The trainers are very good, they make sure you do your exercises well and do not suffer injuries. I recommend it 👍Every day that passes I feel happier with the results. The trainers here do a good job. My health is better every day and my strength and energy continue to increase. I can do things that were not possible before. what can i say Coach Q and the others trainer are the best trainers out there i started 3 weeks ago and im already feeling like a different person in so little time and trying to eat healthy i weighted 216lb now im 204lb its a clean and helpful people around that is always trying to help you achieve your goal!!!

Very excited I got to experience All Day Fitness through ClassPass for one day. Shout out to all my early risers for a 5:30 AM workout 💪🏾 Sarah put us to work with a hybrid workout (heavy on the cardio). Sarah was very attentive to me & provided me assistance when needed. It truly feels like a team in this gym!

I trained with Cat for about 6 months and she was the best! She was very helpful in teaching me the exercises and always gave me confidence in myself. I feel confident enough to know what to do when I go to the gym alone now and I feel I have met my strength goals. Cat was also very flexible with scheduling and just an amazing and kind person. The entire community in All Day Fitness gym is very kind and friendly too. Whenever I get the chance to, I will definitely come back and drop in to take a class; Thank you!

Finally found a gym that I truly love!
Ive had an incredible experience training at all day fitness with coach Q! His knowledge, dedication, and motivation make every session both challenging and enjoyable. He take the time to understand individual goals and create personalized workouts that deliver REAL results. Whether it’s improving strength, endurance, or overall fitness, his guidance has been invaluable. Plus, his positive energy and encouragement make even the toughest workouts feel achievable. I absolutely love this gym! I’ve been going to the 5:30am class which is very convenient for my busy lifestyle. I haven’t worked out in years, however when I started going to All Day Fitness I didn’t feel intimidated or too sore to come back again.

If you’re looking for a community to help you reach your goals this is the place for you. They encourage you and help push you past your comfort levels to get the best workout. They have flexible hours and different classes which is great. I stopped going and now that I’m back it’s like I never left. No judgement zone which is always appreciated.

Since I’ve been working with the coaches at All Day Fitness, I’ve lost fifteen pounds! The focus on strength training, lifting and muscle building has really paid off. Hi, I loved that Coach Q give excercises that suit especially for me , he knows to listen and give the student tasks that suit only for him, if he see that the task is too much difficult so he will give another task. I think that it’s very important feature when you know to listen to the students. Also he is very professional, worried about you, he is doing his work from his heart, not just arrive put check mark and than go for another student. He laughs, smiles , give compliments if needed in order to support you, helps to build your confident and he is very professional. I love the people in all day fitness everybody are very good people , team support each other, help each other , it’s really a good place to grow and develop yourself. A place that I arrive with no knowledge in fitness and the coach take you hand by hand and guides you. Very professional and a place full of love. I arrive there from scotch plains it’s far but I make it because of the Coach , because I like our classes and I feel comfortable with him this is an important point to feel comfortable and also I feel the environment and people’s love.
I don’t try to convince you but I am telling you my story from my life. Who will arrive will have an opportunity to meet friends and also make your body beautiful with a beautiful shape. The prices are very reasonable and nice in my vision so in my opinion it’s the best investment that you can do for yourself and give yourself beauty , confident and make longer your life by improving your health and make it better. Also they help me with the food how much I need to eat and are willing to help and you can ask a questions. In one word I love it . I joined this gym three months ago, and I’m seriously out of shape and have not exercised in years. Quentin and LaShaun have been fantastic in coaching me up to speed and providing constant motivation. Along with the other people in class, they foster a fantastic supportive environment. I joined All Day Fitness for training with weights. Coach Q is absolutely wonderful. As someone who doesn’t regularly exercise, I was not sure if I would be able to achieve my goals. When I came into All Day Fitness, I had injuries I thought I would prevent me from working since other gyms limited me. Every time I come to this gym I feel a sense of community. In the small group classes, Everyone is positive and encouraging to one another. The motivation helps. Coach Q is the lead motivator! He makes sure everyone knows the movements and holds you accountable for finishing the work. My personal favorite is the music - good music is always enough to push me to keep going. It’s a 10 for me!

I lost an extra 24 pounds since joining in September of 2022, a total of 64 pounds!!
All Day Fitness helped me reach my goal weight and now I have more energy, physically feel better and stronger.

I joined All Day Fitness after taking a 2 year break due to surgery and quarantine. The program offers a great variety with workouts changing daily. The owner and trainers are fantastic and foster an environment in which members are welcoming, helpful, and supportive. It can be difficult to get started and stay motivated on your own. If you are bored with exercising on your own, try personal training and/or group fitness classes!

I have been training at this gym for a little over a year now. After many failed starts (i blame the pandemic), I never thought I would one day become one of those people that exercise on a regular basis.
Coach Q did the unimaginable, he turned me into someone who, dare I say, might even enjoy working out?! He was very patient with me when I was a newcomer and gradually encouraged me to push myself a little bit more every day.

All Day Fitness not only will work you until you want to throw up. No kidding. You may even wish them ill-will, but as soon as the workout is done you are aLL back to being the best of friends. The coaches and the people that workout at All Day will become friends some even family. They motivate you to push harder run farther and go heavier all because they believe in you and know how strong you are even if you don’t believe it in yourself. BEST GYM EVER! I can't say enough about All Day Fitness. The staff is welcoming and the workouts are challenging yet rewarding. I've been going to other gyms for years before coming to All Day Fitness and I've seen more progress in my strength and endurance from this gym then anywhere else. This place was great! was extremely impressed with the first session I had at All Day Fitness. I was impressed with how Coach Q and his staff were extremely friendly, welcoming, and very knowledgeable. Even though I only attended a few sessions, I was truly amazed at how the classes were engaging, powerful, and best of all AFFORDABLE!
