I love 30 Minute Hit! My favorite part is having a personal trainer work with you as you do your circuit. They push you to the next level and monitor your progress.

A great women's only gym! The circuit is a really good workout and will have you sweating by the end. I especially enjoy the kickboxing elements. All the trainers are so supportive and will help you meet your fitness goals. Highly recommend!

Love working out here! You get an amazing, full body workout in 30 minutes. Punching and kicking those bags really gives another level of satisfaction and is such a great way to take out any stress!! This is definitely more than a gym..it is a community/family that supports and empowers women!! You can feel the positivity and good vibes here!!!

Coming to 30 min hit is my favorite part of the day. They really care about their clients. When I come in, the trainers always remember what level I’m on and my weaknesses (in my case my back) so my routine is built around them. They always make sure they push me just enough and they know when pull back when needed. They also pay close attention to make sure that my form is correct so I’m getting the most out of the exercise without injuring myself. Signing up has been proven to be one of the best decisions I’ve made!

I was looking for something to get back in shape about a year after giving birth. This is amazing… the 30 minutes are over before you know it. I love that it’s only women so you feel comfortable… clean, everyone’s so kind… and you get to bring in your child if you have to!! Win-win-win!!

Love it. I went from barely exercising to working out regularly. I love that it’s a 30min circuit that works all parts of my body and I can come when it’s convenient for me, rather than having to schedule my work out around a class time. It’s been a great, welcoming, supportive community of trainers and members.

Love working out here! I’ve had the pleasure to train with Lauren and Abir and they do a tremendously beautiful job in getting you to push yourself be your utmost best but also listening to your body and taking a step back when needed. I’ve seen great improvement in my wellbeing since coming here!

I saw the add on fb and decided to check out their free pass. When I got there, there was a group of women very focused on their work out which was very motivating and it didn’t feel intimidating. I also noticed that these women were in all sizes and shapes which was such a relief to my not feeling like I’m in the best shape right now 🤩. I got a trainer who walked with me through each work out, showing me the proper techniques. She was very encouraging and motivated me to not quit. I didn’t feel pushed, actually the work out was adapted to my beginning level which eased my fear of not being able to follow through and complete. I enjoyed the music selection which was fun and upbeat, not loud and obnoxious. I absolutely enjoyed this experience and became a member. Unfortunately, I have moved out but would have loved to continue. The owner showed me so much intentionality by checking in via texts, shows how much she cares. Thank you for giving me grace at the end of my contract. Best of luck!
