We've been so happy with the classes and culture at the Dojo. Our kids have been taking classes here for 6 years. It's an incredibly supportive learning environment - that I wish I had when I was their age!

Our daughter has been taking classes for two years, and we can't sing their praises enough. Love it here.

We celebrated my grandson's 12th birthday there. It was fun for everyone and will certainly do it again.

My child loves training here. Compared to his previous dojo, OKA's approach is more focused on discipline and character development, in addition to the art and sport of karate. All of the instructors are friendly, highly skilled, and great role models.

A long time supporter of my child's well-being, OKA has helped with personal growth, both physically and mentally. Plus, the classes are fun!

Older student here. Welcoming. Good camaraderie among teenage students. Axiom βto do no harmβ . Yes you push to grow as a student but not to point of injuring self. Respectful of differences in learning styles. There are children with learning differences who are welcomed and supported. Good place to begin the foray into martial arts.

Great karate school for kids! My son loved it when he was younger and prices are good.

Great karate (and life) school. Very friendly staff (small kids welcome as well). Somewhat pricey - but you get what you pay for!

All three of my children have had training at Okinawan Karate Academy. My two boys have kept with it. Sensei is patient yet firm and all the sempai are extraordinary. My boys have learned a tremendous amount and respect and admire the dojo and it's instructors.
