No where to park or sit. They have about 5 classes going on at once yet no parking lot. You have to park 5 minutes up the road and walk. The whole place only has two benches for about 40 parents to sit. Half the spots on the benches are taken up by kids and toddlers. Cheer tumbling class isn’t cheer tumbling at all.

Best gymnastics academy for everyone! My son does the preschool classes for 3 year olds and it’s really helped him learn both gymnastics and how to work in a group environment. Best decision to have him enrolled here with the most amazing teachers.

We recently switched to Palaestra into their pre-team and Xcel Bronze competitive programs and my mind has been absolutely blown. The level of consistency and positive energy and reinforcement is second to none from every single coach there. My girls work hard while having fun every single practice and it's obvious that every member of the staff sincerely cares about each athlete as individuals and as a team. It is so incredibly difficult to create and maintain the type of culture that Palestra embodies and yet they make it look so easy. I am truly grateful for every moment spent there, honored to be part of the Palaestra family and wouldn't want my girls anywhere else. Thank you!!!

My daughter absolutely loved attending the popping piccolos class. She has learned so much so quickly. They make gymnastics fun for toddlers by changing to different areas throughout the class. Coach Kathy is wonderful and Jill is so helpful.

My girls love Palaestra and their coaches. We've been there for a couple years and everyone is so friendlu& helpful. If your kids are interested in learning gymnastics or getting more confidence in themselves I can't recommend Palaestra enough.
