videos of your choice, which is a huge plus for me.

Danielle is a LIFE SAVER! A after my 3rd kid I was struggling to loose the last 10 lbs. I have always been fit, workout 5-6x/week, eating healthy but the last 10 just wouldn’t come off. I needed help! I loved how she held me accountable and pushed me gently and lovingly just like a mom would! She taught me how to eat when to eat and what to eat custom to ME. I love the 6day/week support, loves how I could take photos of the menu and ask her “what should I order”. Loved the check ins, the accessibility and her workouts are AMAZING! I don’t get sore much but was sore after every single workout by Danielle. Thank you a million!!! It’s been over 1/2 year and I’ve kept the lbs off and employ many of the tips and tricks I’ve learned from her every day.

I completed the 4 month Mighty Mama Makeover and I am so glad I did! I learned how to fuel my body with proper and effective nutrition. I now have this knowledge for the rest of my life so I’ll be able to maintain my results. I lost more than 8 pounds and over 11 inches. I slimmed down and finally started building muscle and feeling stronger. Danielle’s workouts are fun and feel like they fly by. They’re challenging but not impossible and she offers modifications so everyone can do it! There are also a ton of workouts so you don’t have to repeat a workout throughout your whole 4 month program! I not only lost weight on this program but gained confidence in myself again and that alone is worth it!

I have know Danielle since 2017 IRL through a mutual friend. When it was time for me to buckle down with my fitness and nutrition I attended a Free 5 Day online class of hers in February 2023.. That class motivated me to be 1:1 coached by Danielle. She has provided me with a customized approach and exceptional support, guidance and encouragement along the way. My first round success included weight loss of 12.6 lbs and 18.5 inches.

I decided to enroll in a second round to cement great habits and mindset into my daily life. Her techniques, tips and workouts are all very do-able and yield results!

The name mighty mama intrigued me, so I had to stop by to check it out. Inside I found this man sitting alone, dressed in colorful garb. He seemed friendly initially, but began to yell at me about turmeric. I told him I wasn’t interested and he threw his shoes at me, revealing his baby socks. Then he smiled and asked for a photo, I obliged and got the hell out of there!
