Started back to yoga after a reprieve w/ a soon to be fixed medical issue.the classes are 100% helpful- physically/ mentally & emotionally. Kelsi is aware and able to accommodate for all levels at once. I look forward to coming to the mat and letting it all go & controlling the things I can. If you are looking for a way to help your body definitely try this studio. The 55.00 unlimited was a great tool for me to really sample a few classes. Nameste!!!

I am completely new to yoga and I decided to give it a go with my mother in-law. I took the Flow into Restorative class. When we got there we were kindly greeted by Kelcey. We were given the proper equipment and everyone was very nice. The class was somewhat difficult for me because I am not used to moving my body as much as I work an office job. But I was able to keep up, and if I messed up I did not feel ashamed. Everyone was so kind and peaceful. I felt a physical and emotional release of tension through the poses we used, it was amazing. We came to a part of the class where I wasn’t very comfortable in the position I was in and Kelcey noticed and she gave me another bolster to prop my arms up. That did not go unnoticed and I greatly appreciated it. I would definitely recommend this class or a slower paced class for a beginner. I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Kelcey!!!

I can't express enough how this place is a treasure and sanctuary for the body & soul. The meditation series are not to be missed. Unfortunately they fill-up fast. If you see availability, grab it!

Kelcey is absolutely amazing!!! She is truly an incredible teacher! She has the gift of intuitiveness towards her students, and it really shows in the way she teaches! Absolutely love Heart Exchange Yoga & Wellness. It is a place of peace, calm, and tranquility where you are guided through a variety of practices. I went for the first time on Sunday. I was personally greeted by Kelcey and felt right at home. The class was amazing and her studio is beautiful. I also attended to sound healing after and it was so amazing. It was an honor to be with these amazing ladies.

The Heart Exchange Yoga studio is so beautiful and peaceful on the inside. It was a lovely space to practice yoga and meditate. I did a special healing session with sound healing and yoga and it was amazing. I’m still feeling the effects days later. I look forward to many more special events in the future.
