I’ve been to many personal trainers in the past, but none have impressed me like Ab! Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable and skilled at what he does, but he also knows how to make each session feel personalized and enjoyable. His approach is unique, and he truly listens to your goals while pushing you to reach them in a way that feels sustainable.
What really sets him apart is his ability to connect on a personal level. He makes every workout not only challenging but fun, and you can tell he genuinely cares about helping you succeed. I’ve seen amazing results already, both in my fitness and overall confidence. Sometimes in life, there’s a moment that happens or a person you meet, that can turn things around on a time. For me, it was both a moment, and Ab was that person. 7 years post Back surgery, I got stuck in life’s routine. As a business owner, husband, and father of 4, life became demanding and busier than ever. I had completely fallen out of my routine that was too try and keep me off the surgery table once again. I felt tired. Depressed. Lazy. Unmotivated. Out of shape. I felt like my body was withering away and the daily aches and pains were back.
My moment-I saw a picture of myself from a vacation with my family and absolutely hated the way I looked. Additionally, I would try to race my 12 year old son up the driveway and felt as though my legs were stuck.
The Person: Coach Ab. Some people meet by chance. Some meet because they were supposed too. I was introduced to Ab through a friend from town. I briefly expressed to Ab my desire to “get off the couch” but made him aware of my hesitancy regarding my Back. With caution, he took me on. Gave me a chance. We started slow and methodical, always keeping me safe, watching my form, switching up the workouts, and helping me to move again. Within just a few months, I was doing exercises and weight, I never thought possible. My energy was back. My strength was building. My focus was better. My diet had drastically changed under his guidance. I have always heard how the gym can change you both mentally and physically. In my life, I just never gave it the chance. I’ll never forget the moment I became frustrated because I couldn’t do a particular exercise. I looked at coach and said “my body failed me”. He looked me dead in the face and said, you couldn’t be more wrong bro. Your body didn’t fail you. You failed your body”. What we put it, is what we put out. I have just completed my 120th 6am workout and while 5am wake ups aren’t fun, there’s no place I’d rather be at 6am. I stopped making excuses for myself. Yes I’m tired at 5am. Yes it’s cold in the winter. Yes I don’t feel good some days. Yes I didn’t get a good sleep. Yes, I’m hungover from a late night out, the night before. “JUST SHOW UP”. The best part about my journey, is that Ab started out as just a trainer who took a chance on me, and he’s become a great friend who I’m blessed to have in my life.

After 7 years of not working out I made the decision to reclaim my health. I was referred to Ab from a friend of mine and I couldnt be happier. I am a 54 years old and didnt think I could ever feel young again but I feel so much better after working with Ab for only 3 months. Ive lost 7 pounds on unwanted flab but gained muscle tone. Ab watches every rep and corrects your form so that you get the most out of your efforts. Ab is easy to recommend. His attention to detail and commitment to his clients is off the charts, and the workout space is always clean and feels premium. Sessions are tuned to your unique needs, run efficiently, always with the right amount of guidance & encouragement for anyone to feel comfortable. I have came across other trainers but nothing like Abe. He communicates with you reaches out to keep track and ask how you feeling, if you have any questions and going over posture when it comes down to the exercises. I’ve been going to coach Ab for 2 years now and I must say, you won’t find another personal trainer who cares for his clients like he does. He has helped me gain so much progress towards my goals of being extremely strong while maintaining good physical health. Everytime we have a session he asks how my day has been and always wants to know about how I’m doing when I’m not with him. He always chooses workouts that further my progress in strengthening my muscles and always has my best interests at heart.
