The second shower backed up and since they only have one teeny hook to hang up all of your stuff, a bunch of my things got wet. And half of the clothes I wanted to change into weren’t usable. Hopefully I don’t get a damn foot infection.

Nice staff. Amazingly roomy with a good layout. Has lots. Clean. Working machines. Nothing to complain about. It’s new so it does smell at times like spray paint or off-gassing but not enough to really bother me. I love this location.

I want to be fair. The good: large, open, clean and I never have to wait for any equipment. I recently made this one my home gym, even though it's a further drive. The bad: I'm not sure how I feel about management. They don't come off as warm and fuzzy. They are obsessed with policing the treadmills. For example, people like to cover the screen on the treadmill with a sweatshirt but everything someone does, they are asked to remove it, sometimes a little gruff. Note that other PFs i go to don't have a problem. Next, today I asked if they had any protein bars. I was told no, but in a way that made me feel like I asked the dumbest question on earth. She was the manager because she was wearing black shirt, at least I guess assume she was the manager Every other PF I've been to sells them, why not this one? And why did sge have to be rude about it?

Before I switched to this one I'm used to chit chatting a little bit, mostly because I would go so often they would get to me and me them. I can't see that happening here because the managers really are just not warm and fuzzy people.

Overall, equipment is great and it's spacious but the front desk, especially management, leaves a lot to be desired. And some energy and protein bars would be great for people who need a quick snack. It's getting to the point where I may switch back to my old PF, even though it's smaller and very busy resulting in having to wait sometimes, but the people are nicer and if I need a quick snack, I can get one.

EDIT: I'm at the gum right and just witnessed managed again, the lady wearing the black shirt, giving another member a hard time about a sweatshirt hanging on the arm of the treadmil. She eas extremely rude about it. Its truly awful that members are treated like this.

I’ve been a black card member for four years, and I was excited to go to this new location. When I got there, the staff were extremely rude. I’ve never had a problem with this before at any planet fitness location. They told me that I needed to provide them my credit card since it was going to expire. (I have had automatic payments from my bank account, the card is backup payment method), didn’t have my new card on me at that moment, and the manager gave extreme attitude and rolled her eyes at me. I felt extremely disrespected, and I ended up leaving to go to a different planet fitness. Absolutely awful experience, management needs improvement.

LOVE this location so much! They have everything you need—from hydro chairs and cryo chairs to tanning beds and the total body enhancement machine. All the equipment is new and clean, and the computer system is more advanced than at other locations I've been to. I'm happy to drive 30+ minutes to get here! Can't wait to go back again! ✅✅✅

I do not think it’s right at all to tell someone what they can and can’t wear working out- thought it was supposed to be a judgement free zone. As long as they are covered up I think they should wear whatever they want.

Very impressive and spacious! Lots of elbow room! Up to date equipment. 360° Training room. Nice message chairs 💺! Friendly staff. I observed staff members cleaning. Men's locker 🛅 room was in good condition. WiFi available.
I know the manager because she used to work at Planet Fitness in Raymond. I know she will run a tight ship 🚢 without being a Captain Ahab. More like Jean-Luc Picard, before "Picard".
Plenty of parking 🅿️.
I hope I am in the area again to visit this PF again!
