We are endlessly grateful to have had the opportunity to study with Miss Catrina at Cadouxdle Dance Studio. Both of my daughters (ages 5 and 7) remember her as their all-time favorite ballet teacher!
From a parent’s perspective, I especially appreciate Miss Catrina’s focus on musicality—she introduces the children to classical music, talks with them about tempos, and helps them explore the emotions music can evoke. Her classes are structured, efficient, and engaging: the children are always moving, building strength and flexibility, and learning a wide variety of ballet steps and terminology.

What impresses me most is her ability to weave in important conversations about ballet rules, principles, and proper body placement—but it’s never lecturing. Instead, she asks the kids what they’ve learned, and they’re always eager to contribute. That balance is rare, and she does it with so much patience and genuine love for ballet.

Miss Catrina is a master teacher, and we feel so lucky to have had her influence in our children’s early ballet journey.

Catrina is a great dance teacher! She is really positive and helpful, and most of all super fun. My daughter just started private lessons with her, and is loving it as she gets back in to dance. We had tried a couple other dance studios in the past, but are really happy that we landed here. Definitely recommend Catrina and her studio!

Absolutely in love with this place! Miss Catrina is so sweet and knowledgeable and is hands down one of the best dance teachers I’ve ever had! I danced for years when I was younger and decided to try again last year as an adult. The adult classes are fun and informative. I can’t even begin to tell you how much my technique has improved. My favorite thing is the body positivity!

This is our second year with Cadouxdle Dance Studio. We highly recommend this establishment to anyone interested in signing their child up for classes. Miss Catrina is an incredibly talented and patient teacher. She brings out the best in her students while they are having fun. Our daughter takes a Ballet and Lyrical class, and an Acrobatic class at Cadouxdle. Each class is challenging yet fun.
