Over the last 15 years, I have worked out with ALOT of trainers and coaches but Keith always stood out. His work outs are unique but yet always still functional. So glad I found Keith at Above Xpectations Wellness. He is patient and kind and super knowledgeable about fitness, strength training and nutrition. I really like working out with him because he changes it up and educates as we are going along. He makes it fun and tries to get to know me as an individual and then tailors the workout to bring in elements of what I like and challenges me to do things I may not think I can do. Kieth not only will help you become stronger physically but also mentally. I feel better all around after going to train with him. It’s normal to wake up and not feel up to doing much but don’t give up show up for yourself and you won’t regret it every time I walk out his door i feel happier and like I can do anything that day. I have lost 28 pounds and for sure gained some muscle. His sessions are always different never the same and he’s very affordable. It’s always worth it to invest in yourself you won’t regret it.

Always leave feeling better than when I walked in. Kieths very motivational and will help get an exercise schedule tailored to your needs, and help guide you with nutrition. After having shoulder surgery, it still wasn't feeling as strong and stable as it should, but after working out there, my range of motion and strength has been returning rather quickly. The Pop Up Wellness Center is an incredible venue focused truly on multiple ways to promote wellness. Personal training where he not only pushes for success in the physical form, but motivation and expansion of the mind. He truly cares about the clients growth journey. He knows there isn't a destination mentally bc there's always room to grow and improve. He also hosts a plethora of other events to continue to help with wellness. The Yoga sessions ive heard rave reviews. The puzzle competition was so much fun and challenging. My particular favorite was his "Speak up" Open Mic events. Keith had a ton of different acts. From stand up comics to poets, rappers, and even allowed me to sing. He heard me sing before, so he encouraged me to showcase my talent. Built my confidence in so many ways. If you're in Leonardo, NJ, do yourself a favor and Pop up. I doubt you will regret it.

I am so grateful to have met Keith and discovered the pop up! I had a stroke last year which left me paralyzed on my left side. Keith got creative and developed exercises specifically designed for me. I have been in outpatient rehab, I’ve been to multiple physical therapy centers and seen countless doctors and therapists and I can safely say that Keith has done more for my recovery than all of them combined. I Have been going to the pop up 3 times a week for the past 7 months and have already lost over 50 lbs! Keith is extremely knowledgeable about nutrition as well as exercise. The Pop Up is going to revolutionize the way you look at taking care of yourself. After a shoulder injury, and subsequent surgery, I never thought I would get my full strength back. Now I am stronger than I ever was and still continue to get stronger with each session. went to an open mic here for a featured reading— the space is very pretty and the host, crowd, and other performers were nice, welcoming, and respectful. during the open mic portion, someone was getting absolutely lit on the mic doing their spotify rap thing— while the skateboarder sitting next to me watched, and ate an entire pie of some kind that he had brought in with him. and i think that’s beautiful.
