Solid workout! If I hired a personal trainer this would still be better. You get a full body work out in a very clean studio. AND I feel awesome afterward. They do a great warm up and cool down. Highly suggest!

One of the best decisions I’ve made was joining Driven! From the instructors to the actual classes and the other ladies I’ve met, it is something I look forward to. The classes are challenging but modifications are always available and instructors are so willing to help and encourage your goals! Keep crushing it!!! This studio is amazing! They have different strength training classes that make it fun working out! It is not only a studio, but a community! The owner is super nice and flexible and strives to help work with her clients to make sure they are able to get great workouts in their price range! I would recommend this studio to anyone and everyone in the Jersey shore area!

Driven by Dre was my happy place during my wedding planning process! It was what I looked forward to everyday! The energy in the studio is like nothing else and everyone who works there is absolutely amazing! Dre creates such a positive and warm environment and I felt so confident and beautiful on my wedding day because I knew I was at my healthiest and best!

There aren’t enough words to describe how grateful I am for the Driven Team. As soon as our wedding date was set, I knew I needed guidance working through a few injuries and a plan to keep accountable for workouts leading up to the wedding. I also needed a distraction free place where I felt comfortable working on my health and fitness goals. I’m so happy I reached out to Dre for a consult. Her and Olivia are knowledge, kind and inspiring. The Driven studio feels like a sacred space and our private 1:1 sessions feel like an hour of “me time” which is a great break from work and wedding planning. Now that the wedding is behind me, I still love getting stronger each week and cant wait to start group classes! Thanks Dre & Olivia.

I highly recommend Driven Studio for anyone in the OC area. I've been attending classes from Linwood for the past six months and absolutely love it! I had wanted to try strength based training for some time now, but I was intimidated, not knowing where to start. When I became pregnant last winter and was advised to refrain from hot yoga, my typical workout, I knew I had to find a fitness routine to keep my physically and mentally healthy during pregnancy. That's when I reached out to Dre and I've been so impressed with her and her team ever since. I felt welcomed and supported at the studio. The staff regularly provided instructions on modifications that helped me meet my body where it was at and that helped me feel safe working out in early and late pregnancy. It also helped attending classes with some instructors and teammates who were also pregnant - it helped me feel so seen! My favorite class is small group strength and full body fire for a really great workout where I can adjust the weights and even positions based on how I'm feeling, allowing me to scale back or push myself. I'm grateful for finding this studio and feeling so welcomed without any prior experience.

Driven by Dre has been my family’s go-to fitness studio for the past two summers. My husband, teenage daughter and I have utilized both the personal training and classes. Each is excellent—challenging, while maintaining a spirit of support and fun. Although we each have different fitness goals, the top notch instructors leave us all feeling like we’ve accomplished what we need. I only wish we had Driven by Dre year round!

I’ve done multiple virtual training programs with Driven Studio and they have all been amazing! The programming has revived my workouts and since starting all of my PRs are the highest they have ever been compared to when I was lifting on my own.
The interface for the workouts is VERY user-friendly and includes videos to reference for moves that I may be unfamiliar with. Each program has been tailored for me, with goals I have for myself considered in the creation. The programming has helped me become more cross-functional, with additional focus on movement as a whole, mobility, and proper warm-ups and cool downs — because of this my body feels not only strong but GOOD.
I basically can’t say enough wonderful things. I have always worked out on my own and the times I tried virtual programming in the past it never seemed to stick- now I’m excited whenever I get a new program sent to me! I am so so happy I decided to branch out and try something new with Driven Studio.

I sought out Andrea’s help to hone in on my nutrition and find out where I was going wrong. I had 10lbs I left that I wanted to lose since having my son and it wasn’t budging. within 5-6 weeks of working with Andrea, I had dropped 6-7lbs. She guided me towards prioritizing protein and helped me realize I wasn’t eating nearly enough veggies and she created customized workout plans that I could do at home. Andrea really listened to where I felt like I was struggling and heard me when I felt like I was doing well. There was no judgement ever, only support. I really feel like Andrea has taught me tools to be realistic and successful when it comes to balancing nutrition. Thank you!!

In the past I have struggled with my workouts because I was doing it alone. But when first coming to Driven I was offered consultations on nutrition and in studio my questions and needs were prioritized. This helped me to stay consistent and see results. Since joining I feel like I have accomplished so much from improving my form to becoming physically stronger. What I am most proud of is how Driven has taught me to integrate a healthy lifestyle into my everyday life. I would recommend Driven to anyone at any level of physical fitness. You will learn and become stronger!

My body has really toned up and I feel so much stronger and more confident! I can see myself moving up in the weights I pick for class and my endurance getting better! Driven has impacted my life so much over the past few months! All of the trainers are so supportive and motivating! I now enjoy working out and it’s a such a huge part of my everyday routine! I have become consistent with the gym and push to live a healthier lifestyle! The people in the community are so supportive and encouraging, it keeps me coming back!
