I’ve been training with Prosper for years now, and I can confidently say he’s one of the best out there! He truly takes the time to understand your goals and works with you to achieve them in a way that feels both effective and sustainable. He’s incredibly attentive—always checking in on your form, progress, and how you’re feeling—and he genuinely cares about his clients’ success.
Personally, I’ve lost a total of 15 pounds while training with Prosper, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I also came to him with shoulder issues, and through targeted strength training and his guidance, I’ve built up the muscles around my shoulders and haven’t had any problems since.
