The studio is beautifully designed & inviting.

Amazing yoga studio!!! If I lived here I would come every day. We signed up for a first class which they gave us for free. SO welcoming, such a beautiful studio, calm in and serene. Gretchen was wonderful, lead a flow that was appropriate for both beginner and more advanced. Thank you for that amazing opportunity!!!

Mike makes 4:45 a.m. worth waking up for! Mike’s class is thought out, fun, and powerful. I love that he will come over and position our foot, hand, or arm or cue us to hold a pose a certain way to get the most out of our practice. I leave at 5:45 a.m. feeling accomplished and ready to start my day!

The boutique looks nice with a nice selection but I'm trying to buy some articles from the boutique and there's no one out front to sell anything. On a sweltering day like today it would've been nice to buy some shorts or a tank top

My sister and I went to a class for the first time this morning. We had a great time! Everyone is so professional and welcoming. We've done yoga at home, but not in a class setting and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Claudine is a great instructor with a very positive vibe. She makes you feel welcome, and this place is perfect for newbies who have never done yoga before. We will be coming back very soon!

I've attempted yoga at home in the past... wasn't really getting what I wanted from it... last night was my second session I'm hooked... its been years since my back felt this good...the staff is fantastic. All of them are so very friendly and extremely helpful. There's also a nifty little shop up front... loved everything about it... cannot wait to go back

I started doing yoga when I lived in Boston and I’ve been waiting for a studio like this since moving back to NH! Amazing, thoughtful instructors with a good mix of class options. Classes can be tailored to experience level and this is a no judgement zone. Beautiful space!

Amazing studio, it’s gorgeous inside and it feels right. It’s a large well laid out studio. The class I took was yin to flow with Erika, and it was the best class I’ve had in a long time. She’s very supportive and holds space for you as you make the practice your own. I am very excited to take more classes in the near future. Thank you Unity!

Short answer - Amazing instructors, super cute boutique.
Long answer - If you have ever been curious about hot yoga, go in person and check it out. The owners did an amazing job building the place. It's cozy and beautiful in there! I happen to know their heating system is state of the art with humidity built into it, which prevents heat from becoming too dry, or too swampy. I took 2 classes and it felt very comfortable in the studio. Comfortably hot that is!
The instructors are just superb! They guide you in class and offer modifications for whatever level you are at. It's a no judgment zone.
In the boutique they have crystals, candles, jewelry, leggings, sport bras, shirts, sweaters, mats, water, snacks, and then some more.
Can't wait to go back!
