It's an easy going gym with all ages. Everyone has always been very respectful including the folks that workout there. I've read about women getting disrespected at other gyms (cat calls etc.), but I haven't seen anything like that here. Gym always is clean when I go and staff is always doing some sort of wiping or dusting.

This is the better of the locations for PF. Machines are accessible, free weights are limited but that's just a PF thing. Nothing broken so maintenance is solid. The massage is perfect for both the chair and bed. Plenty of parking.

Very friendly staff, that greet me by name every time I walk through the door. The equipment and facility are always clean. The staff are continually on the floor keeping the place clean. Most members clean the equipment after use. The tanning section is exceptionally clean as well. Overall, it is a very comfortable atmosphere to where you feel welcomed.

The club is always kept clean, and the exercise machines are always in good working order. My only problem is with the Hydro-massage in the Black Card spa area. They never have all 4 working and more often than not, they don't even have 2 working. My wife and I often have to skip or wait to use the one out of 4 that works. I don't mind paying extra for these services, but they need to be available when I want to use them.

It's much cleaner than other locations. I usually do the 30-minute circuit, fewer people jumping in, and seem to know how it's done and what order. Nashua, nobody speaks English, and people will go in the circuit room to sit on their phones while taking up space, which then messes up your routine.

It's time for this gym to get an upgrade and expansion. Equipment is outdated, and the facility is usually overcrowded (mainly local high school kids), so it's hard to get the equipment you want. Tanning beds are filthy and often out of chemicals/paper towels to clean properly.

Horrible, the accessibility to equipment is sub par. Every machine is in use everyday for hours upon end. Also, the staff has no idea of the rules of the gym. I had asked the employee the age limit for kids to come in and workout. He said 13 and under has to have supervision, 13+ are free to go. I came in tonight and had gotten turned away all because someone there did not know the rules of the gym. Very unprofessional, don’t recommend, I will be going elsewhere for now on.

Just stopped by today with Mom to decide if I wanted to join. Took me less than a second to decide! I'm not one for body building or being judged. I also wanted to feel safe there (can't be too careful these days!). The gym is well maintained with friendly staff available to help if needed.

Staff members of any shift are always helpful and friendly. One time I forgot and left my lock that has sentimental value to me (it's a well-crafted fake lock that I use it more like a locker marker). I called and Nick help me find it. I was so happy!

I moved across the country and needed to find a new PF near me. I like this facility and the staff is friendly, but there’s no follow through. My membership didn’t transfer which I was ok with since I had an appointment with a trainer and figured I’d sort it out then. I was given different information regarding the process which is frustrating. If there was a problem, I wish someone would have called me back. I then showed up to meet my trainer and he wasn’t there because he was sick. Again, I understand that but I received no call or text or anything. He keeps his appointment book separately. There needs to be a better process because it is a 30 minute drive for me. So to arrive with a no show trainer and my membership unchanged left me feeling frustrated.

The staff is always helpful and cheerful. The gym is always clean and members do a good job of wiping down the machines when they’re finished using them. This might sound silly, but I really like the color scheme and tiles in the women’s locker/rest room. Purple and gray tiles. Very nice. There are always fresh flowers in there also. They’ve done a fabulous job with this gym. The massage chairs are great after (or even before) a workout and I like being able to see houses being flipped or renovated on HGTV if it’s a cardio day and I can watch TV. I actually look forward to coming to this gym and seeing the friendly, smiling faces at Planet Fitness. Keep up the great work, guys! 😊Oh yeah, and those gargantuan fans blowing from the ceiling are fantastic! They are sure to keep you feeling dry and cool during your workouts. Love them!

Best staff in the business. Stacy and Hailey are great assets to your company. The rest of the team in Londonderry are hard working, respectful, polite and friendly. Gym is always clean and machines are always in good working condition. If something needs attention the staff sees to it that it’s taken care off as quickly and efficiently as possible. Accessibility and amenities are super important for me having had a major spine surgery that was not very successful. Hydro massage chairs really help to keep my pain somewhat manageable. The equipment that I can use is typically readily available when I come in. Most important is the leadership. Stacey, O.G. and Chris listen to our needs as well as our trials and tribulations, all while keeping the place clean and safe for guests. They’re the best.

I guess if you are employeed there and working out you can leave your water bottle at a machine and then leave for an extended period of time then come back and claim the smith machine. Not actually say anything just come back and act like you were there the whole time.

Don't bother during the summer months at this location unless you plan on a 3 hour workout session. Allowing all the kids free during the summer months is BS. Waiting for everything so they can chat for 10-20 minutes, then flex in the mirrors for another 10 minutes, then texting for another for another 5-10 minutes. For a member that pays all year round it's proven to be extremely difficult to get any type of weight training done. Doesn't matter what time of day it is more memberships are handled out than equipment! Alot of other members and I are considering dropping our membership and moving to another gym!

I love planet fitness in Londonderry! The staff there is absolutely AMAZING and so very helpful. I drive an extra 25 mins out of my way to go there instead of the Concord location as their staff is not helpful at all. When asking for their help they seem like they can’t be bothered. That’s not how a fitness facility should be treating their guest as we are all there for a reason. To get fit! I wish you the best luck in your journey.

Although hours are cut on weekends, it is less than some of the other locations. It remains to be one of the better planet fitness locations in the area. Pretty good upkeep, mostly for espy staff, nice layout. Overall a pretty nice gym.
PSA: Planet fitnesses everywhere: Stop being shady. Let people cancel or change memberships online. Some of us are introverted and this is exactly what you seem to love to take advantage of.
